Excellent experience. I brought my car in for a rock chip repair on the windshield. Service was friendly. Price was competitive and reasonable. read more

Great service and exceptional products. Ann is the nicest person and very helpful. Thanks for squeezing me in so quickly.

Very friendly people and went above and beyond expectations.will definitely come back with my windshield needs :)

If I could give zero stars, I would. I was referred to Euroglass directly by Audi, and expected a level of professionalism that matches the vehicles they service. Instead, my experience was alarming and deeply disappointing. When I picked up my car, three razor blades slid off the roof and down my brand-new windshield -- one completely unwrapped and two with only the thin cardboard sleeve still on them. I asked them to double-check that nothing else had fallen into the engine bay -- an alarming safety oversight for any car, let alone a high-end vehicle. Later that day, while waiting for the ferry, I noticed several fresh chips in the metal of my door with a bluish tint -- clearly from tools rubbing or hitting the panel. I know my car inside and out (2022, purchased new for over $70k), and I can promise this damage was not there that morning. I called Euroglass not to demand compensation, but simply to let them know so they could be more careful in the future. Instead of listening, the owner immediately became defensive, dismissive, and downright insulting. He told me there was "no way his guys did that," and that the damage was from "years of keys banging against the door." For the record: my car uses a key fob. I don't carry house keys. I don't even use a purse in the front seat because I'm meticulous about protecting the interior. When I tried to explain this, he interrupted, raised his voice, mocked me, and then hung up on me. The entire exchange left me feeling bullied by the very person who should have been accountable for his shop's work. This is not just about the damage -- it's about the complete lack of accountability, professionalism, and basic respect. If you care about your car or about being treated decently as a customer, I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere. read more

Went to get a rock chip replaced. I called ahead and they were ready for me when I got there. Super quick and great service!

Just had a windshield replaced by Jason and crew. It was a great experience as always (Ive been coming here with 3+ vehicles for over 15 years). These are honest, intelligent, easy to work with folks. No frills, just quality work and attention to detail. This time around they noticed and fixed a failed sunroof drain I was unaware of (thanks!) and also did little things that were appreciated such as putting new adhesive on my dashcam mount, and re-running the dashcam power so it was easy for me to set back up. They also gave the car back cleaner than I left it (service detail). I'll be back...but hopefully not for a bit :) read more

I brought in an extremely difficult windshield install project to Jason and his team at Euro Glass. It is for a kit car called a Superlite SLC that has a very round windshield that takes some effort to fit onto the flexible body of the car. The first windshield install did not go well, and it had to be redone, but Euro Glass did not give up, they were willing to make it right. These guys take on a challenge and partner with you to get it done. I would trust them with your pride and joy. read more

Super friendly staff. Well communicated and timely work. Work completed well and accommodated my dash camera nicely.

This is the second time I've had an OEM windshield replaced at Euroglass, and I can't speak highly enough of this shop. Anne, at the front desk, was prompt with all communication, and very friendly throughout. They were able to get the parts and schedule my replacement within a week, and the quality of the last install was excellent (I just got hit by more road debris, so needed another one), so I am expecting the same this time. Euroglass will be my first call any time I need something like this done again. read more

My 2016 Porsche Boxster Spyder needed the windshield replaced and being a picky MF that I am, I took quite some time to look around for that perfect shop to do the work and almost unanimously all Porsche folks recommended Euroglass. The owner Bruce and I were messaging through Yelp and he was very helpful and patient as it took a few months. They were more than happy to use OEM windshield even though my insurance company didn't want to, but after some phone calls between my insurance and Bruce, the insurance company accepted. I took 1.5 hr drive to Euroglass and dropped my car off at appointed time and was on my way home before the estimated completion time. No scratches, no joyride, just a brand new windshield, it was a perfectly smooth experience. 5/5! read more

Great little shop with expert skills and friendly service. They handled a windshield replacement on my Porsche Turbo S including special ordering OEM parts, dealing with insurance, and doing high quality work. Very knowledgeable group. Highly recommended. read more

Euroglass - Rock chip turned big ass crack - Auto Glass Services Near Me - Redmond, Washington

I had my windshield replaced on my new Audi A6. I was bummed because my car is only a few months old and got a rock from a truck on the freeway that was not very pretty. From the moment I called (Scott answered the phone) to inquire about their fees and services they were A+. All I had to do was schedule a time to bring the car in. They ordered a the new windshield from Audi and even took care of the insurance claim. They work with most insurance companies so it was very smooth. These guys were awesome. The staff was super friendly and really delivered. The day my car wax scheduled for repair I decided to wait for it at the shop. They have a cozy waiting room with free wifi, clean bathroom and even offered me coffee:) Everyone was very kind and professional. Highly recommend! read more

Euroglass was recommended to me by my BMW mechanic. They offered me an aftermarket windshield manufactured by the OEM vendor, saving me a lot of money. The installation was great, the HUD and Rain Sensors work fine. There were some broken clips that hold the bottom plastic piece to the windshield, so they ordered them and replaced them with no labor cost. I would recommend Euroglass without hesitation. read more

I was unlucky enough to have a rock cause a nice big crack on my leased BMW's windshield...but I was lucky enough to find Euroglass. My insurance wanted me to use a popular company which had negative reviews about them using inferior aftermarket glass. I didn't want to deal with that company (or have a problem down the road when the lease is up and BMW inspects the car and decides the glass isn't good quality) so I started searching for a company with positive reviews and a history of fixing windshields with quality BMW OE/OEM glass. Thank goodness I found Euroglass! I contacted Bruce through the Yelp messaging system and he helped me to organize everything. It was super fast and efficient. He coordinated with my insurance company and confirmed that they could use BMW logo'd Pilkington glass for the replacement. The work took about half a day (8:30am drop off and noon pickup) and the new glass looks exactly like my original glass. Perfect! read more

Great to deal with. Friendly guys, got the glass ordered for my car quickly and it was properly installed. More than I can say about the last windshield I had replaced by Safelite. Their shop is very clean and it is clear they take pride in their work. The local Porsche dealer contracts their glass with these guys and I can see why. I will definitely bring my car back here in the future. read more

These guys are great! They did quite a bit of research for me only to discover that the best source for the correct glass would come from my source. Still wanted the business even after they knew they couldn't sell me the glass! Install on my vintage german car was flawless with the windshield trim remaining perfect even after removal and re-install. Quick turnaround with a short overnight cure of the seal and glue. Heck they even vacuumed the floors! Great glass guys and I'll be keeping their card for sure. read more

From start to finish, the service at Euroglass was excellent. My insurance company tried to contact them directly to start the claim process, but were not successful, so Bruce went out of his way to get in touch with them himself. Response was fast, work was done the next day (with OEM parts), and Bruce even shuttled me to and from Redmond Town Center himself while they were doing the work. Highly recommend! read more

Great service! Did an excellent job repairing my windshield and were extremely flexible with my schedule.

First, the facts: A rock hit the windshield of my 2014 Porsche 911 on a Friday. At first, the area damaged was about the size of a nickel, so it looked like it could be repaired, but a major crack soon developed over the weekend, and Speedy Glass told me that I would have to get a new windshield. I took the car to Porsche Bellevue the following Monday, and they referred me to this shop. I spoke with Bruce Simmons over the phone while at the dealer, and he took down the necessary particulars, including my insurance information. The next day, Bruce called me to let me know that he had received the new OEM windshield and that the insurance company had authorized him to proceed. I dropped my car off at Euroglass the following day at around noon, and by 4:30 that afternoon my car was ready, with a brand new, flawless OEM windshield that perfectly matched the tint of the original. The late Christopher Hitchens wrote a great essay on why we should all be drinking more alcohol. He noted that life can be "crushingly tedious" and that a good stiff drink can make those times bearable. I assume you are reading this because you are staring at a nasty dimple or crack in your windshield and that, in contemplating your immediate future--having to deal with your insurance company, the repair shop, etc.--you probably feel like you could use one or two drinks right about now. Well, let me reassure you that there was nothing crushingly tedious in dealing with Euroglass. The experience was pleasant, confidence-inspiring, and completely frustration-free. I recommend them without reservation. read more

I had an amazing experience at Euroglass! Bruce is a very nice, professional, helpful, and flexible person! ! Not only was he willing to work with my schedule, but he was also kind enough to drop me off in the area while my windshield was being replaced. The service was quick and very well done! If I ever have to get my windshield replaced on my Audi again I will only go here! read more

My independent shop Strictly BMW recommended Euroglass for a chip repair, which was done quickly and professionally for a good price. They mentioned afterward that a full replacement windshield would be less than I'd thought. While the chip repair held out ok, I soon grew tired of the thousands of pits in the 30yo glass and returned for a new windshield. They spoke knowledgeably of how the seal was likely still good, dangers of going with cheap 3rd party seals, and how the trim strip's aftermarket black-coat was cracking and would get worse. I asked them to replace the trim strip with original chrome strip, which they had overnighted from CA at no additional charge. Next day, dropoff and pickup same afternoon, glass-mounted mirror cleanly reinstalled, looks great and is nice and tight. read more

Really excellent service from the moment I called them. I had a crack in my windshield and I have an older European car. Initially my insurance company wanted me to go with Safelite. They were supposed to come to my house and do the windshield replacement, and they never even bothered to show up. I called Euroglass, who was not even a preferred provider with my insurance. They were super nice and helpful and I feel like they went the extra mile to work with my insurance, and find me a genuine OEM windshield. Top notch install and service all the way through. Super happy with these guys and would highly recommend. read more

A fantastic experience with the guys at Euroglass today. I called to see if they could fix/replace a piece of trim that had come loose above my windshield. They told me to bring it in and they'd have a look in the morning. I was late of course, and with the number of cars there, they were clearly busy, but they had me in and out within 15 minutes. Outstanding customer service, outstanding workmanship, and an overall outstanding experience. read more

Euroglass replaced the windshield on my S3 late last summer. They did a fantastic job! Fit and finish was perfect. The windshield parts were all high quality OEM, no cheap aftermarket used. The gentleman I spoke to on the phone was extremely polite. Even more accommodating when I dropped the car off, giving me a lift over to MS campus. Recently had a serious star on the new windshield, less than 500 miles on it, so I called Euroglass to repair. They filled the star expertly, for $free.99!!! As long as I'm in Seattle, they will ALWAYS have my business read more

Needed a new windshield and decided I'd rather take it to a shop instead of a mobile installation. They were very kind and gave me a ride back to work after I dropped it off even though I was a little out of their shuttle range. Found out about these guys through Bellevue Audi. I had a cracked windshield from what felt like a flying boulder from I-5. Bruce walked me through the process including dealing with my insurance. They used OEM windshield which is what I preferred. It was very seamless and pleasant from start to finish. Best part is that they are locally owned business - no more butcher job from Safelite. read more

Love this place!!! They do such a great job & so nice to work with. Excellent, quick service for our Mazda (I thought we would have to schedule weeks in advance; they offered an appointment within a couple of days), and we paid much, much less than I was quoted elsewhere. My 2019 Audi A4 took a rock to the windshield thanks to one of the many DOT projects taking place this summer.
