Even though I'm in their service area, they referred me to All Star Auto Glass. Wasn't totally clear on the reasoning, but there were many reasons: we're booking into next week, we can't fix all the chip repairs, we are focusing on glass replacement, we're only doing chip repair for existing customers, your car is outside. Truly, they do not want new business unless it's big ticket glass replacement. One might think that chip repair for potential new customers could build customer trust and loyalty when, in the future, that customer needs glass replacement. Heck, I can go to All Star Auto Glass and they might say my windshield needs to be replaced. Am I going to then go back to Auto Glass Solutions? Not. Amazing service! Dan and Paula do an incredible job running Auto Glass Solutions. I had the windshield on my Subaru Crosstrek replaced, and they made the process so easy. Dan and Paula explained that I likely wouldn't need a recalibration after the replacement (a service Safelite was going to charge me $750 for). They were right! After Dan replaced the windshield, everything worked perfectly. I'm so grateful for how much money they saved me--I ended up paying half of what Safelite and my dealership had quoted. Quick responses, fast service, kind employees!! My passenger front window was shattered the night before I left for a trip. Two days before I got back, I reached out to Auto Glass Solutions and requested an appointment as early as possible the morning after I got in. The person scheduling was super quick to respond to my email and scheduled me right away (TWO DAYS BEFORE!!!). She gave a one hour window of arrival and I requested that the repair person got there the earliest they could because I had a doctor's appointment to get to. She said they would try their best and it would depend on traffic. The repair person got there super early which was great! They also got the work done in ~20-30 minutes which was AMAZING. Called them on Monday and the lady who answered was extremely kind and helpful. She told me that windshield repairs are temperature sensitive so after checking the weekly forecast she scheduled me for Wednesday. I wasn't sure if my Car windshield came with the rain sensor so she researched and confirmed with a follow up text. On the day of the service Dan the owner called me in the morning and then texted me the location he was parked and he completed the work seamlessly in 1hr.
