Quick response time for getting a quote, and scheduling was immediate. Got my drivers side back window quoted and Rolando came out the next day. He was great to work with and I'm really happy with the service and how affordable it was. He even matched the existing tint to the other windows. 100% will recommend his business when the opportunity arises! Thanks again, Rolando! read more

I had a great experience with Toto Auto Glass Service. I needed a new windshield for my 2009 VW Beetle. They were the first to respond to my request for a quote via Yelp and they had the best price. I was able to schedule my new windshield installation for the next day and they arrived at my home on time. They had the new windshield installed in only 30 minutes and right in my driveway! Amazing! It looks fantastic and they did great work. I highly recommend them. read more

After a break-in that left our SUV window completely shattered, Toto sent a repairman very quickly to our home with a replacement window at an excellent price. We were concerned about grinding in the motor after the install, seems glass had gotten in somehow. We weren't sure if it was due to the install or had happened some other way, but Toto owner Rolando was willing to replace the motor at his shop in Everett for free if we provide the part. He was good to his word, and the window and motor have been working great for months now. Thanks Rolando! read more

Before calling Toto Auto Glass Service, I called several other big window repair companies, including ones that I have used before. None of them had a windshield for my car (I would have to wait a month or more for the windshield I needed to be available), and they all quoted $150+ or more than the quote I received from Toto. Also, Toto did not charge me a service fee for coming to my home to do the repair like some other companies! They came when they said they would, and they completed the job in the amount of time they said it would take, and they provided best price and no extra charges for house calls. I will definitely be using them again if needed. You should too. read more

Great experience and wonderful customer service! I had backed my 4Runner into our trailer and broke the back window glass, called Toto Auto Glass Service and they got back to me and could have my replacement in within the hour! I was hoping for them to come to my home but due to the snow I went into their Everett location and was immediately greeted and they where ready to take my 4Runner in and start the process ! They had a very clean and inviting waiting area as well! Glass was replaced and I was on my way! They also did all clean up inside the back of the car as well! Thanks again and I would highly recommend them to my friends and family! read more

I had an emergency glass repair for a break in. Rolando came out right away and installed my class and tinted the window and he was very professional and did a fantastic job! read more

Fantastic service. Was friendly to communicate with via Yelp. Was able to do the work very quickly. When he did the work (replacing the driver's door window), he had me in and out faster than expected. I've only had the new window about 30 min. but the quality of work seems great. If something goes wrong with it in the near future, I'll update this review but I don't think I'm going to need to. My only complaint is that I had to drive from North Bend to Everett to get it done but that's my own fault. Thank you Toto Auto Glass! read more

These guys are good. Came out same day. Reasonable in price. Professional. Showed photos of the glass inside the door cleaned out. Glass matched factory tint. Would recommend and use again if needed. read more

My boyfriends car got broken into while he was at work early on a Sunday morning. Apparently booking emergency auto glass repair in Seattle is almost as difficult as buying a house - most places were booked out a week or two and that just wasn't going to work with his commute to work every evening. After calling around to a bunch of different places we found this gem, and they fixed his window first thing Monday morning (within 24 hours of contacting them). They were done in 25 minutes, got every hunk of glass out of the carpet and the door and even vacuumed up his parking spot & the parking spot next to his car. If you're in Seattle (they're based in Everett and will travel from Marysville to White Center) I literally cannot recommend them enough. read more

Was a bit skeptical because of low number of reviews and far superior price than competitors. But after seeing very good reviews on Google I went with them. I was able to get appointment the next day, and everything went flawless. They were on time, courteous, did excellent job right on my driveway. After almost 2 months, I'm very happy I went with toto. read more

I want to start off by saying how happy I was with the price, service & their response times! My car was broken into overnight about 2 weeks ago and I began calling TOO MANY places to try and see who could repair my window without trying to overcharge me but do an awesome job. I came across Rolando who was polite and attentive. He did require a deposit which is fine and was able to get the job done super quickly. Don't look no further, Rolando and his team will definitely take care of you. read more

Rolando responded to my Yelp almost immediately. Asked for pictures and was through in his assessment and quote. The price was extremely reasonable compared to other quotes I received in the Seattle area. Within a day, he drove down my way to West Seattle from Everett and had me setup in no time! Extremely satisfied and I recommend Rolando to anyone needing auto glass service. Thanks Rolando! read more

I called Rolando and he was able to help us that very same day. Luckily, Rolando has inventory of different car glass and we were lucky to get in by that day.
