Our car was broken into, window completely smashed. Every other place quoted us 1-2 weeks or told us they couldn't even get the window replaced and we should call the dealer. Mohammed found the window and came out the same day, took off the door panel, cleaned the car up, and window is good as new now. He was also pleasant to deal with, the price was reasonable and I was able to submit most of it to insurance. He even called us out a couple of times to tell us some facts about the realities inside the door (turns out a previous repair hadn't fully glued on the sound-baffling. Not his fault of course - he fixed it with some duct tape all the way around and kept going. Was done in under an hour and the window looks and works basically as good as new. Would definitely recommend if you are in the unfortunate situation of needing a window/windshield replaced. read more

The Good: - I have a new windshield - Communication/timing was great - Their price was the best out of a few places I called The Bad: - They left strips of rubber and glass for me to sweep up off the garage floor - They left tiny, sharp bits of glass all over my hood - I also had to clean the inside of the car (rubber bits and broken glass). They cleaned some, but didn't get it all Note: My windshield had a single crack running 75% of the way across (it wasn't shattered). So I did NOT expect that broken glass would fall all over my car and I'd have to clean it up. read more

My brand new camper van had the passenger side window broken out by a jerk with a big rock. I called Absolute Auto Glass immediately after finding out what happened, and to my surprise and great relief they were able to come out the same day to replace the window. They tried to install an aftermarket window that unfortunately had a manufacturer malfunction, and it didn't work properly. Mo and Elvis went above and beyond anything I ever experienced with a business. They left the window that had the defect in my vehicle so that it wasn't vulnerable to the elements, and then the next day, which was a Saturday, they drove all the way down to Tacoma to pick up a new window for me, and they then installed it later that morning. I had an overall positive experience with this company. I got my rear passenger window smashed the other day and needed a quick solution. I went on Yelp and contacted multiple companies for a quote and they were able to give me the best rate. Luckily they had a late cancellation so I was able to get scheduled in the same day I called. They service in the Everett area but they provide mobile services so they were able to come to meet me where I was located in Mukilteo at no extra charge. They gave me an estimated time and showed up as soon as they finished up with the appt before me. They arrived an hour late because they were working down in Seattle but they still agreed to come by to replace my window in the rain in the dark. It was done within an hour. I was glad they offered to vacuum up most of the broken glass pieces. The only issue that came up was the window made a squeaky noise when I rolled down the window. They said it would go away over a couple of days but it didn't so I gave them a call and they came by to check it out within a day. They sprayed some kind of oil to try to lubricate it but the squeaky noise was still there. They said the only other option I have was to purchase the OEM window but they said it would be expensive and I would have to pay additional labor costs. I was initially let down but good news, the squeaky noise finally went away after a few weeks with repeated use. For a 2021 RAV4, I was able to get the window replaced for around $300 altogether. The guys worked hard to meet my needs and offered the best value so I can't complain. read more

Originally scheduled for them to meet at my office in Bellevue but had to divert them back to my home up in Snohomish county due to weather. That was no problem. Booking with them was easy.
