I reached out to attention to detail and they were able to come the next week- on New Year's Day! Well, I paid extra to have the smell removed, I'm very glad I did. The smell is gone, and my husband's car looks great. There was a moment when I thought that they had not completed the task well enough. I reached back out to them and they gave me the reminder to change the cabin filter (we had not done that yet), but he also said that if the smell returned, he would be back out there to redo the whole process without charge (except for the travel fee, which was fair as we are a solid 40 minutes away). I was so relieved that the smell was gone. Thanks for being so quick to respond, getting me on the schedule so quickly, doing a fantastic job, and being willing to come out again to redo the process without the detailing fee. I recommend Attention to Detail for your cars needs. I remember, if they miss something, just reach back out to them and they'll be willing to fix it.

I was so impressed, because I really wanted to get it done today, same day we bought the car. Not only did this company accommodate my need for this to be done today, BUT he was also LOWER priced than ANYONE we had called. I was soooo impressed when they drove our car to the front when they were all done, and wow, they were quick, I would say at least, half the time of everyone else we called. When we were paying, my husband had inquired about a film to put on the door handle are and wherever else, (so nail polish or my wedding ring won't scratch the area when I open the doors), we had asked how soon he would be able to do that, his response, I can do it today if you want. When I called after filing my claim the person who answered the phone said she knew she had seen it somewhere, USAA said they'd call me but am guessing that if I hadn't called I'd still be waiting. That said they were very nice when I took my car in and dropped it off. Asked how long it would take and they said two hours. I went home and then a friend and I went to lunch in Puyallup, went to a park, went to Starbucks and four hours later the car still wasn't done. That's a lot of difference in time. Aside from that little glitch, the work was professional, and there were no fingerprints or dirty spots in the car and I know they had to recalibrate the camera. Nice to have a brand new window on my brand new car
