He quickly dropped what he had going on and addressed my concern. Previously, during the inspection and estimate process, one of the technicians had quite a good conversation with my wife. She said ahe thoroughly enjoyed it. When the technicians returned to install the product, I mentioned how my wife relayed her discussion. It was the same technician (and the owners son). It was great to see a family run business that was cohesive and knowledgeable as well as personable.

So I emailed them, and they asked me one question per day. After four business days, I called them again to see if they had any other questions so I could answer everything right away. They told me that the person who was handling my case was not available at the time. After that, I didn't hear anything back from them--no phone call, no email, nothing. It's been a week already! This is the worst company I've ever worked with. They have completely wasted my time.

They did everything, even getting the permit that my city needs to replace the roof (which I guess is weird that I need one). All I had to do was take down anything breakable because apparently taking off a roof is a violent and home-shaking process. Every single person I dealt with was service oriented and responsive. They came in like a loud bang-y whirlwind and replaced the roof. Then 2 guys stayed for HOURS, until it was dark, making sure they picked up every single thing around the house, so by the next morning you couldn't even tell they had been there. PRISTINE. Then a day later, Cory and Mark came and installed the gutters. That was definitely a more chill process than the roofing hurricane, and Cory took the time to check in with me and make sure everything was the way I wanted it. Theoretically I shouldn't need another roof for forty years, but for other people that are looking to replace their roof I can unreservedly recommend Polar Bear NW.

I contacted Reza via his website and I got a response a day after. My problem was with a glass I had that was foggy. He gave me quote trough email and when it accepted by me he came over and measure it for further process. His price was significantly lower than other companies I contacted. I had a window that was damaged by a falling branch in a windstorm. Reza was very easy to contact via text messaging and sending pictures prior to the free quote. Awesome response! I started via the Yelp platform but was getting answered via email as well. At…read moreone point, I called and interrupted the owner having lunch! He quickly dropped what he had going on and addressed my concern. Previously, during the inspection and estimate process, one of the technicians had quite a good conversation with my wife. She said ahe thoroughly enjoyed it. When the technicians returned to install the product, I mentioned how my wife relayed her discussion. It was the same technician (and the owners son). It was great to see a family run business that was cohesive and knowledgeable as well as personable.

I don't know what is going on with this company. I tried to call them, but the receptionist said…read morethey only communicate with people by email. So I emailed them, and they asked me one question per day. After four business days, I called them again to see if they had any other questions so I could answer everything right away. They told me that the person who was handling my case was not available at the time. After that, I didn't hear anything back from them--no phone call, no email, nothing. It's been a week already! This is the worst company I've ever worked with. They have completely wasted my time.
