Somewhat misleading. Higher costs. Some misinformation. Ultimately repair needed was $600 instead of doing full $3500 recommendation.

Do not go to this place. Bad service. Bad people. Lying to customers and try to sell stuff you do not need to buy.

On their web page they say that their service extends to Snohomish county, where I live. She made it seem like a huge hassle to go from Shoreline to Edmonds, even though she wasn't the one that would be driving. Then, I gave her my phone number so that the driver could call when he got here and she said, "K," offering no more explanation even though I had a few more questions, and hung up. For a stressful day, she made it much more stressful and sucky. Luckily, the driver showed up in about half an hour. I didn't think he was coming because she was so uncommunicative. But he was GREAT! His name is Ben and he was so helpful, kind and understanding. He made the last bit of the ordeal so much better. He even talked to the dealership for me. I can't express how much I appreciate his help. As for price, it was very reasonable. Overall, it was really just the receptionist that was frustrating. But it really set the tone for the rest of the day. Ben turned it right around though.

ZERO proof or legal work of anything. Now, we will pursue damages, distress, trespassing, Theft. My attorney is tops at $800 an hour. Always wins, always gets legal fees . My hopes, as others on this board, is that the financial penalty and costs take this business to bankruptcy. Being from New York, I can attest that the Mafia deal honestly; this guy would be taken out back there. Scum is the word
