As I was getting ready to sell it, I noticed an area that seemed to be failing. I didn't have any leaks from it, but just some "cracking" in the paint and substructure. I FULLY expected to pay for most, if not all of the repair it had been so long. Let's face it, in today's society you're lucky to get a 30 day warranty! However, Cascade covered it 100% under warranty work and did a fantastic job! I did tip them well for a job above and beyond in my opinion. Highly recommended.

The last autobody shop, a Fix Auto location, did a terrible job on my car. Over spray on rims, paint cracking later on...over spray on my hatch gas shock. They didn't mask off at all and the bondo work was terrible! Top Tier Autobody, from people I know, does not cut corners or do poor work. They take pride in doing an excellent job on repairing your vehicle and I heard they warranty it as well. After my husband had a great experience here, I felt compelled to write a good review because I am currently having to go back to a fix auto location because their repair job is cracking! Go to Top Tier, avoid the headache of other autobody shops doing bad work. Top tier has competitive pricing and not only does the owner know his stuff with cars, the receptionist is a car enthusiast herself. Their passion shows in their work. And if you pay out of pocket, they won't rip you off either. I know from the experience of people I know. I was recommended Top Tier from my go-to mechanic shop, Top Spec, and I got a quote from them as well as quotes from other autobody shops. Not only was top-tier competitive with their pricing, they were half the price of Absolute Autobody. And they even painted and installed a pair of Ford OEM side scoops I got from the dealership a couple months ago. I had decided that I wanted to have them installed at the same time as my fenders that I was getting repaired. So not only was Top Tier more competitive with their pricing, they included the side scoop install with the repair and did a wonderful job on my car. The color of my car is a ruby red metallic with a tinted clear coat. It is a tri-coat color. And one of the harder ones to paint match. Top Tier had no problem doing a superb job making sure the repaired areas matched well. Becca at the front desk was very communicative. And Connor, who did the walk around with my car gave me an excellent explanation of the process that they were going to do to repair the vehicle. They are friendly and they have a nice waiting room that is much more accommodating than the Fix Auto Autobody locations and other autobody shops I have been too. They also just added onto their current building and the business is expanding and becoming a very capable facility to take on any repair needs you have. Whether you're looking to spice up your car or get a collision repair, Top Tier will take care of you and if you're paying out of the pocket like I did, they won't break the bank like some autobody shops will. I will be back. I'm so happy to have found my autobody shop of choice. Being from San Diego when I moved up here a year ago and needed to get a clutch installed on my Mustang, I went around to six different shops, getting quotes trying to figure out the best mechanic to go to. I do my research with shops because I'm a car enthusiast with more than one vehicle. Thanks to Dan at Everett MAACO, with his no nonsense and honest approach, I'm definitely keeping my newly painted truck. He did more than I expected: polished the grill, mud flaps now looking new. He volunteered to replace the headlights and the racks covers, also gave the military discount which I forgot to ask for. Also fixed a big dent on my rear bumper. The paint job is stunning and was done 2 weeks ahead of time. This job was done in June 2023. The experience was a good one. I don't normally post reviews ( although I read them). I recently purchased a car which had a couple of minor blemishes in need of repair. The dealership…read morefrom whom I purchased the vehicle agreed to take care of a minor scuff on the front bumper as well as a scratched interior leather door panel. Since they were authorizing (and paying for) these repairs, they provided me with a list of Everett-area body shops to whom I could take the car. It was a very short list and I chose Gerber because they had decent reviews and were close to me. From the moment I walked in their lobby, I was impressed with everyone's friendliness, thoroughness, and communication. But here's the best part: the General Manager (Susanne) looked my car over and strongly suggested some additional work that the Dealership had not (but should have) authorized. Rather than just accepting this insurance claim and starting the work, she made a point of really analyzing the damage and suggesting what ultimately proved to be a much better and thorough repair. The car now looks wonderful and Gerber's work was perfect. I could not be happier. My only "nit" was they have an automated texting system that tells you the status of your vehicle. It was a bit kludgy throughout the process. For example, the day my car was finished, Susanne called me to say I could come pick it up. Their texting system texted me that same morning that the car wouldn't be ready until the following week. But I'm sure they'll work those systems out. On top of that, they have saved me SO much money on more than one occasion by giving me tips and advice for my vehicle. For example, I had a broken key for my Honda. While I was at Top Spec getting an oil change, I was on the phone with a Honda dealer for a new key. They said it would cost $500. The guy at Top Spec overheard my conversation and immediately pointed me to a $10 third party key replacement on Amazon. I got it and it worked! Thank you Top Spec!! You guys rock!!
