They were more accommodating than other collision repair shops in my area. I still don't understand why a drivable vehicle needs to sit at the shop for multiple days while waiting for materials to be obtained. I have taken my car to ProCo Autobody twice now. Once for an accident and once to have some repairs done by choice. The first time I was so pleased with the service that I went back on my own to get dings repaired and repaint most of the car. My car looks like it just came off the lot. Not only is the work superb but the customer service is as well. Kenny is awesome and knows his way around an insurance claim. I was referred to ProCo Autobody by Progressive when my 2025 Mazda CX-5 was in an accident. My insurance agent initially created a preliminary estimate of $2540 which didn't include any parts replacements. After ProCo Autobody inspected it thoroughly, the estimate was around $5980 which included quite a few replacement parts which is more like what I would expect based on damages. They were able to set up a rental car for the week while my car was in the shop. My car was delivered on the expected due date. The work was outstanding and was extremely pleased on the quality of work they did! The office staff was friendly and explained the whole process along the way. ****Highly not recommended autobody shop**** Rude employees, worst ever timing, and extra charges ... on the top of those, I don't want to accuse anyone but I think they team up with Progressive to rip off customers ... they gave me an out-of-door price for $3703 but they gave my car back a week later than, with 700 bucks extra... Avoid for collision repair if you have another option that fits your timeline. Ditto other reviews about office person. Shop wants to repair rather than order new part (insurance company driven?). Very good body shop. Highly recommended. I put a bad scratch on my friends car while driving, so didn't want to go with the insurance. I went other body shops and none of them gave me good explanation how bad is the scratch and how are they going to fix it. But proco not only explained me, also gave me very good competitive quote. When I first scheduled to take my car in over the phone, I found the front desk secretary to be rude, but I scheduled anyway. Yesterday, I went to take my car in and found the same front desk secretary's attitude to be just as rude as what I experienced over the phone, so I asked for my key back and left, telling them they would not be fixing my car. Unless you want to experience rudeness from a front desk secretary, do not take you car here. read more

Got into a fender bender, which caused me to crash into the car in front of me. Two bumpers needed some major attention. Amber was amazing every time she answered the phone; so friendly and helpful. Kenny did a fantastic job walking me through every single aspect of the work they'd be performing on my car. A couple months after my car was fixed, my bumper was sagging a bit (due to some finicky parts) and I was worried that I'd have to deal with some unpleasant conversations, but was proven very wrong. Amber and Kenny did an amazing job, yet again, and made me feel not only comfortable, but welcomed back to the shop. The issue was fixed with speed and my car is looking beautiful. read more

Poor customer service and fake as hell. Came in to paint a brand new bumper and the job was done overall but took over a week to paint a bumper without any update while I called every other day looking for a update and Amber had no info beside "let me check and call you back". Never got answers and was told that it takes 2-3 days. Asked if they can install my bumper and wanted $300 for a installation fee that's take less than a hour? Take your car elsewhere. Ended up installing my brand new bumper myself in 40 mins including fog lights and grill. When it comes to Autobody, customer service is #1 and this place failed at that. read more

Service was fast, I had my car in and out within 4 days after getting some parts replaced. The best part was Amber (I think?) who was working the front desk. She called beforehand to confirm my drop off appointment and to go over the entire process with me. Working with her was an absolute pleasure, on top of the clean, professional office. I was hit by a drunk driver insured with Progressive. Apparently this is the "go to" place for Progressive near me. I'm sure they must have some type of ownership in it. They said I couldn't get in for 2 months, siting COVID, delay of getting parts and other nonsense. The only thing that needed to be replaced was my back bumper. So I waited. When I got there I was greeted by a friendly but robotic young lady who seem to have her speech memorized and I couldn't get a word in until she stopped talking. She said they would take a look, and call me back to let me know an estimate of time for the repair. I mentioned that I would like an estimate for my front bumper for an area that was scratched. She said I'd have to get a new bumper but that she'd let me know. It's a scratch so I left puzzled. Never heard back from her. I enjoyed my rental so lost track of time but eventually called them after a week to get info on when my car would be fixed. She said they should have it done by "tomorrow". I went to get my car and signed the paperwork without my reading glasses. It turned out that I did NOT receive a new bumper, somehow they did some patchwork and made it look new with paint. I was surprised and not happy. They totally forgot about giving me an estimate for my front bumper and didn't mention it at all. All in all this was poor customer service. The communication is terrible and I do not recommend this place. read more

They did overall repair on exterior body damage very well as they replaced the whole door and painted it in my case. The repair was done just 1 day after original expected completion date, so it is not that bad. When I inspected my car after receiving the call from them notifying my car was ready for pick up, I noticed that the inside door panel was not properly attached to the door and had a huge gap and my fingers could go in between the door frame and the inner panel. The repair man just didn't get it insisting it was fixed right and just pushing it in would resolve the issue which didn't work, even though the comparison to the other doors clearly revealed such a gap is not normal and the inner door panel was basically dangling loosely. They took the car back to the shop and it took another hour to solve the problem while we were waiting. If you use this place, you would better spend good amount of time to make sure every bits and pieces are properly repaired and tightened before leaving the place. It seems that their quality bar is lower than other 5 star repair shops around. The car was in good & acceptable condition only after addressing the issues I pointed out at pick up. read more

Just got done having ProCo work on my car to get some tire transfers removed from the left side of my car (driver and passenger side doors). Kenny was awesome to work with as he explained what they were going to do. The bonus was they were able to perform the work right away. Only took about an hour and very satisfied with the results. I'll have to go back once my new driver side mirror is ready (will need to order and paint) but it should not take too long to replace once it's ready in a few days. Note to self don't tangle with a lifted Jeep...But if that happens take it to ProCo to get the work done. Again Kenny thank you for the work and the awesome customer service. You should be the model for all other businesses on how to treat their customers. You've earned a repeat customer should I ever need auto body work done. read more

I am privileged to be the first yelper to review ProCo! Back in November, I had an unfortunate incident when a hotel valet did not treat my "baby" properly and damaged the front bumper of my BMW on the curb while pulling it up rather quickly. I was horrified! The hotel GM was working hard to make things right. However, then I had the stressful and daunting task of getting estimates to get the car fixed. I was having visions of dirty auto shops with cars every where and getting quoted high prices because I look like a gullible young female. I researched and read lots of reviews online. A friend highly recommended ProCo. So, we sent them an e-mail with some info and in less than 24 hours I had received an awesome e-mail back with the background on ProCo and reassurance that they could help and how to contact them. How awesome is that? I immediately called and spoke with Kenny. I gave him the whole painful story, went into detail on the damage to the car, made him listen to my tales of woe and asked a billion questions. Kenny patiently listened to everything I had to say without ever interrupting me, gave me a proper amount of empathy and answered all my questions and we set up a time I could swing by for the estimate. Conveniently, they are open on Saturdays so I scheduled right on the phone to see him Saturday morning. I pull into their lot in front of the building, and there's not one scrap of litter and there's not any scary cars. Just a nice, clean building with the office in front. I walk into the door and see an immaculately clean lobby with a cool desk, comfy chairs and car magazines and everything is CLEAN! Kenny immediately and pleasantly greeted me. He then grabbed his giant digital camera and we went out to my car. I pointed out the damage from the valet and he took pictures. While I was there I also asked to get a separate estimate on a couple minor boo-boo's I may have put on the car. Hey, I am a good driver but no one is perfect. I had to use this opportunity to get rid of the bad asian driver stigma and get them fixed while the car was in the shop! We went back to his office (also immaculate) and he plugged in all my info into the computer and gave me two estimates, one for the valet incident and one for me. Kenny explained that it wouldn't take additional time to get the other stuff done since the paint had curing time anyway. He literally went line by line on the estimates and explained each one to me while showing me where and how it applied to the diagram of my car! The final estimates were way lower than expected and he explained it was a pretty typical price. Kenny communicated with the hotel GM for me, dealt with their grumpy insurance agent and the car rental agency so I wouldn't have to try to juggle all of them! By Monday morning the estimates were approved, Kenny e-mailed me and I was able to schedule my appointment. I was even able to add some overspray removal and a wax. I dropped off my car on Tuesday morning and picked up the rental. Kenny e-mailed me an update and a picture on Wednesday night. These guys are pretty busy but they made time to e-mail me and send me a picture so I wasn't sitting around wondering how it was going. Did I mention that this is just a few days before Christmas too? Not one mention of how busy they are and no matter how many times I called to ask questions, I received the same pleasant and courteous customer service from both Kenny and Ron. I received a phone call that my car was ready on Thursday (as estimated) and when I went to go pick up my baby they had left it in the well lighted shop so I could see the details of the fixes. The car looked showroom quality! My car was perfect! I got to see and feel the repair areas and they were amazing! The car was clean inside and outside! The carpets were vacuumed and everything clean and gleaming!!! There was even air put in my tires! I was in love with my car again and these two amazing co-owners, Kenny and Ron! Clearly these guy are consistent, easy to work with and amazing. They are great communicators both electronically and on the telephone. Every interaction with them was satisfying and professional. They are definitely knowledgeable and have been in the industry for quite some time before they decided to open ProCo together. I'm even going to say this might be the epitome of customer service and all the other shops have some steep competition on price and most importantly customer service and satisfaction! Highest recommendation I can give! Will be referring any friends and family to them! read more

Two days after picking up my 2016 Venetian Red Outback from the dealer, got a NASTY door ding with dent, chipped paint, and scratches to the finish. Went to 5 autobody shops in the area, but they all wanted to do much more extensive work than ProCo. One even had the nerve to suggest I needed THREE body panels repainted. All for a door ding the size of a dime and some clear coat scratches! ProCo said they could limit the work to the affected door, and had the lowest quote. Only one other shop said they could limit the work to one door. And only one other different shop gave me a written estimate on the spot! Their motto is "the art of invisible repair", and they aren't kidding! And they were the only shop who really listened to me when I said I wanted a non-invasive repair, and worked me to get the reapair done the way I wanted. Did I mention a ONE DAY turnaround? Or that they gave me a ride back home and dropped off my car into my driveway? Or how about that they cleaned all the sticky bug guts from the front of my car as a courtesy? My impression is that Kenny and ProCo are the not only the best in the business (definitely the best in the Bothell-Mill Creek area), but possibly the most highly skilled and honest shop as well. Kenny and the other guys here are AMAZING!! They were extremely patient with me and my picky choices as well as being very indecisive. My 2010 Lexus was treated like it was a 2017 Lamborghini. When you are shopping around and trying to decide which shop to go to, I strongly suggest ignoring the insurance companies "choice" shop. Its YOUR car, and you want it treated right, you want respect, and you want it done right- the first time. Kenny also knows the claims process inside and out and will actually teach you everything you need to know. The location is extremely easy to get to, it seems small and off the radar- but they have state of the art gear and will meet you at your car with a tablet in hand ready to do the estimate right there in front of you. I went to pick up my car, when I asked to get my car keys so I can transfer things from my rental car to my car, Amber, the girl at the front desk hid my keys, as if I was about to run away with my car. Ummm I am 8 months pregnant and they have my all my insurance and personal information... I want to move my things and didn't want to waste my time while they were clearing up the deductible information that they messed up in the first place. Felt so disrespected. I needed a place to fix a small scratch on my leased vehicle before returning it. I had gone to a shop close by and they had a 20 minute wait period so I went to proco first instead of waiting. Well, I'm sure glad that happened. From the delivery of the estimate (no wait time) to the actual repair. Everything was amazing. They even finished a day early. When we got a dent on another car, we went back and the experience was the same. I don't know why folks are not lining up all the way to the streets at this place. I just got my" totaled" car back from Ron at ProCo AutoBody, I almost cried.. it looks like a brand new car.. I was just amazed.. I got pushed under a Land Rover so the front end was a bit crunched.. It is perfect.. and for a 2002 Toyota Camry, it was looking a bit warn. I accidentally scratched my baby on the garage wall when pulling in to park. I freaked out since it was a first for me for my driving life. I went to 6 places to get quotes. It was ridiculously expensive ranging from 1300 to 2200 with different shops for different repair plans/options. I almost gave up looking and just was gonna settle with the 1300 since I wanted to pay out of pocket myself. I mentioned my frustrating experience with my friends and I was referred to ProCo. Being soooo far from Bothell, I almost didnt even bother to get a quote. But I had a day off work that Thursday so I thought well...one more quote since my friend super recommended this shop. I went in and met with Kenny the owner, who was super friendly and honest and helpful. He worked out a quote which beat all the quotes I have got with the same repair option.
