They replaced an old aluminum window. Service was good and the installer was very professional. I will use them again.

Excellent experience from start to finish…read more Derek and Aaron fabricated and installed a 96" × 39" × ¼" tempered glass top to protect and showcase my collection of German beer coasters that I brought home from my Army service in Germany more than fifty years ago. Before installation, they carefully cleaned and polished both sides of the glass, handled it with exceptional care, and achieved a perfect fit. What was once simply a bar top has now become a protected display of memories from a very special chapter of my life. The glass is so clear it almost disappears, allowing the collection to be enjoyed while preserving it for years to come. From the prompt response and excellent communication to the precision of the installation, every aspect of the experience exceeded my expectations. Derek and Aaron clearly take pride in their craftsmanship, and it shows. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for custom glass work. Outstanding service, exceptional workmanship, and beautiful result Highly recommended!

When I commented the closed sign was showing the employee seemed unconcerned. Brought in my piece of glass I needed replicated and was told I would need to provide dimensions. Apparently they do not own tape measures. There are many good companies like Bud Barton's in Marysville which is where I have shopped before and am going now. Please do not waste your time with this company.

Faster than Amazon Prime! One of our employees accidentally knocked out the front warehouse window…read moreat the tail end of the day. We called Associated Glass and their technician Joe was out within 30 minutes. He took a look, took his measurements within a couple minutes and promised the office would call and see if they could get out as soon as tomorrow. I was already preparing to put plywood over it assuming there was no way they could get it done the same day. But boy, the office proved me wrong. Rachel from the office called, gave me the price (very fair!) and said we could get a crew out within 15 minutes to make the repair. Their installers, Kyle and Cameron came out within 15 minutes and took a whopping 20 minutes to replace the window. They were prompt, professional and even shined up the new window before they left. I highly recommend Associated Glass! We are blessed to have them right across the street from us! Side note: It's very frustrating to see the poor reviews from those who were completely unaware of the window and parts shortages within the last year. Many companies were struggling to keep up with the demand due to mass equipment, part, glass shortages. It's not the business's fault for the mass manufacturer stoppage due to the pandemic. I wish consumers would educate themselves so they were more aware of the situation entirely before blaming it on the company that was simply trying to stay afloat and get to everyone as quick as they could.

We retained Associated Glass to replace a window. The person who came to the house to take…read moremeasurements measured the window incorrectly. As a result, Associated Glass ordered a window that was the wrong size, but detected the error only when they brought the window to the house on the installation date. The technicians detected the mistake only when they tried to install the window. It took another 3 weeks for Associated Glass to order the replacement window and complete the installation. We communicated via email on May 11, 2026 to confirm the price and promised installation date of May 29, 2026. Because the window was measured incorrectly, a new window had to be ordered from the manufacturer. The final installation did not occur until June 19, 2026 - three weeks after the promised completion date. We spoke to the owner on June 2nd, a few days after the failed installation. He acknowledged the error and verbally assured us hat the situation would be addressed. However, he said it would take a few weeks to order a new window. We asked if he had called the manufacturer to ask if the window could be ordered on an expedited basis. He said he would ask once our call ended. We were surprised that no one on his staff had bothered to ask a seemingly obvious question beforehand. Associated Glass completed the installation of the replacement window on June 19th. Shortly thereafter, we emailed Associated Glass to ask for a price reduction on the outstanding balance in light of the hassle and delay. The hassle included the fact that they affixed a giant sheet of plywood to cover the original window that was removed on May 29th. We assumed they would, at minimum, offer a price reduction in order to demonstrate some level of contrition. The answer in the owner's email reply was a categorical no. There was a line in the owner's reply that didn't sit right with me. In his closing remarks in his reply, he wrote that they stand by their work and that they completed the job as quoted. Yeah, that's true only if the criteria for standing behind your work means delaying installation for three weeks. We want to put our frustrations into context. When an airline bumps a customer from a flight and involuntarily reschedules the customer to another flight later in the day in the same exact same seat and at the exact same price with no added expense to the consumer, the airline did not meet its commitments. There isn't a sane person who would try to argue otherwise. However, here, the owner feels compelled to spin this narrative to claim that he is standing behind his work. It's true that mistakes happen. However, when mistakes occur, it's incumbent upon the business owner to exhaust efforts to restore customer confidence and demonstrate remorse. That is entirely the business owner's responsibility especially when, as in this case, the customer did nothing wrong. Going back to the airline analogy, even the worst bargain airline will offer miles or a gift certificate to the airport food court as a nominal gesture to make amends. In this case, Associated Glass offered nothing. I'm sure these guys may be fine when things go exactly as planned and there are no hiccups. If, however, something goes wrong, our experience is a warning to others that Associated Glass will let you down.

Update: Since…read moreposting this review the company has continued to threaten me by emailing me directly. I understand the company disagrees with my review, but I was disappointed by the tone of their response and the implied pressure to remove it. Being told they would publicly respond and report the review to Yelp and Google if I didn't remove it felt unnecessarily aggressive and intimidating. Also in response to their comments below Thank you for confirming the exact root of the problem: you looked at a three-pane window, saw that only the middle section was currently foggy, and assumed I only wanted that single section replaced. As a professional window company, it was your responsibility to clearly state: "We see only the middle pane is failing, so this quote is strictly for one pane of glass, not the entire window unit you asked for." You didn't do that. You just wrote "1 glass replacement" on a quote for a "window replacement" request and expected a regular homeowner to know the technical difference. The fact remains: I asked for a window replacement. I provided a photo of the entire window. Other companies looked at the exact same information and managed to quote the entire three-pane unit for a price comparable to what you charged me for just the middle section. You can keep calling a customer's genuine financial frustration "deceptive" to protect your online rating, but your own responses show a complete lack of accountability. You made an assumption, failed to communicate it clearly upfront, and I had to pay the premium for it. Prospective clients can read this back-and-forth and decide for themselves if they want to risk dealing with a company that hides behind ambiguous quote terminology instead of practicing transparent communication. I am done repeating myself. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I recently had a foggy/failing window repaired that consisted of 3 separate sections. Unfortunately, due to some miscommunication during the quoting process, only the middle section was replaced. That was really frustrating because it made the overall cost much higher compared to other companies I had received quotes from. To their credit, they did offer to replace the remaining sections at a discount after I brought up the issue. However, even with the discount, the final price still ends up being significantly more expensive than competitors. Had everything been communicated more clearly upfront, I likely would have chosen a different company. The biggest issue for me was the lack of clarity during the quoting process. It felt misleading to realize afterward that the quote only covered one section instead of the full window I thought we had discussed. That said, I do want to give credit to the installation crew because they were excellent. They were respectful, worked quickly, kept everything clean, and did quality work. My frustration is mainly with the communication and quoting side of the experience, not the installers themselves.

Looking for a Christmas miracle? Well, FDC Glass just became my holiday hero! Picture this:…read moreshattered glass panes on my front door, a dozen contractors telling me "just replace the whole door" (aka "give us more money"), and me slowly losing hope faster than a snowman in July. Enter FDC Glass, cape flapping in the wind (okay, maybe not literally, but you get the vibe). Not only was their quote actually reasonable, but they didn't hit me with the classic contractor combo of upsells and surprise charges. They even sealed up my entrance while working on the door - no extra fee, no fuss, just good old-fashioned service. The result? My door looks fantastic, my wallet isn't crying, and I'm singing their praises louder than carolers in December. I've already told my HOA about them, and you bet I'll be calling them for my other properties. TL;DR: FDC Glass = Christmas miracle workers who actually fix what's broken instead of trying to sell you a whole new house. 10/10 would recommend!
