Someone smashed my rear window last night and I was so desperate to find a repair shop. Of course everywhere was close but I called here and they answered! Henry was able to help replace my window. Him and his colleague were friendly and they fixed it in less than 30 minutes. While I was waiting, he mentioned that he could've went to my work. Went here a few months ago to replace my '98 Subaru Outback's windshield after some joker smashed it in with a big rock. I asked if they could find a windshield with a special heating option and they handled it no problem. Quick, cheap, no frills. I didn't need to be coddled, just needed my windshield replaced. The cost to replace my smashed-in passenger window was about $100 less at Peter Pan Auto Glass than I was quoted elsewhere. I was able to get a same-day repair and they even vacuumed up all of the glass for me. It's true that the ambiance isn't great - it's an old shop squeezed between a couple other auto places... but, I highly recommend for a relatively fast repair and a fair price. Great auto glass company in my 'hood. Punk kids broke out the back window of my suv. If I could, I would give it no star as they never showed up to perform their job. It took 2 months and 4 appointments and nothing was done. 1st appointment at my job in Redmond, it's a no show/no call. 2nd appointment, wrong part even though I took pictures and sent him prior. 3rd appointment, no show again as weather (shower). 4th appointment in Everett, my home, no show (Friday) but texted and lied that he couldn't find my house and went back to Seattle, even though he had been at my house twice 5 and 7 yrs ago. The, I had to call him to make a 5th appointment, and he just want me to stay home on weekdays. If Seattle -Everett is too far, then they should NOT take the job in the first place. F*... this guy, unprofessional and bullshit. NOT RECOMMENDED. I called Phuoc Le Auto Glass 206-372-0730 and scheduled on Saturday. Phuoc was very on time and done it nicely with best care. Because I am very precautious about my new car paint, but I smiled at the end and I tipped them on top of what they got from insurance. Recommended. read more

Do not go here if you want a professional job done. My car was broken into and I needed the passenger front glass replaced. My husband called the number and spoke with Henry and he agreed to do it for $150 cash. That seemed really reasonable. He tells us to leave the keys with the business next door...ohhk that's sorta normal I guess. We get there and my husband goes to the "other" business' door to knock and there's a dead rat just chillin' at the front doorway saying hello. Nobody answers the door though. He calls Henry and guess what? He tells my husband to leave the keys with the OTHER business next door to the first business....ohhk getting weird. We follow his instructions and he says he won't be there until later but it'll be done around 4:00pm. 3:30, then 4:00pm rolls around and no call. My husband calls and Henry doesn't pick up. He calls again and leaves a message. No return call. He calls again and Henry picks up. He says we didn't show up at 4:00pm so he closed the shop and locked the car inside so we have to come get it in the morning between 9-9:30am. WHAT THE ...?!! Next morning we go pick up the car and pay. As I'm driving off I notice a slight sound coming from the window...I can't tell if it's just windy outside or what. We get home and my husband takes it around the block and says there's definitely a sound from the window, as though they didn't put it on right and air is coming through. We call Henry. We drive back. We wait as two guys come out to fix the window they messed up, and we leave once again hoping it's finally over. Next day I get my window re-tinted and the guys putting the tint on tell me whoever replaced my window didn't put the door panel back on right, as though "they didn't know what the hell they were doing." Awesome. This time we didn't call Henry. We decided to call our regular mechanic because at least he would put the door panel back on right. read more

I called him after my car was broken into and he said to bring it by at 12. I show up at 12, there's nowhere to park, place is a mess, he says he's busy and to bring it back in half an hour. I ask him, if I bring it back in a half hour will he actually get to it? He basically says 'maybe'. He wasn't friendly. Girl from work was quoted $400 for her Escalade from another company, we found these guys through the phone book and they did it for $150, I just had them out to do my 89 ford f350 that I bought and they replaced it for a $150. Almost a year later and it has started raining like crazy again. No leaking or noise issues with the window that I had replaced here. In fact it's holding up substantially better than the factory installed windows which aren't much older than the replacement. read more
