If I could give zero stars, I would. I was referred to Euroglass directly by Audi, and expected a level of professionalism that matches the vehicles they service. Instead, my experience was alarming and deeply disappointing. When I picked up my car, three razor blades slid off the roof and down my brand-new windshield -- one completely unwrapped and two with only the thin cardboard sleeve still on them. I asked them to double-check that nothing else had fallen into the engine bay -- an alarming safety oversight for any car, let alone a high-end vehicle. Later that day, while waiting for the ferry, I noticed several fresh chips in the metal of my door with a bluish tint -- clearly from tools rubbing or hitting the panel. I know my car inside and out (2022, purchased new for over $70k), and I can promise this damage was not there that morning. I called Euroglass not to demand compensation, but simply to let them know so they could be more careful in the future. Instead of listening, the owner immediately became defensive, dismissive, and downright insulting. He told me there was "no way his guys did that," and that the damage was from "years of keys banging against the door." For the record: my car uses a key fob. I don't carry house keys. I don't even use a purse in the front seat because I'm meticulous about protecting the interior. When I tried to explain this, he interrupted, raised his voice, mocked me, and then hung up on me. The entire exchange left me feeling bullied by the very person who should have been accountable for his shop's work. This is not just about the damage -- it's about the complete lack of accountability, professionalism, and basic respect. If you care about your car or about being treated decently as a customer, I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere. read more

Just had a windshield replaced by Jason and crew. It was a great experience as always (Ive been coming here with 3+ vehicles for over 15 years). These are honest, intelligent, easy to work with folks. No frills, just quality work and attention to detail. This time around they noticed and fixed a failed sunroof drain I was unaware of (thanks!) and also did little things that were appreciated such as putting new adhesive on my dashcam mount, and re-running the dashcam power so it was easy for me to set back up. They also gave the car back cleaner than I left it (service detail). I'll be back...but hopefully not for a bit :) read more

It is for a kit car called a Superlite SLC that has a very round windshield that takes some effort to fit onto the flexible body of the car. The first windshield install did not go well, and it had to be redone, but Euro Glass did not give up, they were willing to make it right. My 2016 Porsche Boxster Spyder needed the windshield replaced and being a picky MF that I am, I took quite some time to look around for that perfect shop to do the work and almost unanimously all Porsche folks recommended Euroglass. The owner Bruce and I were messaging through Yelp and he was very helpful and patient as it took a few months. They were more than happy to use OEM windshield even though my insurance company didn't want to, but after some phone calls between my insurance and Bruce, the insurance company accepted. They ordered a the new windshield from Audi and even took care of the insurance claim. They work with most insurance companies so it was very smooth. These guys were awesome. Euroglass was recommended to me by my BMW mechanic. They offered me an aftermarket windshield manufactured by the OEM vendor, saving me a lot of money. The installation was great, the HUD and Rain Sensors work fine. There were some broken clips that hold the bottom plastic piece to the windshield, so they ordered them and replaced them with no labor cost. I was unlucky enough to have a rock cause a nice big crack on my leased BMW's windshield...but I was lucky enough to find Euroglass. My insurance wanted me to use a popular company which had negative reviews about them using inferior aftermarket glass. I didn't want to deal with that company (or have a problem down the road when the lease is up and BMW inspects the car and decides the glass isn't good quality) so I started searching for a company with positive reviews and a history of fixing windshields with quality BMW OE/OEM glass. Thank goodness I found Euroglass! I contacted Bruce through the Yelp messaging system and he helped me to organize everything. It was super fast and efficient. He coordinated with my insurance company and confirmed that they could use BMW logo'd Pilkington glass for the replacement. The work took about half a day (8:30am drop off and noon pickup) and the new glass looks exactly like my original glass. Perfect! read more

These guys are great! They did quite a bit of research for me only to discover that the best source for the correct glass would come from my source. Still wanted the business even after they knew they couldn't sell me the glass! Install on my vintage german car was flawless with the windshield trim remaining perfect even after removal and re-install. Quick turnaround with a short overnight cure of the seal and glue. First, the facts: A rock hit the windshield of my 2014 Porsche 911 on a Friday. At first, the area damaged was about the size of a nickel, so it looked like it could be repaired, but a major crack soon developed over the weekend, and Speedy Glass told me that I would have to get a new windshield. I took the car to Porsche Bellevue the following Monday, and they referred me to this shop. I spoke with Bruce Simmons over the phone while at the dealer, and he took down the necessary particulars, including my insurance information. The next day, Bruce called me to let me know that he had received the new OEM windshield and that the insurance company had authorized him to proceed. I dropped my car off at Euroglass the following day at around noon, and by 4:30 that afternoon my car was ready, with a brand new, flawless OEM windshield that perfectly matched the tint of the original. The late Christopher Hitchens wrote a great essay on why we should all be drinking more alcohol. He noted that life can be "crushingly tedious" and that a good stiff drink can make those times bearable. I assume you are reading this because you are staring at a nasty dimple or crack in your windshield and that, in contemplating your immediate future--having to deal with your insurance company, the repair shop, etc.--you probably feel like you could use one or two drinks right about now. My independent shop Strictly BMW recommended Euroglass for a chip repair, which was done quickly and professionally for a good price. They mentioned afterward that a full replacement windshield would be less than I'd thought. While the chip repair held out ok, I soon grew tired of the thousands of pits in the 30yo glass and returned for a new windshield. They spoke knowledgeably of how the seal was likely still good, dangers of going with cheap 3rd party seals, and how the trim strip's aftermarket black-coat was cracking and would get worse. I asked them to replace the trim strip with original chrome strip, which they had overnighted from CA at no additional charge. Next day, dropoff and pickup same afternoon, glass-mounted mirror cleanly reinstalled, looks great and is nice and tight. read more

Really excellent service from the moment I called them. I had a crack in my windshield and I have an older European car. Initially my insurance company wanted me to go with Safelite.
