He was attentive and careful on the drive since I had my kid in the cab and my husband in the car on the flatbed. I hope I am leaving this review in the right place. We were given a few different business names and phone numbers during our interaction with the business, and trying to track it down to review it was challenging. He may have bought out another tow company, not sure. That said, I did the legwork to try to sort this out because I wanted to make sure a great review was left for the great service we received. My husband has a vintage project car which is not running, and needed to be moved to a different location, mere feet from where the car was parked, but was through a relatively narrow gate off the alley it was currently sitting in. We knew it would be a long shot to get it moved, but we needed to try, as one of the front brakes kept seizing and we didn't have the manpower to push it where it needed to go with one wheel digging into the soil. My goodness, did this guy pull out all the stops for us. He caaaaarefully thread the needle to push the car through the opening, and then used his winch with a combination of straps and snatch blocks wrapped around our huge Douglas Fir to wrangle it into a position where we could push it the final distance into its spot. We were ready to give up SEVERAL times during the attempt, trying to let him off the hook for a job that didn't seem possible, but he would NOT give up. He had so many tricks up his sleeve, and he stubbornly wasn't going to leave the job undone. In the end, she made it into the spot we needed her parked in, though it took three hours and a lot of patience and tenacity to get it there. He was upbeat, friendly, and determined to help us finish the job. One of our other neighbors on the alley also restores old cars and he took three cards from this guy to look up for himself in the future, and pass them on to friends. We were all so impressed with the work this guy put in. He was a straight shooter, and had an excellent work ethic. Will look him up again when we have need of his services. read more

My SUV Broke down in Lake Tapps so I called Best towing based on the wonderful reviews. When I called the person answering the phone he was not sure of the address location. So I said closer to Tacoma. He then indicated about a hour. When he showed up I asked what i owed him and he indicated that he would put the paper work together and will call me. To make a long story short he towed my vehicle to Magic Toyota and told me that the bill was $625.00. I would make sure you double check the fee more that once if you have to get the price. Such a good experience! I called for a tow for a company van that wouldn't start. When he arrived, he suggested trying a jump start because it would cost less than a tow. It worked. He offered to follow me to the repair shop as it was close by, just in case the van stopped along the way. I was a little stressed because I had an appointment to make and would need a way to quickly get back to my car to make it in time. I asked if he would be willing to drive me back, and he agreed.
