Fair prices. They have an enclosed waiting area with a few seats if you plan to stay during the timeframe needed to complete the work. My car got broken into and I noticed yesterday morning before work. Called a bunch of places and this place said they could get me in the next day at 9am when they opened. I pulled up right at 9am and two men were standing there ready to get to work. I planned on dropping my car off since I assumed it would take all day but when he asked if I wanted to wait he said it would only take 30 min. AWESOME! He got started right away and was done by 9:30am. Lots of people started pulling up in that 30 min all with the same problems. Sucks how common car break ins are nowadays but I'm glad it wasn't too stressful to get fixed. Was cheaper than my deductible so I paid out of pocket instead of going through my insurance. Unfortunately my passenger side window got smashed last night. After calling around a handful of places, Peter Pan Auto Glass was the only place that would take me today (all others were a couple days out,) and had the lowest price of all the quotes i got. They luckily had the glass for my car model so they were quick. The whole process took an hour at most. They were busy, which showed me they are a place that is trusted. You could do a lot worse than Peter Pan. But the Asian guys who work here seem to have magical skills. They can bring your car's windows back to clear and sound in no time. There was an occasional rattle in my hatchback audi Avant after the back window was repaired here (paid in full buy insurance), but I think that's pretty typical. A glass shop would have to full disassemble the related car part to get EVERY shard of glass out. Nice Work Peter Pan. All I had to do was text him what the problem was, my year, make and model of my car and he gave me an estimate right away. Since I was in no dire need of him coming to me (like people said he could), I scheduled and brought it on a saturday between 11-12pm as discussed. I was stoked based on the reviews to get service done here. I called early last week to schedule an appointment, received a really good quote and the person verified what year my truck was and said he could do it. Arrived at my appointment time, person working looked really confused as to why we were even there and had to call his boss to check if they even had the specific windshield for my truck available. For which they didn't. So that was frustrating. I'm still sure they're great, but if an appointment was scheduled for a time you'd think they'd have the windshield available so I'm really disappointed. read more

I was referred to this shop by our autobody place. They had the best prices around and, unlike the huge national chains, you don't have to give them all your marketing data (name, address, etc) before they'll give you a quote. They don't, however, repair chips in the glass; full replacements only. We paid just under $500 for two windshields: one for a light SUV and one for a sports car (the sports car windshields are always expensive). They were able to come out within 24 hours of my call, and the crew showed up on time and replaced two windshields for us on the Eastside for no extra charge. They were fast and efficient and polite, and the windshields have been problem free in the two weeks we've had them. So long as the windshields continue to be problem-free, I'd use them again. read more

Had a crack in my windshield and I hired this company to replace it. They met me at my place of work to replace it. Service was done quickly at a good price. I've had no problems with the windshield, thus far. However, it was not explained that the rubber seals around the sides of the windshield would not be replaced during the service. I bought the OEM rubber seal part online to self-install, but realized that the windshield had been installed too high for the seal to fit around the glass.
