After running into Glass Doctor after seeing a technician working on a neighbor's house, I reached out to them. They were super responsive and helpful. Moreover, Scott, who worked on my window, seemed to have questioned whether the entire window needed to be replaced. They accepted his recommendation instead of moving forward with the original quote, and he came out again to reassess and find a solution that didn't require a full replacement. He ended up making new screens, and I hope that did the trick. If not, Glass Doctor is the company I'll call. I was very impressed by their honesty and customer-oriented mindset. They could have pressed on with a full window replacement, but they opted to go for the much lower-priced but better (for me) solution. Scott could have ordered the screens from a supplier, but he actually volunteered to make them himself, saving me hundreds of dollars. I cannot recommend them enough!
