We needed a glass table top for our new softwood dining room table, so we contacted Glassma for a quote. The entire process was extremely easy to understand, and they explained the nuances of different glass types to a layman like myself. Delivery went like clockwork. Definitely going back to them for additional work (showers, mirrors, etc)

Monday morning I called to get a price on replacing my cracked coffee table glass top. The woman gave me the company email address to send in a pic of the glass with the dimensions and said if I send it in today, she would contact me Tuesday morning with a price. Early Thursday morning and got absolutely nothing returned so I sent in a follow up email. As of noon, again no response. Business must be great not to follow up with a potential customer. ****UPDATE: A couple hours after posting to Yelp Scarlett at Glassma emailed me back saying that "their manufacturer doesn't do beveling on glass" and they have to pass on the job. It took almost a week to let me know that they cant do the job. Its up to you fellow customers if you want to deal with a company that performed like this.

It was great doing business with Reza. You can call at anytime with questions and he answers, no voicemail. I had an entire window crack due to heat from our misplaced grill. He offered to replace the window type as is or I can opt for a sturdier tempered glass. I chose the tempered. His quote was competitive, no hidden fees; he showed up exactly on time, finished within 2 hours, and cleaned up after himself.

These guys are top shelf and amazing. I had a window break on my ski condo at the top of Snoqualmie Summit due to ice and weather. Without hesitation the owner came up to handle, assess, and make the deal. With snow on the ground and cold conditions this repair took two trips. There was no issue from measurement to installation. Beyond just replacing the window and being done I received advice on what would be the BEST due to a reasonable analysis. It was by no means an 'up sale' but a true professional opinion I knew was needed. This company is my go to for any glass needs and has made me a loyal customer. You too will be treated the same. At the time I was worried for only 7 reviews but took the leap of faith. Worked out awesome!

In the midst of getting our house painted, we accidentally completely broke a window while prepping for trim late last night. I was having trouble finding anyone to come out to replace the glass until I talked to Reza! He came out early the next morning (all the way to Tacoma!) and was able to custom cut the glass to fit into the window perfectly. He was professional, kind, and I appreciated that he cleaned up after the job was done. I also appreciated that he gave recommendations on how to avoid the same thing happening again with our windows in our old house. Thanks Reza!

This is the shower door that was repaired. Thanks again to Reza!

Approximately two years ago, we had a frameless shower door installed. Unfortunately, the door needed to be adjusted because the glass on the top part of the door started to rub together. After not receiving any response from the initial company that installed the door, I contacted Glassma using the online message form. Reza responded immediately. He came out adjusted the door and now it works perfectly. His price was very reasonable, and they guarantee their work for one year for any adjustments related to the same job. I would highly recommend Glassma for any glass shower issues you might have. They also have 24/7 services for emergency situations. Thanks to Reza for taking care of our issue so quickly.

I just had one of the glass panes in my sliding glass doors replaced. Reza was fabulous! Everything had to be perfect by him, which of course I loved! Reza was thorough, courteous, professional and on time! He even cleaned up any mess and the complete sliding doors after he was done. The job was done within a timely matter and I didn't have to wait months to have somebody repair my sliding glass door. He will be doing my future windows and doors for sure!

Unfortunately, everything went downhill after the installation began. The door arrived with a broken pane, gouges, peeling primer, and large globs of adhesive in all four corners of each of the 35 divided-light panes, which would make painting the door extremely difficult. The installation itself was equally disappointing. Throughout the day, I raised concerns about a number of issues, including a bouncy threshold (part of it appeared to be plastic), poorly finished interior trim, damage to my cedar porch floor, a crookedly installed handset, and exterior trim that was uneven in width despite originally being a consistent 4 inches. The installer placed a 6'9" 5x1 cedar trim piece on top of the side trim without securing it, and it fell from a height directly on my head, leaving me with pain, dizziness, and a large bump for 2 weeks. By 6:00 p.m., I asked the installer to stop. The exterior trim was still unfinished, there were gaps of at least 1/4 inch in the interior trim, the door sweep was loose, and blown-in insulation was falling from the gap in top trim, and a large piece of plaster came off from trying to place the door in place. The interior trim had been attached to my lath-and-plaster walls with what appeared to be brad nails, which did not seem adequate to securely hold the trim. I could easily move the trim after it was installed. The next day, Rob, the installation manager, came to inspect the work and took photos. I explained everything in this review above to him. That was two weeks ago. Since then, I have been unable to get any meaningful update despite multiple attempts to contact the company. I emailed and texted the owner without a response, emailed the operations address, and still couldn't get either a response or Rob's direct contact information. I was also told I would receive a call today, but no one reached out. At this point, I'm still waiting to hear what the plan is to correct these issues. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. For a project of this cost, I expected much better workmanship, communication, and follow-through. UPDATE 7/14/2026: I finally received an email from "Operations" requesting my availability for an onsite inspection of the door with the local vendor. Unfortunately, I am still unable to communicate directly with Rob, the operations manager, or the owner of the company. Instead, all communication continues to go through the administrative staff. Initially, the emails were signed with the administrator's name, but they are now simply signed "Operations." I also received emails on a Sunday evening outside of normal business hours. Rather than communicating with me directly, management continues to rely on administrative staff as the intermediary. I find this frustrating because it makes resolving the issue more difficult and leaves me without direct communication from the people responsible for handling my concerns. At this point, I remain disappointed with how this situation has been handled. I hope the onsite inspection finally leads to a resolution.

Totally recommend! Professional, effecient and great to work with. We love our new slider!read more

The door arrived with the painted frame and Jack took it to the vendor to have it stained for us. In the mean time, we searched for a paint that matched the door. When Jack brought the door back to us, the stain was too light. Not Jack's fault, but the staining vendor's. Jack went to bat for us and arranged to have the door restained. He even picked the door up at our house, again, and took it to the strainer. The stain was finally the right shade, and Jack brought the door back to us. He was always very gracious about having to make several trips. Ian did the door installation, and he did an amazing job, considering out house is 47 years old, and nothing in our house is plumb or level. The new door looks beautiful, and we couldn't be happier! We definitely recommend Jack's Construction.

I specifically asked if there were any additional costs, materials, delivery, anything, and he said no, everything was included except staining & sales tax. I got another quote, which was slightly less than his price, but given that he was recommended by Frank, I choose to work with him. When the door arrived he quoted me 4-6 weeks to install the door, I kindly thanked his time and said I would rather work with someone else as I would like get my door sooner than later. He said he can do it sooner and sent the door for staining. After the install, he handed me an invoice for $3,600 plus tax. When I questioned it, his story kept changing: * First he said it was for extra materials and delivery, the same things he told me were included. * Then he stated that the trim was so expensive and that he had to go get it. * Then he claimed staining alone was $1,800. I called the staining company directly. The actual cost was $900. At that point he continued being evasive and aggressive. He eventually offered a $400 discount off his inflated invoice. Needing the project done, hoping that I never have to deal with him, I paid $3,200 and moved on. We agreed on $2,500. I paid $3,200. The difference was built on lies. Avoid.

I got bids, and was the most impressed with Danny L at Signature Windows. We had a tight deadline because the home was going on the market and access to the window, especially in the rain, was really challenging. Meeting the deadline, and the safety of the installers, were non-negotiable. Danny came out the very next day to measure the Window From Hell and, not only did he give me the best price, but his company was the only one that had all the scaffolding equipment readily available at no extra charge. The window arrived sooner than expected, and installation was quickly scheduled to meet the deadline. Then we hit a snag: some epic rain made the cedar roof too slippery for safe conditions. Brent and his crew of expert (and very brave) installers rigged up a safe way to haul this brand-new Mother of ALL Windows up to the second floor and install it using very long ladders, secure scaffolding, and harnesses. I think we had 4 or 5 installers for this job. It took all day to get the old Window From Hell out and the new Mother of All Windows installed. But what a job! Perfect caulk lines, perfect cleaning of the glass, perfect clean-up of the job site, indoors and out. Job done ON TIME, SAFELY, and at an excellent price. If Signature can handle my Window From Hell, I am very confident they can install ordinary double-hung windows that exceed your expectations for quality, price, timeliness, and workmanship. We suspected this would be an expensive project, so for years, we just put it off. Finally, last year we decided to get it done. In addition to the closet doors, we also replaced 5 interior doors for "free" (I say "free" because there were other costs associated with the interior doors). Yes, this was an expensive project--there's no sugarcoating that. BUT, it was worth it. Someone comes out for initial measurements. Then, you go to the showroom to pick your doors, and get a breakdown in pricing. The cost of the doors adds up quickly (e.g. knobs, installation cost, etc.). But, they're not trying to pressure you into anything. Once you place the order, it takes several weeks for the doors to come. In the meantime, someone comes back out to do more precise measurements. The install took a full day and a couple of hours the next day. After watching them work through some challenges with the install (e.g., crooked walls), I began to understand why it costs so much. I mean, I don't think we would've gotten close to the same results going with a big box hardware store. It's been about a year, and our doors still look great. Second, they are balanced, and open and close smoothly. And third, and perhaps most importantly, the bifold doors aren't falling off the tracks anymore. Replacing the hardware was also a huge improvement, with levers that are easier to use. Eric and his team did such a great job with installation, and I really appreciated all of the suggestions. Several of the door frames weren't standard, and rather than ordering custom doors, Eric suggested reframing the opening, which saved us a lot of money. Another closet wasn't the standard depth, and Eric designed a closet with built-in shelves that work perfectly for the space and for storage.
