Great service and support. Ms. Annie was friendly and professional. NOT the cheapest but, pricing was very competitive and being a small local business close to home was a plus. Her advice and help navigating the insurance company journey. Did I mention FAST? They were very fast in effecting the repair and recalibration of my sensor package of my newer SUV in less than 3hrs. As soon as I arrived after calling in for my windshield replacement, the owner did a walk through of my replacement to ensure they had the materials and seals necessary to complete the replacement as my vehicle (Nissan Pathfinder) requires special seals which could become quite expensive. I appreciate the honesty that if they could not reuse it, there would be additional cost and told me upfront instead of of doing the work and then charging extra after the fact so I could be prepared. Thankfully they could reuse my existing seals and had the best pricing when I was shopping around. I would recommend coming back here. Great service read more

Very helpful staff and timely service! Good communication throughout. Would definitely return as a customer.

My Audi was broken into on Monday morning, leaving my side window broken and its glass spread across the interior of the car. Golden Auto Glass provided same-day service to fix the window and removed all of the shards of glass from the seats and floor. Additionally, they cleaned the interior of the car. They did much more than I expected, faster than I expect, and all for a very reasonable price. read more

Annie was very prompt in responding to my request for a quote, and they offer the best pricing out of 6 different places I reached out for. They were able to get the window replaced and also looks like they found a window with the same tint as my previous windows, saving me a trip to a window tint shop. THANK YOU SO MUCH for your friendliness, professionalism, and for your technicians to complete this repair in such a timely manner!! I cannot recommend this place enough. read more

It was a big rock chip and Tesla said it was unrepairable so my expectations were low. Annie said she would do her best and it turned out much better than I thought possible. It's still visible, but much less so. It won't last forever but maybe it won't spread and I can wait until I get a second rock chip before replacing my windshield. Does anyone else notice a lot of rock strikes when driving on 99 between the West Seattle Bridge and the Tunnel? I seem to get them all of the time - likely construction vehicles. read more

booked an appointment. stayed home on a Saturday for 9 hours waiting on them. no one ever showed.

I went in to see about getting a windshield fixed on an old Ford Ranger. I was surprised that they offered to do the job on the spot. I was luck there. I came back at the appointed time and all was ready and the price was reasonable. Couldn't have hoped for a better experience. read more

When the rock chip in my Honda Element windshield turned into a big big crack, I needed to get a replacement. Golden Auto Glass was super responsive and easy to work with - I think I had a quote and appointment scheduled within a day of first messaging them on Yelp. The day of the appointment I was running late with my 4 month old, but they were still able to see me and get service done quickly. I was told about 1 1/2 to 2 hours but I think I was done in a hour, 10 minutes! More competitive quotes than most places around the city too! Great service, highly recommend. read more

Great service. Got me in day after my window was smashed and they thoroughly vacuumed my car so there was no glass leftover

Had the stress of someone breaking our window this morning. Not only were these guys extremely helpful and caring, but they gave us an amazing quote that was less than anyone in the surrounding area. They were honest, did great detailed work, and were the only ones to be able to get us in minutes after we called. Extremely grateful for their service and would recommend to anybody. THANK YOU GOLDEN AUTO GLASS for making this a stress free process. read more

Amazing. My window got broken into, I was able to bring my car in the same day and it was finished within a few hours. Great and reasonable price as well, compared to shops that my insurance recommended. Definitely will be my go to shop for auto glass repair. I saw a review about someone getting their window tinted here, they do not do window tinting. Which is perfectly fine, just wanted to inform :) read more

Quick customer service and quality job in filling a rock chip. They were the first to respond to my yelp project. Very convenient.

The service was very impressive. Took about 1 hour 40 minutes as promised. The boss was very nice

Golden auto glass was recommended by a good friend and also multiple people on the Seattle subreddit, and I'm happy to report that it was great! I called them up, they could accommodate me that day, and it was the best price quote I got. They did a good job, it only took a couple of hours (despite how busy they were at the shop) and it was very easy. You do have to drop the car off, they don't do mobile, but honestly that was fine. Most of the other places I looked at cost a lot more or didn't have availability for weeks, and I needed my back passenger window replaced before I went on a camping trip, and it was great. I would definitely go back there. read more

My windshield was shattered by an unsavory character in Seattle on Christmas Eve. I made many calls and no response. I got in touch with a local glass shop next to me and Annie texted me back. Annie was responsive and quick with a quote and scheduled me in. I have came in today and they changed my windshield and I'm so happy! The work was top notch and the waiting room was nice and warm. Definitely recommend them as they are a local family business and love to support a local business. It was cheaper and easier to deal with than Sat3lite and few others. read more

Annie and her crew are fantastic. Truly a 10/10 experience from start to finish. The first thing that came to my mind when my windshield cracked was a major chain windshield repair place. Tried to make an appointment but they were booked way out, and difficult to set up an appointment with. This being urgent, I found Golden Auto glass on yelp with great reviews. The reviews were correct! They were friendly, flexible and responded quickly. The price was amazing, I also got new wiper blades (on sale!) It only took about an hour and a half, although they suggested it may be 3. I highly recommend Golden Auto Glass! read more

I am grateful I had another friend recommend golden. My car window was smashed recently and the big name places wanted me to wait for a month for a repair. But golden got me in the next day after I called. They were so kind and communicated so well. They also had a better value than what I was going to pay before. Sadly my insurance deductible was too high done didn't do much on the claims end. But def recommend! read more

Annie got back to me via email with a quote very quickly and then subsequent emails just as fast. The quote was very reasonable, and they were accommodating about getting me in the same day. I arrived a little early and they took my car into the garage early and started working on changing the cracked windshield. I talked with John, who was doing the work, for a few minutes and he was polite and informative. All together a positive experience at a superior price, and the work looks great.
