I had a rock chip my windshield and it very quickly turned into a crack that kept spreading. I called the Lexus dealership and they recommended this place. I called them on Monday and my windshield was replaced that same Friday. They were fantastic from start to finish. I went through insurance and they quickly got approval for OEM parts which was great since they're expensive but worth it. I dropped my car off around 10 and it was ready about 2:30. They initially thought it may be done earlier but called to say they were running behind schedule around 1 and apologized for it. Great communication. It looks like they did a great job and I didn't see any damage on my car from the replacement. The tech was also so nice to put new adhesive on my dash cam that was stuck on my old windshield so I could attach it to the new one. Can't recommend these guys enough. Hopefully I don't have to go through getting a new windshield again but if I do, I will definitely come back here even if I have to pay out of pocket. read more

Great job and offers the Avant discount. Highly recommended. Have been here for other cars and always come back. Did a quick rock chip repair and super job read more

I took my vehicle here for windshield repair. That part seems to be installed properly. However, my car has got new scratches that is very difficult to remove due to lady cleaning my car when it wasn't required or requested. This place is a windshield repair shop NOT a detail shop. She decided to clean the side door railing along the driver and passengers side. I saw her do it and then step out to request that she stop. She also decided to clean my windshield wipers vigorously and damage the wipers blade and mechanism. Her job is to calibrate cameras and that is it! Not to clean my car! She doesn't know that dirt can scratch paint surfaces while using dirty rag and a spray cleaner. The multiple scratches are deep and thought the clear-coat. I see it all the time when I open and close the doors. I know she did it. But I'm not taking my car back there again. They probably deny they cause the scratch damage. ALWAYS VIDEO BEFOEE AND AFTER taking your car in for any service. I have the before and after while at the shop. So I know she did it! But nothing I can do at this point except just see it all the time to remind myself how stupid this lady was to clean my car unnecessarily and causing this permanent damage to side railing of my drivers side and passenger side. Also damaged the windshield blade and mechanism. read more

Great service and customer care. Highly recommend for any car windshield repairs. Pricing are normal

There's a reason why they have such a good score (and so many reviews). Pros Good prices Good work quality Super nice people Good communication Cons Not too much parking They're in high demand so they are booked way out We got a nasty crack in the windshield of one of the family cars and there was no way to fix it--the whole thing had to be replaced. I got bids from at least half a dozen places, and CTAG easily had the best price. Combined with lots of positive reviews both on and off Yelp, this made them the clear #1 pick. Thankfully, the crack wasn't growing so we were able to wait the 3 weeks until they had an open appointment. They called and emailed the day before to make sure we remembered, and let us know that we could be early if that made things any easier for us. They knew who we were and remembered our names when we walked in. A few hours later, they called to let us know the car was ready to pick up any time. They're next to a collision center, which probably also explains why they're so busy. They're right on 99, so getting in and out of their 3-4 parking spots can be time-consuming when there's lots of traffic, but that's a non-issue when you're getting the best price on competent work from people you're happy to support. read more

Our windshield was on a back order from Toyota for over 6 months but when it finally became available, the team at Car Tech got us in rapidly. We drove up from Tacoma because I've known the ownership for about 25 years. Haffo and the crew took great care of us and made sure all our cameras were calibrated so that all the fancy lane departure items etc functioned as designed. I really cannot imagine anyone else taking care of my windshield replacement needs. Thank you Car Tech for the great job performed. read more

What great service! They were booked for the day but managed to squeeze me in on short notice. The office staff was friendly, and the technician (Haffo S.) was professional and took the time to explain the process. Highly recommended! read more

We've used Car Tech to replace a windshield, and they were excellent. Recently one of our other cars had what we thought were chips on the windshield. Car Tech checked it out and told is it was just hard sap from trees, and didn't try to charge us. Will always go back there. read more

As you know, it is a drag to get a stupid rock chip that turns in to a giant windshield crack. If there was any business that made the experience tolerable it would be Car Tech on Hwy 99! Because I only have the one car and live alone, it was so hard to get my car in for the windshield replacement. The gals in the office were so nice and patient as I rescheduled my appointments multiple times! And when I finally got in there they greeted me so warmly. The waiting room was nice. It didn't stink like burned coffee and rancid popcorn. They even loaned me a charger adapter while I waited. Their work is impeccable and I felt comfortable that I could bring my car back if I had any questions or concerns about the new windshield. It is such a treat these days to experience how customer service should be done. read more

Car Tech Auto Glass has given us great service multiple times. They have also given good advice. We recommend.

Great customer service. I work in sales at Lexus Seattle and send my guests to Car Tech Auto Glass for windshield issues. read more

Car Tech is a wonderful auto glass shop. I unfortunately got a rock chip in a construction zone and I called them to get advice at first. Then when I went through my insurance it was high on their list of providers that do good work. In addition my dealership also recommended me so it was no brainer to go with them. Since my windshield was on backorder it took about a month and half until I had my appointment but that's because of the state of our shipping industry right now. Morning of I dropped off my car and Kevin took a look and was kind enough to walk through the replacement process. Then later in the afternoon I got an email and call that my car was ready for pickup with all the available calibration and receipt documents so I could have on hand. I had to pay my deductible but otherwise it was a very smooth process and would highly recommend. read more

We bary had our Hydai SUV for 4 months and a damn pebble smacked and cracked the windshield. Such a pain in the ass, but I was so happy with the service and the timely manner in how they dealt with tje issue. I was able to drop off the car before my shift at work and was able to pick it up the same day with a certified windshield by the dealership. It was a Hydai replacement glass and had all my sensors all re set. The whole process was seamless, fast and it has been 2 months already and It still seems like a brand new piece of glass. I was called as soon as the job was done and I was running late. They where kind enough to wait for me a little longer than their closing time. Loved it completely read more

Friendly, professional, honest and punctual windshield repair service. My windshield looks brand new?

I came in on a whim hoping to have a chip in my windshield repaired the same day it happened. I originally scheduled with Safelite (ugh), and they couldn't get me in until a week later. I didn't have high hopes that a place could get me in same day, no appointment, and not even so much as a call ahead. But! I was so pleasantly surprised! I walked in and Kevin was SO nice and friendly and said he'd get to work on it right away. He was already swamped and working on other cars, but still started my windshield to get me taken care of. He explained the process clearly and the office girl was super helpful with processing the claim through my insurance company. All in all, took almost no time, was in and out, and I'm quite happy with the results. Pictures included. Also, they have a donut bar for customers while you wait. :) read more

They were professional and allowed me to watch and ask questions on the process. Looks like factory quality work on windshield replacement

One of the best experiences I've ever had when dealing with car issues. The crew at Car tech are polite, prompt and efficient. I've had Car Tech come to my house and I've taken my car to them. Either way, the experience has been exemplary. I would recommend their service to anyone who might ask. 10 out of 10!! read more

This is my second time using Car Tech Auto Glass and if I could give them 10 stars I would! They did a wonderful job replacing and calibrating my windshield. All other auto glass companies I've spoken with do not calibrate and I would have had to make an additional trip to the dealership to get this done. I work very long hours and they were able to accommodate me dropping off my car before hours and picking it up after hours. Additionally, Erica has always been amazing and Haffo too! Thank you so much for taking such good care of your customers! read more

My car was leaking water and it was causing all kinds of electrical problems. I thought it was possibly related to a recent windshield replacement conducted by this shop. I brought it in for them to take a look. They quickly diagnosed that two metal panels had separated slightly, sealed it and gave me great tips for drying the car. The leak had nothing to do with their previous work. Awesome job, great price, and excellent customer service. I highly recommend this company. read more

Went to Car Tech Auto Glass after the snow storm had passed. It had done minor damage to the molding in which I was hoping to be replaced or repaired. Look no further, Car Tech's employees offer excellent service to accommodate your windshield needs. Kelly was very friendly on the phone and had invited me come check their place out so that the technician could take a look at it. Kevin, the technician, was THE NICEST guy and said he would be able to take care of it, no problem. I then dropped off the car days later and in less than an hour of waiting, I was very happy with the finished product. Thanks Car Tech Auto Glass! I'll know next time to come here for my car windshield needs. read more

Doggone. Just got a rock chip in our windshield. We tried the usual big-name shops and when you call them, it goes to some phone bank where appointments are made from some corporate office that is out of state. It was 3 pm on a Friday. We wanted this done ASAP so the windshield didn't crack more. We could not call the local corporate businesses directly. We had to make appointments on their 800 numbers. So we instead DROVE to these shops. They couldn't help us. I then found CAR TECH and their 5 star rating. It was now 4 pm on a Friday and we figured we'd probably be out of luck. We were able to call CAR TECH directly and they said we could drive in and they'd fix it for us. They waited 25 minutes for us to show up at about 4:30. Kevin was the guy who fixed the windshield. It was perfect. They waited for us and worked past closing to take care of us. The girls in the office were so friendly and Kevin was awesome. We highly recommend Car Tech and will use them from now on. A++++ read more

These guys are amazing! I had a 3-4 inch crack on my windshield and they did an awesome job fixing it. I was really concern that it couldn't be fixed since it was a crack vs a chip. I first went to a business that had done a great job fixing a rock chip from years ago. The guy looked at the windshield for a second and was told it needed to be completely replaced. I was quoted $900+ for a factory windshield and $400+ for a non factory windshield. Talk about sticker shock. I decided to go to Car Tech since I had also been there before and they too did an excellent job. The guy working there looked at it, asked me how long the crack had been there (a week) and told me that he could fix it. He told me it would take about 30+ minutes. They were able to schedule me quickly and they did an AWESOME job! You can't even tell the crack was there. How much was the fix? $66. Yes, from a $900 fix at one place to $66 at Car Tech! Customer service was top notch. I didn't get the lady's name that worked at the front desk, but she was so nice and helpful. All in all, a great experience! Also, moral of the story...shop around. read more

Car Tech Auto Glass is the only place I would recommend because the quality work is supreme. I've had the following done at Car Tech Auto Glass: Headlight restoration (5 out of 5 stars) WIndshields replaced on three different cars (5 out of 5 stars) Customer Service On time, prompt and very personable. They've even accommodated me on a weekend. Quality Work No problems. Compared to Pacific Glass which was my first ever windshield replacement facility, Hoffa sealed the bottom part of the windshield too. Highlight story I was getting a cracked windshield on my car and the next weekend a truck kicked a rock into it in which I had to get it replaced again. The woman at the service desk remembered me and felt so bad since I didn't want to have another insurance claim, I paid the deductible amount without the claim. And still Hoffa did a great job. Overall You can't go wrong going with Car Tech Auto Glass. The experience and value are worth it. read more

I just went in for my third chip repair. This last one was difficult because the chip was near the edge of the glass. There was a danger that it could have cracked even more because the glass curved. I was very impressed with their work. It barely looked like the glass was chipped in the first place!!!!! I would go back for my forth chip, but I really hope I don't have one in the first place. read more

We had the windshield replaced in our 65 Mustang. Kevin did the work. He did a fabulous job! I highly recommend Car Tech Auto Glass.!

They've got a great team at Car Tech Auto Glass. The receptionist was pleasant and gave me a great price. Their price quote was $368 cheaper than Safelite Auto Glass. Technician Gordon came to my house and installed new windshields for two of my vehicles. The job went smooth with no surprises. Gordon explained each step of the installation, then cleaned and vacuumed up after the job was done. Thank you Car Tech, you are highly recommended! read more

Made an appointment a week ahead for a windshield replacement I live 80 miles round trip from the shops location when I arrived to leave my car and my mother who drove a distance to have me picked up having to be told that they made a mistake and didn't order my windshield. Of course upset they scheduled me two weeks later to come in. Three days before my new scheduled date they called me right before they closed to say the glass shattered and they can't get a new one for the same appointment. Now a day before my scheduled service they are telling me they have a windshield yet calling me way after hours at 8:00 pm where I'm with my family and it's a Sunday. I find this place very unprofessional and disrespectful especially them stating it's there fault through all of this madness and miles/time wasted on my end with no compensation for the mistakes made. They have had two weeks to order a windshield which only takes three days to be ordered and delivered which was told to me and for them to call me three days before my appointment and say it's shattered and they can't take me in is so Unorganized. Will NEVER request this company to anybody. read more

Wow!!!! They got me right in, they did an excellent job on my window. They were very understanding with me because I was quite upset because of the situation, they put great attention to detail and that's what you really want in a place like this . Kevin and Kelly at Car Tech are both amazing, helpful, and kind. July 4th Weekend was coming up. We were readying for a week-long summer road trip. When a thief smashes my rear window to grab my work bag. Squeezed me in for Friday afternoon (despite some of their techs being off for the long weekend). Called around to make sure they could get Subaru original glass. Although I'm a bit late writing this review, they are a company worth commending for their service and skill-set. When confronted with the glass replacement of my 2008 4Runner, they took their time, corrected problems of the previous installer, made additional repairs that I didn't ask them for, and then thanked me for my business after putting in so much extra work and doing a sensational job. Needless to say I won't need to go anywhere else to have my auto glass needs satisfied. This is a top shelf operation, and they impressed me big time!
