Dropped in to get a ding fixed. He verified he could fix it on the spot, then he asked if it had been replaced before. I told him it had, by another glass replacement company. He said the other company may be able to replace, as it may be under warranty. I had such a crap experience with the other place I told him to just go ahead and fix it. He asked who my insurance company was. I told him and he said they would replace it for free. He showed me how to go in the app and file the claim. A minute later, he had the claim approval on his computer. Meanwhile, the other technician already had my car in the shop, working on it. I was in and out of there in 20 minutes! This is the only place I'll go to get glass repair. read more

The manager Zach could probably teach a University class on how companies should provide customer service. Something on the interstate hit my windshield and left a small star shaped crack on it. I went to NOVUS on Aurora a couple days later to see what I need to do. The employees were professional, pleasant and very helpful. As this was the first time I've been in this situation, they took the time to listen and answer my questions. In addition, they even called the dealer to get a quote for OEM parts so I could make an informed decision. For now, I went with the repair and the employees explained the process clearly. They were able to fix the repair same day as a walk-in and it took about 30 minutes. Afterwards, there is a small blemish but it's hardly noticeable and the cracks that were going out are now clear. Also, the price for fixing it was very reasonable and was about $100 out the door. Well worth it to prevent it from cracking further and a lot cheaper than replacing the entire windshield. Also, if you want, they will even file it in your insurance for you. Overall, I am impressed. If I was in this situation again, I would definitely go back and if I need to replace my windshield at any point, I will have them do it as well. I had such a great experience with Novus from the start. My cars back passenger window was destroyed by a vandal and Geico listed Novus as a possible glass replacement shop. Sophia answered the phone on first ring and was so nice and accommodating. They were able to see me within a few days after ordering parts from the dealer. Some other places I considered didn't answer the phone or were way more expensive. For both my appointments, the front desk staff and technician were so great. I really enjoyed chatting with the tech, he was professional and walked me through the process of glass fixing and showed me what the insides of my car door looked like. So cool! Hyundai neglected to include a necessary part for fixing the window, and the staff at Novus were apologetic, transparent, and ordered the part needed and scheduled me back a few days later. (It wasn't even their fault, yet they went out of there way to talk me through everything ) The glass fix appointment was quick and had me on my way. Thank you!! read more

It is probably unfair to give you such a low rating. The service provided at your location was superb. Your backup, however, is the problem. I had my windshield replaced on 7/19/24. Within a couple of days, I noticed the windshield washer would not deliver fluid to the windshield. I scheduled an appointment for my mechanic to look at the problem. Today 8/22/24 my mechanic diagnosed the problem as damage likely due to windshield replacement. I had an 18+minute phone call with Jen, your regional manager, who essentially said that I needed proof. Speedy glass would not cover any of the cost of fixing their problem without documentable evidence they caused it. The timing of these events makes such documentation impossible. I see now why the Better Business Bureau gives them a "C" rating. Jen refused to give me any contact information for her superior, supposedly one Rudy Bruckner. Perhaps you know how to contact him. Sorry I won't be using or recommending your services in the future. JBO read more

I took my brand new vehicle there after it Being vandalized. My whole back window was broken. They told me they "try" their best to clean all broken glass. After they completed the job NO ONE did an inspection before or after the process. When I got home and went to pop my truck open. It would not budge. Before I went there to get the window fixed my trunk was working just fine. I called them to see if they can make this right, I was told it was out of their hands and I have to take it to a dealership. I was told that sometimes glass gets I'n the latch mechanism and it causes the door not to open. The glass was not cleaned out AT ALL. This company takes NO pride in their work. For reference, I have a 2017 Toyota Highlander and we were getting the front windshield replaced, if you think this review might help you, keep reading. What an unbelievably bad experience. I called to get a quote, I got two other quotes & their quote was right in the middle and they seemed friendly so I picked them. Bad plan! I forgot to send a picture of my VIN # but once I did, the price went up. I told myself, ok. They are still responsive & friendly. Took the car in, they fixed the windshield (I mentioned I was in a hurry to pick up my kid from pre-school), they pretty much said "tough luck, unless you want to compromise the safety of the windshield, we will take the time we need". Ok- I thought & said, "please don't do that". So, I pick up the car, pay over $800 bucks and review all the "diagnostic reports". I pop in my car & take off. The next time I restarted my car, the next day, I got an error (picture of a star smashing into my windshield & a hazard sign). I will attach a picture to this review. So I called them up and told Sophie (sp) the error and they put me on hold and kept repeating that it was odd. And in a nut shell that it will "go away". It didn't, so they agreed for me to come in so they could have a look. Well, I did & I heard a guy in the back calling up someone else because he didn't know what to do. Sophie (reception) was nice but in this particular case clueless. Once I returned to pick up my car, they claimed that I need to contact my dealership & that this error was coincidental. She repeatedly pointed to the Toyota emblem at the front of the car & kept saying that she looked it up & that was the issue. So I did exactly that, called the dealership, was told that it's a $190 fee to just diagnose the issue & they will need time for repairs + might need to order parts. She explained that they don't offer loaner cars. Additionally, given covid the dealership is not providing shuttle service & they won't pick up a car with a hazard notice on the dash. We only have one family car, so my husband took it in, dropped off, took an Uber home $40 bucks, and oh by the way as he is leaving they informed him they don't deliver cars after they are fixed on weekends. New information to us , give me a break! So, we spent sat. & sun without a car & once they called to let us know what had happened my blood was boiling. The camera in the front windshield had been disconnected to install the windshield & never reconnected, his words, "it was literally just dangling there". Naturally I called & texted NOVUS glass/speedy glass & Sofie said, send the paperwork but we have our paperwork that tells a different story. The proof was submitted to NOVUS on Monday morning. They did not follow up & once I called them Sofie the manager, said they have no intention of making their wrong into a right! DO NOT USE THEM! You will get screwed. read more

I called Speedy Glass Bothell as it was recommended by my Insurance agent and spoke to Dusti (great) who directed me to Novus Glass on Aurora as it was more convenient for me and had an earlier opening so I could get my windshield replaced. My experience with Novus was so seamless! I communicated with Sophia and another young woman in the office (sorry, didn't get her name) and both were terrific to work with - personable and knowledgeable and took care of all insurance paperwork for me! UPDATE: Joes Glass came and replaced my windshield today. No fuss, no whining, no complaining, showed up on time and did a GREAT job. the technician spoke english, I knew EXACTLY what was happening. Very polite and a job well done. Call Joes Glass instead. This did not work for me. When the technician arrived I was told that if they broke the brackets on either side of the windshield that it was MY responsibility. I asked why they did not tell me that in advance and was told their call center did not know to convey that info.. The woman on the phone was hostile and was "handeling me". Speedy Glass was the second place I called when I had to replace my windshield. They were able to get me in sooner than Safelite and had a cheaper quote but they STOOD ME UP FOR MY APPOINTMENT!!! When I called the 1800 number an hour after their scheduled window had passed, the gentleman said that he would leave a message for the local Speedy Glass shop to call me back during normal business hours. No one ever got back to me. I finally got my windshield replaced with All-Star Auto Glass which had a lower quote than Safelite and showed up for the appointment on time. read more

Don't trust these lying sheisters. They failed to seal new window properly, which resulted in extensive water damage to the interior of my car. They first offered to cover the costs of repair and restore; but as soon as they had my car in their garage, the reneged on their promise and demanded that I pay for another new window and all labor to re-install and repair damage caused by THEIR negligence. I had requested a quote for one particular aftermarket windshield brand. After install was completed, I found out the brand was something else. I questioned them and listend to a spiel about how all aftermarket brands are the same quality. It's not exactly what I wanted to hear given that I had specifally requested and got quoted for one brand. No apologies, no offer to make it right, and no discounts offered thus far. I paid for the installation in good faith, and asked for documentation. After all, maybe it was rebranded. A week has passed and I have not received any followup response. It doesn't seem to be a very honest service and they should admit to any mistakes on the ordering. I've been a returning customer since the past few years, so I would really not prefer to explore my options for the next time. I will update this review if and when I get a response. Update 25JUL2020: A manager reached out immediately and confirmed that the installed glass brand was different than what was requested on the quote. The manager was honest and passionate about making things right. Another mobile installation appointment was made to swap for the desired glass brand. The error is being corrected and is only a minor inconvenience. The quote was very competitive and their mobile service area extends to my place out in the boonies. I've had 4 windshield replacements with this same location for the past 5 years. I'll definitely return for any future needs. read more

Theresa at Speedy Glass is the best! We had a company car broken into on Thursday night. Friday morning, I called asking about two windows that needed to be replaced and she said they had them in stock and that they'd be delivered by 9am and someone could start working on them right away. She said we could drop the car off whenever it was convenient for us. We brought the car in around 10:30 on Friday, and the windows were replaced, the car was vacuumed, and all of the paperwork that was needed for the insurance claim was completed before 2pm the same day. This is the second time my company has worked with Theresa to replace broken windows and we're always so impressed by how quick and easy she's able to turn the cars around. I really can't say enough good things about these guys! My car was broken into last week and when the insurance finally cleared me to get my window fixed I called these guys at about 11am. They got me in by 2pm that day and though I was quoted it to take 1 to 1.5 hours it only took 40 minutes. They not only repaired my window quickly and perfectly they also vacuumed out all the broken glass, took the parking stickers off my passenger window, removed a chalk pen part number written on my side view mirror (which had been there for almost over a year), threw out my garbage in the car and organized my side door consul... seriously these guys went WAY above and beyond the call of duty. Speedy Glass - not just a clever name anymore. From time to time I stop here to buy glass for my little "art" projects. They are always very friendly and accommodating, cutting my glass right then and there. I don't think I've ever had to wait more than 5 minutes to tell you the truth. On my most recent trip, I needed two small pieces of glass for a project I was working on for a friend's housewarming gift. The guy cut both pieces and gave them to me for free (all in about 30 seconds I might add), explaining that they were left overs. Whatever, free is a price I can get behind, and they looked and worked great for what I needed. Even when I have to pay for the glass I need cut, the price is way cheaper than most places, and it's good quality (not the cheapo glass they cut for you at Lowe's). I highly recommend this place for all your glass necessitating needs. read more

Amazing service. The manager here was very understanding. I had just gotten my windshield replaced the day before in Montana. On the drive home another rock hit and by the time I made it back to Seattle the crack was all the way across the windshield. Although not covered under warranty, speedy glass gave me a discount that really helped me out a lot given that I'm a student without a lot of extra money. The repair was to my satisfaction. What was not good was the unmasked, continually coughing employee behind the counter in the waiting room. In case you haven't heard, there is an indoor mask mandate in Washington. Put one on like the co-worker you were sitting next to. Their work is fine (though they left a huge mess with shards of broken glass and also cracked the new window they were installing) but their communication and scheduling is absolutely horrendous. VERY difficult to reach their schedulers, long hold times on the phone, and every time I schedule, their installer tries to move the time around day-of. Not worth the hassle. read more

We were hit on the freeway and ended up with two chips about 3/4 of an inch apart. Stopped by just to see if it was fixable or if the windshield needed replacement. Within 10 minutes a tech confirmed it could be fixed and the front desk managed to squeeze us in right then. Professional and direct. Someone smashed my passenger glass and grabbed my GPS device. I found good reviews for Speedy Glass on Aurora on yelp, so I called on a Saturday evening. The call center was friendly and booked me for Monday. When I arrived, they were very professional and even cleaned out all of the smashed glass from the interior of my car. There was no runaround and no attempts to mark up my quote. It was done in about an hour despite the fact that the window motor was previously broken. I'll definitely go back. I had a side window replaced here after some jerk bashed it in. My insurance is what brought me to Speedy Glass. They were able to get me in the same day which was wonderful. It took just over an hour for them to replace the window which wasn't too bad. It kind of sounds like there's some glass in the groove of the window track though. I've been through the car wash since getting the new window and everything is a-okay. I thought they could have a nicer waiting area. It's clean but there isn't a tv, snacks, or even music. I went to the Safeliite nearby recently and they had a nice option of snacks and drinks, tv, and a few more seats. All I had to listen to here were the two front desk people gossiping back and forth.
