After a few Yelp emails I knew I wanted to hire him based on his communication style. He came out a few days later ( he actually would have come sooner , but I had schedule conflicts ) and he did such a thorough job ! He cleaned everything he promised and more. The best part he finished about 3 hours ahead of schedule !!! I was blown away by the service and the work done ! For context he cleaned up my wife's car that had a sunroof leak for months before we noticed it . It was smelly , mildewy and had about an inch of sitting water under the carpet . The owner is a nice guy, but he damaged the mounting brackets on my windshield which caused part it to pop off while driving on the freeway. He also damaged one of the sensor cameras. We took the car to the dealership and they reported 'finger prints and a sticky substance.' We estimate repairing the damage to replace the sensor and install the windshield properly to be more than $1,500. Unfortunately, the owner has not responded to repeated requests to resolve this matter, and I am now spending nearly three times more to repair the damage caused by the initial windshield replacement.

Some special callouts: I appreciate Joseph's honesty with the things he wasn't able to do (remove 100% of the glass, fix a tiny gap between window and window trim) Overall, super efficient, responsive, friendly, and helpful. I made my appointment 2 weeks prior so the fact that I wasn't made aware of this fee until the night before the service is crazy. I opted to cancel my appointment all together, I'm not a fan of how they manage their business. I'm also super disappointed that the gift my husband was so excited for won't happen until I can find someone else to detailed his truck - hopefully someone more reliable.
