When I had my home painted this summer, the power washing beforehand left one kitchen window with water inside the double panes. Tip: only hire someone who does this because I learned they need to take exact measurements and determine the type of glass that will match your other windows. Victor Glass is excellent! A landscaper accidentally shot a rock at my double paned window, cracking it, and Victor Glass got the window replaced pretty quickly. First Shane came to measure the window and place an order for it (the insulated double paned glass and not the whole frame). It took about 2 weeks for it to come in and then Shane and another worker came to install it. After the work, the cost didn't change from the estimate--$270. That's always nice to see. It only took Shane and the other guy an hour to temporarily remove the moldings and ledge by the window, take it out, replace the glass, and put it back together, so I was able to head back to work quickly! I like the finishing touches they do like caulking the moldings after putting them back on, cleaning the window after installing it, and picking up the little pieces of debris on the carpet like a manual vacuum cleaner. I had to paint the holes where the nails were pulled out of the moldings, but that was agreed upon. I'd recommend them. read more

I had them out to replace my windshield yesterday. They set an appointment window for between 9a-12p. They called ahead when they were 20 minutes out and arrived on time. I loved how he explained how the replacement would go and how the edging surrounding the windshield would be treated. They were done with the replacement in 40 minutes and I was instructed to let it cure an hour and it would be set. It looks perfect! Great customer service and very competitive pricing. In a day and age we live in where for the companies that we do businesses with we are just customer x with an account number, it was an amazing experience to do business with Victor Glass. I called VG to order a couple of glass pieces for my cabinet. I might know a little bit about other subjects, but glass isn't it. By the time I had gotten off the phone, Shane who owns the company had educated me enough on the difference in regular glasses and tempered glasses. Furthermore, he had educated me on the fact that grey glasses go better in living room areas than bronze which is what I had in mind. Now that I look at it, he was spot on. Shane who as the owner of the company answers all the calls himself is an ultra pleasant personality who is very knowledgeable and customer service comes naturally to him. When my order was completed, he even came by my work to drop the glasses. I'm very happy with my recent experience with Victor Glass and Shane, the owner. I had him replace two large double-pane windows, one in a wooden door (28x67" glass) and the other in a 33-year-old Weathervane wood window (24x58"). Shane's price was the lowest out of the several companies I contacted. He was very helpful on the phone and, when the glass he ordered had arrived, he was out to install it the same day. The work was done promptly and properly, with no surprises. Shane clearly takes pride in his work and has good attention to detail. He matched the color of the caulking to the paint on the door/window, and was careful (and skilled) enough that he was able to remove/reuse the same wood trim that holds the glass in place. You definitely owe it to yourself to give Shane a call if you need glass repair, especially if you have wood doors or windows! I can't recommend Shane and his team enough! Tl;dr - I'll definitely call Shane again if we need new windows and recommend you do the same! We needed to replace a window which was broken by a neighbor's kid - instead of making us pay for an entire new window unit, Shane was able to replace the broken half with a high quality replacement at a fraction of the cost. Looks like new again and seamlessly matches the existing window. Shane came out quickly for a price quote, and we didn't even need to be home. Next I submitted a request for a quote on their website. They did not respond. Next, I left them a voicemail. They returned my call, took the information they needed, and promised to send me a quote via email in two to three days. After waiting for a week, I called them again. Four days later, they still haven't called me. Wore mask at all times and kept distance when entering our home. Replaced a large window in our master bedroom that had peeling seal and black mold growth.
