This is an amazing company. They di a great job. It's hard to get on the schedule, but wait, and take advantage of their professionalism, service, and quality work. I'm placing a second order. Here is the best news. If there is a mistake or correction needed, they handle it graciously and quickly. What more could you ask for being treated well when things go well is one thing, but it's the good nature and kindness they give correcting an error. Fab company, great value, professionalism, and call ya back.

Green Built helped with water intrusion on my front deck. Very punctual and courteous staff. Would definitely recommend.

I felt at ease working with the team who prepped for construction, including Erick, Maria, and Fabian.

Update: Since…read moreposting this review the company has continued to threaten me by emailing me directly. I understand the company disagrees with my review, but I was disappointed by the tone of their response and the implied pressure to remove it. Being told they would publicly respond and report the review to Yelp and Google if I didn't remove it felt unnecessarily aggressive and intimidating. Also in response to their comments below Thank you for confirming the exact root of the problem: you looked at a three-pane window, saw that only the middle section was currently foggy, and assumed I only wanted that single section replaced. As a professional window company, it was your responsibility to clearly state: "We see only the middle pane is failing, so this quote is strictly for one pane of glass, not the entire window unit you asked for." You didn't do that. You just wrote "1 glass replacement" on a quote for a "window replacement" request and expected a regular homeowner to know the technical difference. The fact remains: I asked for a window replacement. I provided a photo of the entire window. Other companies looked at the exact same information and managed to quote the entire three-pane unit for a price comparable to what you charged me for just the middle section. You can keep calling a customer's genuine financial frustration "deceptive" to protect your online rating, but your own responses show a complete lack of accountability. You made an assumption, failed to communicate it clearly upfront, and I had to pay the premium for it. Prospective clients can read this back-and-forth and decide for themselves if they want to risk dealing with a company that hides behind ambiguous quote terminology instead of practicing transparent communication. I am done repeating myself. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I recently had a foggy/failing window repaired that consisted of 3 separate sections. Unfortunately, due to some miscommunication during the quoting process, only the middle section was replaced. That was really frustrating because it made the overall cost much higher compared to other companies I had received quotes from. To their credit, they did offer to replace the remaining sections at a discount after I brought up the issue. However, even with the discount, the final price still ends up being significantly more expensive than competitors. Had everything been communicated more clearly upfront, I likely would have chosen a different company. The biggest issue for me was the lack of clarity during the quoting process. It felt misleading to realize afterward that the quote only covered one section instead of the full window I thought we had discussed. That said, I do want to give credit to the installation crew because they were excellent. They were respectful, worked quickly, kept everything clean, and did quality work. My frustration is mainly with the communication and quoting side of the experience, not the installers themselves.

The manager, German, came by the week before to scout the location and ensure they had the right equipment to replace a specific window four stories high. He also showed up at the start of the job as well. I'm very pleased with the overall work and the communication throughout the process. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend these guys, especially German, Josue and Emilio.

I ordered a single sliding glass door, and it took approximately 178 days--nearly six months--to have it correctly installed. The original installation included the wrong door, and the installers also damaged the fixed panel. What made the experience even more frustrating was the repeated failure to honor scheduled appointments. Multiple times, the company scheduled and confirmed service visits, only to never show up or communicate that they weren't coming. Each time, I had to move furniture, remove window coverings, clear access to the door, and rearrange my schedule, only to do it all over again for the next appointment. This level of service is simply unacceptable. If you're looking for Milgard products, I would recommend Sound View Windows or Lundgren Enterprises instead. Based on my experience, they offer much better customer service, often at the same or even a lower price.

We had met several window people at the show, but Eric set himself apart by being truly knowledgeable about his products and his demeanor put my wife and I at ease. We set up 3 companies, including Energy Exteriors NW, to come to our home and give us bids to replace all of the windows (13), our French Door, and sliding door. Again, Eric set himself apart by giving us an all inclusive, straight forward, no baloney, and highly competitive quote right off the bat. One other company was over $10k higher! The second was several thousand higher even with the exact same windows, but lowered their price (and content of their offering) to get more competitive with Energy Exteriors NW. They actually, eventually beat their price, but we went with Eric. We ordered all Milgard Trinsic V300 for the windows and slider and the Ultra C650 for the French Door. Our order actually came in early so our installation was moved up 2 weeks. Raymond, Zack, and the rest of the installation crew were total professionals. Installing windows and doors is a messy business, but they managed to keep our home about as dust free as you could hope and the area around our home was equally tidy. They had the use of our guest bathroom and you could hardly tell they were there. They were quick and efficient craftsman that did an amazing job of making our home and our windows look like a million bucks. The installation took 3 days. We couldn't be happier! Thank you to Eric, Raymond, Zack, and everyone else at Energy Exteriors NW.
