They replaced an old aluminum window. Service was good and the installer was very professional. I will use them again.

Excellent experience from start to finish…read more Derek and Aaron fabricated and installed a 96" × 39" × ¼" tempered glass top to protect and showcase my collection of German beer coasters that I brought home from my Army service in Germany more than fifty years ago. Before installation, they carefully cleaned and polished both sides of the glass, handled it with exceptional care, and achieved a perfect fit. What was once simply a bar top has now become a protected display of memories from a very special chapter of my life. The glass is so clear it almost disappears, allowing the collection to be enjoyed while preserving it for years to come. From the prompt response and excellent communication to the precision of the installation, every aspect of the experience exceeded my expectations. Derek and Aaron clearly take pride in their craftsmanship, and it shows. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for custom glass work. Outstanding service, exceptional workmanship, and beautiful result Highly recommended!

When I commented the closed sign was showing the employee seemed unconcerned. Brought in my piece of glass I needed replicated and was told I would need to provide dimensions. Apparently they do not own tape measures. There are many good companies like Bud Barton's in Marysville which is where I have shopped before and am going now. Please do not waste your time with this company.

We also had them re-wire just about every one of our screens. Top notch, the bee's knees, kudos, etc. We also had a master bath mirror replaced. We got a rock chip on I5 on our A Class Motorhome. We contacted our insurance…read more Company and the only place within the area that would repair a rock chip on an A class motorhome was Associated Glass in Lynnwood. They made an appointment within a week. And the repair was completed timely. Now for the bad. They are not set up for motorhomes or any big vehicles. Although we could pull into the driveway on the side of their business the only choice we had when leaving was to back out onto busy HWY 99 or going forward down a badly maintained gravel alley to a street to the west. We chose to drive down the gravel alley. What a disaster that was. Huge potholes (more like the size of sinkholes) tree limbs (which we got out and broke so they wouldn't damage our rig). It took very skilled driving maneuvers to get through without damage. If Associated glass really wants to repair windshields in motorhomes or larger vehicles they should do the following. 1. Have employees that will somehow team to safely back customers out into HWY 99. 2. Work with or ask the city and other businesses to repair/ lay new gravel on the alley access. 3. Have an offsite meeting place like a parking lot where they can repair windshield rock chips. 4. Have a mobile tech go to a customers home.

Looking for a Christmas miracle? Well, FDC Glass just became my holiday hero! Picture this:…read moreshattered glass panes on my front door, a dozen contractors telling me "just replace the whole door" (aka "give us more money"), and me slowly losing hope faster than a snowman in July. Enter FDC Glass, cape flapping in the wind (okay, maybe not literally, but you get the vibe). Not only was their quote actually reasonable, but they didn't hit me with the classic contractor combo of upsells and surprise charges. They even sealed up my entrance while working on the door - no extra fee, no fuss, just good old-fashioned service. The result? My door looks fantastic, my wallet isn't crying, and I'm singing their praises louder than carolers in December. I've already told my HOA about them, and you bet I'll be calling them for my other properties. TL;DR: FDC Glass = Christmas miracle workers who actually fix what's broken instead of trying to sell you a whole new house. 10/10 would recommend!

Update: Since…read moreposting this review the company has continued to threaten me by emailing me directly. I understand the company disagrees with my review, but I was disappointed by the tone of their response and the implied pressure to remove it. Being told they would publicly respond and report the review to Yelp and Google if I didn't remove it felt unnecessarily aggressive and intimidating. Also in response to their comments below Thank you for confirming the exact root of the problem: you looked at a three-pane window, saw that only the middle section was currently foggy, and assumed I only wanted that single section replaced. As a professional window company, it was your responsibility to clearly state: "We see only the middle pane is failing, so this quote is strictly for one pane of glass, not the entire window unit you asked for." You didn't do that. You just wrote "1 glass replacement" on a quote for a "window replacement" request and expected a regular homeowner to know the technical difference. The fact remains: I asked for a window replacement. I provided a photo of the entire window. Other companies looked at the exact same information and managed to quote the entire three-pane unit for a price comparable to what you charged me for just the middle section. You can keep calling a customer's genuine financial frustration "deceptive" to protect your online rating, but your own responses show a complete lack of accountability. You made an assumption, failed to communicate it clearly upfront, and I had to pay the premium for it. Prospective clients can read this back-and-forth and decide for themselves if they want to risk dealing with a company that hides behind ambiguous quote terminology instead of practicing transparent communication. I am done repeating myself. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I recently had a foggy/failing window repaired that consisted of 3 separate sections. Unfortunately, due to some miscommunication during the quoting process, only the middle section was replaced. That was really frustrating because it made the overall cost much higher compared to other companies I had received quotes from. To their credit, they did offer to replace the remaining sections at a discount after I brought up the issue. However, even with the discount, the final price still ends up being significantly more expensive than competitors. Had everything been communicated more clearly upfront, I likely would have chosen a different company. The biggest issue for me was the lack of clarity during the quoting process. It felt misleading to realize afterward that the quote only covered one section instead of the full window I thought we had discussed. That said, I do want to give credit to the installation crew because they were excellent. They were respectful, worked quickly, kept everything clean, and did quality work. My frustration is mainly with the communication and quoting side of the experience, not the installers themselves.
