They seem to be more responsive over email, so that's something to keep in mind. The work took less than an hour, and I couldn't even tell where the ding was, so they did an excellent job! I made an appointment online a week ago and received several emails and text messages prior to the installation this morning. The technicians were at the shop 20 minutes early and very friendly and accommodating when I came in.
