I got my front windows tinted, months later it started to come off. I wasn't sure how long it was supposed to last but I went back the guy offered to redo it. my mistake was getting HID lights from this guys which you should never do, I was overcharged "190" and it left me feeling like I was ripped off specially when I saw the cheap product they installed see photo below. What's worse I thought I was paying for quality not some cheap crap serves me right just wasted 190 dlls. Tint, maybe. Anything else, never. read more

I wouldn't take my car here to have anything done period rude customer service and I paid 400$ to have 1 deck installed and a pair of 5.25 door speakers. I paid them in advance to install a small subwoofer behind the truck seat and i tried for over 2 weeks to get them to do what I paid for so every time I tried to have them do it their reply was it will be next week. Also not to mention the crap you install I had to pay another great company in Burien to fix and their excuse was well they didn't have an excuse and they really don't care they was unprofessional if I could give them 0 stars I would it is well deserved. The company did a poor job with installation and 2 weeks after the installation, I discovered the seals and trim around the base of the windshield were not attached correctly. Made an appointment for The Best Auto Glass & Tint to fix their work. When my daughter brought the car in on the appointed date, they were unwilling to help her because she did not have a receipt. Mary the person working could not find the receipt on her computer. When I called, she was very rude on the phone and unwilling to demonstrate any customer service I cannot and would not recommend this shop, look else where in Burien if you need this type of Service. read more

I was a returning customer because I had brought my honda to get completely tinted back in 2017 and 5 years later tint still looked new. I decided to take my brand new 2021 Toyota Camry and was not only disappointed once but twice. The first time they tinted my car there was not a lot of air bubbles and debris inside tint but the back windows were not tinted all the way down. I contacted them and got an appointment to check that out and hopefully fix it. I then took the car 1 week after the first time going to get it fixed and showed the employee where the errors were they told me they would call me when it was done 3-4 hours later and mind you I got there at 9am and was never called in that time frame. I picked it up until 4pm because they never called me saying it was done or anything even though I specifically asked them to. And this time I saw way more debris inside tint almost on all windows and a lot of air bubbles but this time they tinted the windows all the way down on all of them. I decided not to bother going back a second to complain because they will probably redo it and do it wrong again. read more

The morning of a break in to my vehicle I took my car to this shop to get a window replacement. It happened to be veterans day and I wasn't sure if they were going to be open. They did come in and quickly had my glass transported from Tacoma and within about 2 hours my window was replaced and tinted back to the original color. THANK YOU SO MUCH! I want to make a point to write this review for the Best auto and Window because they went above and beyond completely exceeding every expectation I had. Not only with the service they provided me but the amazing customer service and they way I was treated as a customer today. Because of this I will recommend every person that I know who asks to this place and I will also continue to go here for my own needs. I called on a Thursday morning at 9:00am looking to get in same day, and they were able to get me in for an appointment within the hour!! I was only coming in to get a full tint done on my 2018 Nissan, but I was open and had been interested in getting a system done for a while the person who helped me told me everything I needed to know as far as the differences in equipment as well as the price between all of the options.. I wasn't sure at first if I wanted to spend the money I was originally quoted but after asking around and getting estimates from other shops I decided to get the work done I couldn't find a better price this side of the Mississippi!!! I don't know much about car streos, but what I do know is what I want and they were able to deliver on that exactly what I wanted. He was able to get the Apple CarPlay stereo that I have been wanting along with new sound that is way better than it was before also the tint looks solid I didn't even recognize my car when I pulled up to the parking lot. But that's not really what I want to even review or touch on, I want to touch on the fact that these guys are so incredible when it comes to customer service. I was having issues with my bank account and my card was over my daily transaction limit so the transaction continued to get declined and they were so patient with me Waiting why exhausted every option trying to get that paid for. As far as paying for it goes I was able to only charge $300 onto my card, and I had a $1600 balance remaining. They waited for me to literally go over every single option I had to figure out the payment for my services as even as much as waiting an hour and a half after close, so I could pick up cash and bring it back to them because not only did I want to make sure they got paid I needed my card THAT night for the errands I had to deal with my own business. They were so patient they didn't seem to get irritated with me once, and even if they were irritated they didn't show it. He allowed me to wait until I was able to figure it all out never once getting upset with me or frustrated over the situation. I understand this is a very frustrating situation it's late it's the end of the day you want to go home you're tired but I was never made to feel uncomfortable or like I was annoying or like I was a bother and that is what it's all about. That is what keeps people coming back and bringing other customers as well!! Thank you guys for being so kind and so willing to work with me on any issues I had. Seriously i am just so impressed with the level of customer service here. I will always go here and I will always recommend people to this place like I said. that is what brings people back to businesses over and over and over and over again. Stay away from this company! They are NOT thorough. My back windshield was replaced quickly but they failed to clean up any of the broken glass that ended up within the door which then jammed and broke the whole automatic locking mechanism inside the tailgate of my mini van. I called the company and they took no responsibility for it. So at the end of the day the windshield replacement was about $360.dollars. It could have ended there but now it is gonna be about $1,200 to replace my lock, labor and clean up all the glass which caused the damage. All they had to do is just vacuum out the broken glass or charge me more to do so. No one needs expensive mistakes like this! read more

I dropped off my car at 2pm to get the windows tonite the guy who works there told me to come pick it up at 6pm. I went there at 6pm and the car has not even been touched yet. He said to wait another 2 hours and pick it up at 8pm but I got pissed and I just took the car and left. Kind and professional service. I got my driver side window replaced many months ago and they were fast and professional. After a couple months, it started making a terrible high-pitched scratching sound every time the window was rolled down. I finally made it back to get it checked out about eight months later and they fixed it and didn't charge for the service. I'll be recommending them for any auto window repair. read more

Not sure how this place has 4.5 star ratings. Called on a Wednesday about a front passenger window replacement and tint. Owner told me it's a limited availability window and would need to order directly from dealer. I agreed and made an appointment for Saturday. Text him Friday to see if he got the window. No response. Saturday morning I called and he said he hadn't heard back from the dealership and would call them and call me back right away. Hours go by and I hear nothing so I decided to stop by the shop. The shop was busy and there seemed to be a lot of people standing out front chatting. He said he had 4 cars and couldn't work on mine and that he would call me Monday. Monday rolls around and I call around 12pm. He goes on to say the dealership closed his account and he doesn't have the window. Really?! So he had me wait 5 days just to tell me he couldn't do the job! This is horrible customer service. At least be upfront and follow up with customers when you say you will. I'm actually glad I didn't have the work done here as the shop looked a mess. Took the car to Safelite for window replacement and had the tinting done by Diamond Tinting in Tukwila. read more

Good price, so-so customer service, and HORRIBLE quality of work;( Got my tints done here and wasn't satisfied at all, from the obvious miss cuts, bubbles and the surprisingly noticeable overlapping of tint film from the inside. Talked to them to re-do them but they said "it's gonna be like that wherever you go" So much for being "THE BEST AUTO GLASS???" They have no pride in their work what so ever. My advice for any of you wanting to get tints done is to go to the other guys where the price reflects the quality of work. I learned it the hard way but WHAT YOU PAY IS WHAT YOU GET. Recently i had a bad experience with someone breaking my Driver side front window on my truck.. Luckily i remembered a nice company that came out and replaced the front windshield in my Camry a year ago so i called them first. This time i decided to go their shop in Burien and glad i did. Mary and the staff are friendly and professional and time flew by and my truck window was replaced and they even vacuumed glass bits out. I highly recommend and will be back in future. After only having our brand new 2015 Toyota Sienna for a week it was broken into! I called Toyota of Bellevue where we bought the vehicle and they were no help! Couldn't even get us in until almost a week later and didn't offer us an help and wanted to charge us double what other quoted us. Called a few other places no help and cost was an arm and a leg! I had a large rock chip in my windshield. With the current sunshine and freezing weather, I was worried that my windshield would crack if I didnt get the chip fixed asap. I happened to be near this place and stopped in. I am so lucky to have found them! They fixed the chip right away, were very friendly and even guided me through how to get a reimbursement from my insurance company. I honestly wouldn't have given these guys a chance with the poor rating, but a coworker recommended them highly. I called in and got the best quote in the area from a very professional and courteous customer service person. She offered to have a driver come to me that hour and fix it but I opted to go first thing the next day. I was told it may take 1.5hrs and I got out of there in less then 1 hour. First of all, I didn't had any service there. One day I call there to ask how much cost to repair rock chip, the lady Mary told me $35, which is the best deal in town, can't find anywhere else cheaper. But when I go there, the tech said my rock chip is not repairable, the wind shield needs to be replaced. It was only small rock chip, not even a quarter size big, they were trying to scheme me replacing a windshield, what a waste of time.
