Did a Yelp request for quotes early this morning and received a reply with a rough quote in minutes. Their shop wasn't even open yet. No other replys came in until much later, and no one else gave a quote, only asked questions. We sent our VIN# to Just Right for a final quote and made a same day appointment for them to come out between 11a-1p. Jed arrived about 11:30 and was finished by 12:30. He was both fast and efficient, definitely earned his pay with all the fiddle bits in the process which was fascinating to watch. Jed was also super friendly, yet wasted no time. Definitely bookmarking this business for the future. Absolutely recommend. read more

This was the first glass company that responded to our ;request for a windshield replacement for our pickup truck. This is a mobile only business. To receive service you will need to have the VIN for the vehicle to ensure the technician has the exact windshield for your vehicle. The price was about $100 less than the major glass shops estimates that followed. The technician arrived at the end of the time frame given for arrival. That was "on me" as I let him know we would be home all day. The work was completed promptly, with the work being done to my complete satisfactions. Bottom line, everyone likes to get to the bottom line, would I use this company again? ABSOLUTELY!!! read more

I requested service on a cracked windshield and Jed got back to me pretty quickly. Jed provided a reasonable quote, was flexible and fit me in quickly. There were a few hick-ups in our communication but its the type of thing I can overlook when working with an owner operator. Jed arrived a later than I anticipated but he communicated with me the entire time, so that I was aware. Jed provided quality service onsite at my residence and is a great alternative to his national competitors. I was also happy to support a black owned business and as an owner of 2 cars that seem to find rocks to hit, (3rd windshield in 2 years) I will work with Jed for all my auto glass needs. read more

Had to replace my windshield and after being quoted $1000 by Safelitte I sent out a quote request through Yelp. Ted responded immediately with great savings. I kept rescheduling with him and he continued to accommodate my schedule. He was here on time, completed the install expeditiously, and when I found my windshield sprinklers didn't work, he immediately came back, found a kink in the line, and smiled and chatted throughout the fix. GREAT GUY, GREAT SERVICE! read more

He's honestly, just the best. He did our windshield a month or so back. Seattle Spring produced a monster of a rainstorm. My partner told me he had a leak coming in just under the windshield which had never happened before. I contacted Jed and he immediately responded with availability to come the next day. Checked everything out. Seems my partner left the sunroof a little open for the storm. The guy backs his work and doesn't even make fun of you when you do dumb things. I keep his card at my barber station because I want all my neighbors working with someone I trust. read more

Had a wonderful experience with Just Right. My window was busted and car broken into, which is always awful. Jed was very responsive and communicative and offered a great rate, especially considering that he can't to me so I didn't have to worry about transportation or missing work. He was super friendly, quick and efficient. Window is good as new. Being broken into is a crappy thing to go through, but I feel much better note that my window is fixed! read more

Our 2002 Chevrolet Express Van had two broken windows on the passenger side. Other auto glass repair businesses told me that one of the windows had been discontinued and that I would have to look for a window at the junk yard. Jed responded quickly and was able to quickly track down and order the discontinued window. When the window arrived, he immediately scheduled a mobile repair at my location which was very convenient. He arrived as scheduled and did an excellent job installing the new windows. Not only did Jed go above and beyond to solve my problem, he was punctual, friendly, and his prices were lower than every other competitor who gave me a quote. Great value! read more
