I'm a repeat customer for windshield replacement here at Car Tech Auto Glass. I can't say anything but excellence about this establishment. They're all friendly and professional. I recommend this place for any auto glass needs. read more

Based on the great Yelp reviews, I took my car here to get two minor car chips repaired. Pricing was also very good. One chip was about a month old and the other was two days old. After the work was done, the young man that did my chip repair apologized that one of the chips had spread (the injected resin) further than normally desired leaving a 1" in diameter magnifying glass like appearance. It bothered me a little as it was distorting things but he said that it would not crack further which was more important so I decided to live with it since it wasn't in my direct line of vision. The other repair looked decent but it too had a little excess spread in it. The very next morning, both repaired chips had cracked out about 1/2 inch on each side (it eventually cracked out about an 3/4-1 inch before finally stopping). I've had chips repaired two or three times in the past and though they never completely disappeared, they were relatively clean with little distortion and definitely never cracked the next day. So, I returned the next day and was given a full refund without question and they offered to replace the windshield. But I decided to do the replacement elsewhere. In the end, very friendly with good customer service but I definitely won't return to have a rock chip repair done here. So, I give them 5 stars for customer service but the rock chip repair work itself would be a 2 star. Perhaps their windshield replacement service is much better. In the end, it's clear that everybody else has had a good experience with them so it seems I was just unlucky. read more

Fast and friendly! This is the second windshield I have had installed from this company and I will continue to bring my business here. As an Automotive Technician I've seen many water leaks come in to my place of employment due to a sloppy front windshield installations. I trust these guys and the quality of there work. The owner is extremely qualified from what I know about him and is very good at what he does. read more

The first time we needed the window replaced due to car theft, we went through the dealer. It was pricey and took about half a week for them to "order" the glass and replace it for me. The second time we needed the window replaced due to car theft, the dealer referred us to CarTech, which is where the dealer gets their glass from, because the dealer said they were extremely busy and said it would be a few days, at least. The end result was just an hour wait and a new window for half the price of the dealer. I could not have been more impressed with the quality of service and price. They give you the cost upfront when you make your appointment so you know exactly what to pay before you get there. I hope I never need another window replaced but if I do, this is where I'll be going. read more

This has been by far the best windshield experiece I've had. First, the staff is charming, polite, and more than willing to make my visit completely stress free. The general attitude must come from being a family ownded shop, not a chain (Safelite Sucks!). I would highly recommend you give Car Tech a chance. They are my first and only stop from here on for all my glass needs. read more

Best level of customer service and professionalism! I also love the fact that I was identified and respected as a car enthusiast. That next level of attention to a client speaks volumes! Will always recommend to anyone. read more

These guys are top notch auto glass techs... They came and replaced both my RV windshields, and they went above and beyond to get it right...They cleaned the rust, primed it 2 or more times , new seals, and they didn't rush (even though they were probably late for there next appt) Thanks guys ... It's nice to see you can still get quality work done these days... read more

After two nightmare episodes with aftermarket windshields for my Lexus ES350 UL (Panoramic Roof), State Farm finally approved OEM glass. Unfortunately I had to travel to Lexus of Seattle (90 minutes south) to warranty the work since it is the closest dealership to Bellingham. Lexus of Seattle highly recommended Car Tech (they outsource this job to them) and after reading the reviews here on Yelp, I felt comfortable taking my car there. I was blown away with the professionalism and excellent customer service provided throughout the whole process from everyone involved; front desk, technicians, and owner. The continuous communication and feedback further enhanced this great experience. When I came to pick up the vehicle, they informed me that a windshield cowl had been misplaced and that the part (already ordered from Lexus) would be available in two days. They then took it to the next level and had one of their technicians drive up to Bellingham two days later after normal business hours (arrived at my place at 8pm) to install the cowl (15 second job) that had been misplaced. Now that's what I call customer service! They could have just sent the part but delivered it with a smile. Very Impressive! I HIGHLY recommend Car Tech for your windshield needs. Thanks again!!! read more

From the warm welcome entering the office to the offered coffee (with cream if needed) to meeting with Kevin and his explanation of the process to the quality of the work, this was a five star experience. Thank you and see ya for coffee soon. I highly recommend Car Tech. read more

I was hesitant to replace my windshield but due to a large crack, I needed to. It's been a few months now and I've had no leaks, no problems with the glass (and I have no garage). I picked these guys because they are licensed and insured but also because they are certified auto glass installers. If you live close, they even offer to drive you home while they do the repairs. Helpful staff and well-run company. read more

These guys are great. I went to get a mirror cut, a pretty minor job. Unfortunately I had to really call around to find someone to do it. The front desk person was so nice. Hoffa, was so helpful. He made sure to repeatedly check in with me to make sure he got it right. He cut me more pieces than I originally asked for and said he'd hang on to the excess pieces a few days just in case I wanted any more pieces. They charged me a lot less than I was expecting. I am a fan:) read more

I went into Car Tech Auto Glass to get a rock chip repair scheduled as it was near to their closing time. Instead of scheduling a future visit, they took care of me right away. Kevin was amazing and the ladies in the office were friendly and helpful. I will definitely be going back there for my future auto glass needs. read more

Wonderful experience! Broken rear window in son's old Mazda required scouring wrecking yards for a replacement. After finding one, we called Car Tech to see if they would be willing to install it. They were happy to accommodate, and when we picked up the car, it was perfect AND total price was about a third less than the original quote. I'll give them a strong recommendation - and all of our future business. read more

Unfortunately, we have had to replace the window on our Subaru Legacy three times in just 40,000 miles!! Each time, Car Tech has been very professional and great to deal with. The last time, however, our windshield washer wasn't working and fluid was on the ground. We called Car Tech, and Kevin drove over to our house (about 12 miles) to take care of reconnecting a hose. Mistakes can happen, and Kevin's prompt attention to making it right was terrific. I hope not to be back there but, if we have another windshield problem, Car Tech would be my go to place. read more

I was amazed at how easy it was to deal with Car Tech when replacing the windshield in both my Truck and Car. They did a excellant job and the vehicles were clean and done on time!! read more

I went in to fix a loose car window about two weeks ago. Their customer service was excellent. They took a look at the window and fixed it right away. Very friendly and nice people. I will definitely go back there again! read more

Car Tech Auto did a great job with my civic si windshield replacement. Kevin was very kind and upbeat the whole time throughout the whole process, noting what he saw and offering guidance on anything of concern. Although it is a bit out of the way from Bellevue and Seattle, it is definitely worth the trip. Only thing I think is a negative is that they are not open on weekends. Other than that, everything was awesome! read more

Great folks to deal with! We're very particular about our vehicles and (luckily) haven't had a windshield in need of replacement for a long time. As such we didn't have a trusted source for this kind of work when the time finally came. Consequently, we asked around to get recommendations for a quality installer of new glass. A friend that has experience with auto body and detailing recommended Car Tech and relayed his positive experiences ranging over several years. Based on his recommendation and lots of positive feedback online, we tried them out and could not be more pleased. It was important for me to get OEM glass for this particular vehicle and Car Tech helped me do that at a reasonable cost. They also worked with us on scheduling - even allowing us to drop off the vehicle during the week, keep it inside overnight, and meet us for pickup on a Saturday morning. Installation is flawless, all of our questions were answered, and the vehicle was well cared for while at Car Tech. The store is small and parking kind of sucks, but it's well worth the effort. If you need your auto glass replaced I highly recommend you give Car Tech a call. read more

I had a rock chip turn into a big crack. I had Car Tech take care of it. They handled the insurance company, argued with them to get OEM glass instead of aftermarket, and made arrangements with my dealership to have my camera system calibrated. They made the whole process easy as pie and the work was of great quality. read more

I had a tiny chip in my window and Gordon really took care of my car like his own. I was nervous and didn't think it was a big deal but he was gentle and put me at ease. Did a fantastic job and at a very reasonable price. Thanks Gordon! read more

Very happy customer! I had the windshield replaced on my Lexus and the whole experience was outstanding. They helped me over the phone contacting my insurance, setting up the appointment, followed up the day before with a reminder call about the appointment. The staff when I arrived was very friendly and easy to work with. The technician explained everything very well and you could tell he takes pride in his job. Excellent all the way around. read more

Car Tech offers a combination of excellent customer service, experience and meticulous work which is refreshing to see. I needed a windshield for my 1994 Toyota Land Cruiser. I specifically wanted one without a darker sun glare band across the top. Two other shops told me the only glass available had this band. Car Tech took the time to search and obtain glass without the band, quickly, knowing I was leaving shortly on a trip. They found two. I couldn't decide on the type so they brought in both for me to inspect prior to installation. Installation was professional. They took the time to prepare the area, do rust removal and prime as needed, and walked me through the process. The price for all this was very reasonable. I highly recommend this shop. read more

We had two windshields replaced. One was a standard van but the other was a big diesel box van with a large flat windshield. Haffo came out and cut out a new windshield on site and fitted it perfectly. He also showed me how to clean out a hose under the wiper in another van so now the passenger floor doesn't flood when it rains. His bill came in at half of what I was expecting. Get more, pay less. read more

Do not go anywhere else! They are so helpful and knowledgeable.Top notch quality and service. Had one windshield replaced on my previous car that was installed perfectly. Got a used 2014 Infiniti which was in fantastic shape but had some kind of wax that was bonded to the glass and couldn't see out when it rained. Went to four different places who couldn't figure out how to get it off. Dropped in at Car Tech un-announced and they had it completely clean and restored in 20 minutes. Thank you so much Car Tech! read more

I was conflicted about whether to give two or three stars. I went there recently to have a window replaced. I do not have any complaints regarding the glass installation. But, when I got in my vehicle to leave, I noticed grease/dirt in multiple places on the door panel, floor mats and steering wheel. It was obvious that no one performed a final inspection. Needless to say I was not pleased. read more

Absolutely top notch in customer service and work quality. Everyone I've dealt with is helpful and enthusiastic, which is rare this days. Keep up the great work!!!! read more

Made appointment for front windshield replacement and they got me in at scheduled time, had owner and tech work on the vehicle with a neat and timely job for less than the phone quote and Haffo(owner) replaced wipers. Really great with customer service and professional workmanship. read more

Fantastic and friendly! Someone smashed a window out in my car :(. This company was recommended to me by Lynwood Honda. So glad I went here. They replaced the window in much less time and for much less money than any place I could find in Seattle. Place is clean and comfortable. Highly recommend! read more

I was referred to Car Tech from a friend after car had been broken into by window smashing. The service here is excellent! They were able to get my window in the next day and installed it while I waited in the lobby. They even had some kid toys that kept my 5yr old.entertained while we waited. I would definately use them again! read more

I went in a few days ago after having a cracked windshield for longer that I should've! They were awesome at getting me in, and working around my schedule. When the tech took off my windshield they noticed that the last company who replaced my windshield (a very large, well known company) hadn't taken the proper steps in sealing it and there was rust. They were able to remove it and do the job right. I would definitely recommend them to anyone! read more

We had something fall from the sky and shatter our sunroof on the freeway. It's not something in stock and we're 100 miles from home. The people at car tech were warm, friendly, considerate of the needs of my full minivan of kids. They applied crash tape to tide us over so we could get home and didn't charge us a cent. We were sooo thankful to be taken care of with such kindness. This place knows the right way to do business!! read more

Car Tech Auto Glass has done dozens of windows for us here at Fox Plumbing and Heating over the past few years. I cannot say enough great things about their company, from scheduling in the office to the technicians out in the field. Haffo will come from about an hour away and show up at my shop at 6:30 am in the morning to accommodate my schedule to keep our vans on the road. Thank you, Car Tech for always coming through. read more

I would never go anywhere else. Car Tech Auto Glass work ethic, expertise and all round exceptional service is a rare blessing. I found them after a harrowing, $3500 experience elsewhere that caused the electronics of my car to stop working due to poor windshield replacement. I had the rubber seal blow off of my 2013 Acura MDX and just needed it replaced. The dealer gave me three recommendations to check out and sold me the part. Car Tech's Carmen set me up with a quick appointment the next day and it was installed by Jason within a half hour. Their customer service was beyond what I would have imagined from the phone call to me driving out with a new seal. Guess where I'm going the next time I need to replace a windshield? read more
