Art took lots of pictures, and was careful with our front bumper (it was pretty low and the flat didn't help) and got our front and back wheels off the ground and the car towed away to the dealer in about 15 minutes more. They told me that the towing sign in the parking lot "is only there because of the law" and that they can't actually do anything--it's just there for people to call. The management was closed, so where would I park? Horrible customer service and very unhelpful. If this is how they operate, I have no idea what they actually get paid to do. It's a Friday night so there are guaranteed to be many people parking in spots they shouldn't supposed to.
