During a really cr*ppy situation of my car being vandalized (quarter panels being shattered), this place kept me at ease and stress free. Not to be dramatic but I've never had such amazing customer service where they provided the service needed and more. Offered water upon walking in, took me in first thing in the morning despite the flooding happening, cleaned up the shattered glass all over in the inside of my car, provided personal recommendations to other businesses for other services, and the owner himself helped seal off the edges of the windows out in the rain. NOVUS glass has been my go to place for all my car glass issues. I've had several dings and cracks on my front window over the past couple years. NOVUS is always very quick to call and schedule an appointment after filing an insurance claim. I've had a couple crack repairs done here and none of them have spread further. Got a windshield chip repaired here. I didn't have time to schedule an appointment and decided to drop by anyway since they are along my way home to see if they can get me. I arrived and they inspected the chip which had already started to develop small star cracks. Sam the technician said he was pretty sure he could salvage the windshield but it would require a tiny bit of drilling. 25 minutes later he was done and the chip is s gone! Cy is super easy to work with and I would highly recommend his shop to those who want nothing but the best. I had a crack on 2018 Sprinter with the lain departure sensor. When I contacted the dealer, I was referred to another shop but was a bit far. Based on glowing reviews on Yelp and being local, I contacted Cy. He was processional and always available to answer my call. I wish I could say the same about the glass insurer (Safelite via Progressive). Even though the policy states that I could take it anywhere , they would not pay for the OEM glass because my car is more than 2 years old. I was willing to pay the difference but the OEM glass was out of stock for 3 weeks. Cy ordered non OEM but was able to reuse the OEM seal to make it perfect. I am pretty satisfied with the result and would highly recommend his shop. read more

My car got a 3 inch crack on the base of the windshield after a freezing cold tunnel car wash in a darn hot day. It doubled within weeks. The glass was beyond repair as the crack happened on the base but not immediately unsafe to drive, according to Cye's honest opinion. We chose not to wait and replace it right away as he managed to secure the one last available glass from the Mini dealership in the middle of national glass shortage. Noticed a crack in my windshield over the weekend. Could have been the hail last week. Suspected they weren't open on a Saturday but tried to call anyways, no answer as expected. I planned to call back on Monday. I was pleasantly surprised when Cye texted me and asked if he could be of help. I sent a pic of the crack (size at borderline for fixing vs. replacing). He went through with me the pros and cons of each. Decided to go with a replacement and he was able to get me on the schedule for Monday morning. Great place for car window work. I had the windshield of my X5 replaced here two times now. There were a couple of issues at the first time but Cye took care of the issues as if the car was his own even though it ended up costing him a few hundred dollars. He didn't care about the money as long as his customer was happy. People make mistakes and I valued his sense of ownership for correcting the issues. Not all business owners are like Cye unfortunately.
