She and her team went above and beyond to help me and not only got my car QUICKLY and SAFELY where it needed to go, they did so with the highest level of kindness, professionalism, and courtesy that I've experienced from a vendor in years. William the driver and Shannon the dispatcher were great! Based out of Bothell. In our time of need, stranded on I-90 in snowy conditions near Snoqualmie Pass with a blown up engine, I was frantically calling up tow truck services and Triton offered the best cash price, a flat rate of $350 to tow on a flat bed. Shannon was easy to get in contact with and William was a friendly, funny, and speedy driver. For comparison, I called up many others towing companies and they scoffed at me when I said Triton offered to tow at $350. Other companies said I better call them right back because they wouldn't even consider starting up their tow trucks for anything less than $400. I had to get roadside assistance for my Volvo today, and Shannon the dispatcher, and the drivers that came to help me, Amine and Hamza, were all so kind and calming. I've had to use roadside assistance several times over the course of my life with other cars, and I must say I have never experienced such warm and helpful service. I was stressed out and frazzled and Shannon always remained responsive, patient, and kind regardless of how stressed out I was. I needed towing after I hit a lot hole that took out two of my tires. I tried two different days to have my car towed by my auto insurance with road side assistance. Both times we cancelled the service for not showing up after several hour. I called Triton who said they could be out there in 20 minutes. They arrived sooner than 20 minutes. Had a terrible experience altogether. They told me it would be a 90 minute wait time on the tow. I ended up having to wait 2 1/2 hours for the truck to get there. To get any information about where the tow truck was at I had to keep calling and was told that I would get a call from the driver which I never got. I ended up having to call the driver and when I did he was complaining about his job and the weather and how he was supposed to be off much earlier in the day, and even more but I don't want to get into the details. And when he finally arrived he was still complaining and upset with me that I didn't have a tow hook pre-installed on my vehicle. Once he got the car hooked up and started pulling it onto the flatbed we realize that my back wheels were locked. Instead of trying to find a solution he kept pulling the car onto the flatbed risking further damage. I will not release the driver's name unless Triton Towing reaches out to me. When we arrived at the destination the driver wanted to drop it off in a specific point and was arguing with me about where to drop the vehicle. Where I wanted to drop it wasn't even a difficult spot to leave it at, and even if it was, he shouldn't be arguing about that. All said and done I wait for the invoice so my insurance can refund me for the tow. I called the next day asking for the invoice and they tell me that it will be sent out at the end of the day, which seemed fine to me. Never received it that day, I called back the next day and they told me the same story. I was optimistic about them sending the invoice that day which they still did not. Now today I received the invoice after calling AGAIN, but I was hung up on. Overall very unprofessional, with a big lack of communication. I would never suggest this towing company. I'm not sure if this is normal for triton towing, considering they have above four stars on their reviews(on google) (which is the reason I felt comfortable with calling for their service). I've never written a review on yelp before, but this experience was so bad I thought it might save a few people from having a terrible experience. read more

My USAA Auto Insurance connected me with Triton Towing of Bothell, WA (they also have a Seattle location). I had made a stupid mistake and caused an accident with another vehicle. Fortunately, no person involved was physically hurt; but, the damage to the cars required that both be towed to a repair shop. The 2 tow trucks arrived within the 30-minute ETA given. Both Triton Towing men were friendly and professional as they swiftly loaded the respective vehicles for transport. Amin drove me and my crumpled vehicle to Service King. I was especially grateful for his good-natured humor and compassionately calming conversation during the ride to the repair shop. Getting into a car accident is never pleasant and always somewhat destabilizing. When the people helping deal with the unfortunate situation are understanding, responsive, competent, and kind, it can help turn a terribly nerve-wracking mistake into a human event with moments of grace. If I could put 0 stars I would. Absolutely terrible! Had a flat tire on the freeway, they said it would be $150 to have someone come out to look at it and change it and if I needed it towed to a tire shop it would be $250+ tax. I said let's just have someone come out. Guy came out, I unfortunately didn't have a spare like I thought so he said there was a tire shop down the road. I said I did not want to pay the extra money to have it towed and he said he would have dispatch call me. They never called. A tow truck driver called me asking where I was to be towed. At this point I noticed I had been charged $275. I told him no I never needed a tow and wanted to know why I was charged to which he rudely replied "I don't know I'm just a tow truck driver you need to call dispatch, so you don't need a tow, thanks" and hung up on me. So I called the dispatch lady back asking why I was being charged and all did was argue wigh me telling me that I said I needed a tow, that I told the first guy to send a tow then started to threaten with not giving me my money back and when I asked to talk to her boss so tried saying she was the boss. I called this tow company at 1:57 pm on the side of I-5, going north towards Everett. She told me there was another call in front of me that he was dropping off, so I expected at least a hour way because of traffic. After a hour goes by I call for a eta she then stated it will be a 30 min longer wait. Instead of 30 min a hour goes by. Before I got to call another tow company pulled over and offered to help me in the cold and rain. At that moment the tow guy calls my phone and states he is at Everett and I let him know that I no longer needed the service after over 2 hrs wait with little to no communication on their part. He never told me that there was going to be a 100 charge on my card. So I called the company and ask them why the 100 dollar charge. She first stated that he told her he saw me and was with in 5 min of me. Which was incorrect and in accurate. So I told her that wasn't true he was at least over 15 min away from what he said to me. She then hung up and me. I then called back and she answered and put me on hold. I'm not the type to even write up reviews but I felt like I got taken for 100 dollars after waiting over to hours for service they never gave. On top of me still having to pay the tow company that did stop and help me. Terrible terrible customer service. I will be pursuing this further. read more

Extremely disappointed. Set up a tow and was told I would get a call from the driver when they were dispatched to us. Thanks to the help of some very kind people, we were able to get our car moved without needing a tow. Called Triton Towing to cancel the tow. I explicitly asked about a cancellation fee and was told that I would not be charged a fee since I had not heard from the driver being dispatched to us by the time of cancellation. Checked my credit card a couple days later and was charged $150 by Triton towing. When I called Triton to follow up on the charge, I was told the tow truck driver was within 5 minutes of us before the cancellation call was received (first time hearing that information). I was then hung up on when I questioned why I had been charged when I was very clearly told that I would not receive a charge. I totally understand a cancellation fee under the right circumstances, but am disappointed that I was lied to and hung up on. read more

This company does not inform the clients of what is going on if they are called on to tow your vehicle. We were informed by our insurance company that there was a switch on the towing company since Triton was closer to us. Our Vehicle needed to be towed to Redmond from Bellevue and we are close to the 520 & it should have only taken 15min. When the car was loaded onto the tow truck it was 3:45 At 5:00 I called the car repair shop and our vehicle had not arrived. We were reassured the car would get to the shop before it closed at 6. At 5:45pm, my husband saw that his car was in Bothell. We got worried that the car got stolen. Apparently, nobody told us there was a shift change and that they made an executive decision to keep our car over the weekend. Then since they kept the car, our insurance company had to authorize that they move our vehicle to the repair shop. What a major debocle! read more
