I truly wish Google allowed multiple reviews for the same company, because TN Glass Install LLC has exceeded my expectations not once, but twice. My first experience was for a cracked window replacement. The team arrived right on time and completed the entire job in about 15 minutes. Their professionalism, efficiency, and courtesy were immediately evident. It was fast, seamless, and stress free. The second project was far more extensive and showcased their craftsmanship on another level. They removed an outdated garden window and replaced it with a stunning new one, installed a sleek sliding glass door, and removed a large window to install a beautiful garden window measuring 6 feet wide by 3 feet high. Every step was handled with precision and care. Watching such a substantial window set perfectly into place was impressive. It required strength, coordination, and exact measurement, and they executed it flawlessly. They even repaired the siding afterward, leaving everything polished and clean. Joe, Jesse, and Frank worked like a perfectly tuned crew. Their communication, teamwork, and pride in their craft were obvious from start to finish. They maintained a positive attitude throughout and made what could have been a disruptive project feel smooth and even enjoyable. I also want to recognize Tahnie, the project manager. She coordinated everything beautifully and stayed in touch throughout the process. She was personable, attentive, and genuinely a pleasure to speak with. Her communication made the entire experience feel organized and reassuring. From small repairs to major installations, TN Glass Install LLC delivers exceptional results with integrity and professionalism. I would recommend them without hesitation. read more

Appreciate their quick response, whether they are able to help us or not remains to be seen.

Excellent service. Window quality is top notch. The value is unbeatable in the area.

I feel compelled to update because my husband is in the construction business and I know a little bit about cost. Last year, I had Nadeem give me an estimate for a window of concern. The total estimate with no discount came to $258.79. I had had such good luck with them doing my other windows, but I couldn't afford to have it done at the time so this year I asked for another estimate as I know the price has probably changed a bit. My new estimate also included a repeat business discount, which is strange because I was repeat business when I got the estimate from last year. It was a hefty discount of $200! So this year the same window will cost me a total of $371.03!. How do I not been repeat business, the subtotal alone was $536.38 before tax. Too bad they didn't give me that $200 repeat business discount last year. I guess they got a lot of business off my initial review and are making a grand profit. I felt like I was paying for the new roof he just had put on his home. read more

TN glass did a fantastic job. They replaced an oddly shaped custom window for me. The work was high quality, matched my other windows, and reasonable pricing. I will use them again for future projects. read more

Window replacement quote provided. Joshua came to our home and was professional, knowledgeable and honest. Soon after I was in contact with Nadeem, the owner, who was extremely responsive, helpful and seemed very ethical. We didn't choose TN to do the job ONLY because We made the decision to replace our siding at the same time and that is not work that they do. Had we been replacing our Windows only, we would have given them the job 100%. I have requested and been given estimates for many household projects over the years. This was the most professional response I've ever received from a company. read more

Our church is an older building, and though the windows were thermopane, many had failed, and all had aluminum frames. We gathered bids from a number of window companies. It was the competitive pricing and the customer service that made us select TN Glass. They constantly kept us informed on when they would receive the windows and the installation schedule. With the removal and installation of over 50 windows, it was a major project. The installation crew did an amazing job of protecting the interior of the building during their work and cleaning up afterwards. I would recommend them highly! read more

A piece broke from the track of my other well functioning shower system. They came over to assess it and provided an option for repair that was much more economical. Appreciated their candor and if I do need a new system, I will reach out to them first. Very responsive and professional. read more

Wow, I could not be happier with the service and outcome of our windows! We had our custom kitchen windows replaced(all 22). The entire process was easy, affordable and the communication was top notch! I would recommend to anyone looking for glass work done. Service with TN glass was uniformly easy. From the first visit to the last, the personnel were polite and considerate. We wound up needing a lot of screens rebuilt, which they did overnight and brought back the next day. They were expecting to drop them off, but I asked them to install the screens, and they did, no problem. The day of the install, everything went according to plan. We enjoyed talking with the technicians while they worked. This is a prime example of the old saying, you get what you pay for. I would recommend this business with confidence to anyone. read more

Had to replace a window broken by some vandals overnight a month again and. Found TN Glass on Yelp. The Good- Fast reply and was able to come out that morning to assess damage and work up quote. Reasonable prices. Friendly interactions with workers. Did receive 10% off from accidental break on install. The Bad- Wait time for window was 10 days. I get it, but it was a long time to go having it boarded up. After job was done had to wait about a week to get invoices. Called twice to remind them I'd like to pay. Had to clean up some debris left by installers The Ugly- Installers broke new window when they were setting it in. Had to wait another 10 days for replacement to come. The hassle of setting up and scheduling making sure someone would be home, etc., was not fun. The Skinny- All in all I would use them again. Accidents happen, but with the fast customer service and good pricing on the actual window I would choose them. Local and friendly. read more

I'm based in SoCal but was looking to help my family in WA with some window replacements and TN Glass Install made the whole thing a breeze. They were super responsive, kept us updated, and did a fantastic job. The new windows look great, and my family said the installers were friendly and professional. Highly recommend if you need reliable glass services in Tacoma! read more

The replacement window pane is a perfect match! And the obscured glass was exactly what we were looking for. Great install, great experience and will definitely use your company again. We may have a couple more to replace in the future. Thank you!! read more

Communication was excellent; everyone showed up on time, and work was completed thoroughly.

Took a bit longer to get the glass and the first glass was right. Other than that, it was OK.

They were very responsive to my questions and able to help out in a timely manner. The work was completed quickly and will be recommending to everyone I know in need of glass install. read more

Nadeem came out to give us a quote very quickly when we needed a time sensitive estimate to respond to an inspection on a few windows on our house. He was super thorough, explained what the issue was and how the window was ok and it was just an aesthetic issue and gave us a super reasonable quote. Thank you! read more

I would have liked to have provided a review of the work done but TN Glass Install ghosted me. I contacted them on June 11 to set up an initial visit for an estimate on a shower door install, and Nadeem came to look at our space as scheduled on 6/20. He described several options for the doors and said that he would get back to me with an estimate. I waited a week and had received no reply, so I called and left a message saying that I was still interested in working with TN Glass to get the work done. No response. I waited another week and sent a polite email: "Nadeem had come to take a look at our bathroom on June 20 in order to get an estimate on a shower door install. I haven't heard back with a quote yet but was still interested - is it still possible to get one? Thanks in advance." Still no response. I ended up going with a more professional contractor who actually answered my calls and emails. read more

Our window cracked last winter during COVID and we needed a replacement badly. We priced around and got an estimate from TN glass install quickly and were scheduled before the end of the month. I wasn't able to catch the name of the company employee who came out to my house but he had great in-home etiquette and was in and out in no time. We have a house full of people and a newborn, and the provider came in with shoe covers and a mask and was as quiet as possible. Great service, would definitely recommend, thank you!! read more

Had 26 windows fitted with new glass by this company. The installers were incredibly fast & had everything wrapped up in just over 5 hours! Glass unit look absolutely fantastic. We couldn't be happier with the service & the product. Pricing was significantly better priced than other quotes I received from competing companies. Just goes to show that it is possible to get first class treatment at a fair price! read more

Really glad I hired TN glass to do the windows in my old house to get ready to sell. Nadeem was incredibly nice and professional and suggested the cheapest option for us which was to just replace the glass. His crew was prompt and communicative. The ordered glass was manufactured 1/8" off from what was measured but they took care of everything quickly and even redid our screens for free. Would definitely hire again! read more

I had a few windows that were broken Friday night, on Saturday I called about 10 different glass companies to get a quote, these guys were the only ones to call me back. They set up the inspection for sunday and had it all fixed by the end of the week, great work great customer service , I would recommend these guys to anyone needing their glass repaired.. read more

Fast, cost effective, and excellent customer service. TN Glass significantly outbid the other companies and finished the job in half of the projected time (2 weeks earlier) read more

TN Glass was outstanding! Unbelievably prompt response times, courteous technicians, and realistic prices. From the first phone call answered directly by a knowledgeable installer, to the nearly perfect price estimate based upon verbal description (before even seeing the windows), and ending with a strong handshake for a job well done, I can't recommend enough. read more

Just recently had to replace the sliding door glass on my rental property. I am very happy with the experience I received. These guys were very professional, prompt and affordable. I was searching to get my window fixed for about a week. All the companies I recieved quotes from had ridiculous prices for $300+ and it would take a month or longer to only replace the glass in one window. I received a message from this company before I made any decisions. They came out took the measurements and had it done within a week! I was extremely happy to to find them and will be reccomending or using them from now on for my glass needs. Very professional and excellent communication! read more

I'm happy to recommend TN Glass Install for window repairs. Nadeem came out, gave us an estimate, ordered parts, and then came back to repair four windows. WAY cheaper than replacing them. He explained everything throughout the process and answered all our questions. No magic, because our windows are just old, but they are all opening and closing now as we hoped they would. Nadeem was easy to work with, communicated well, and followed through with everything. I'd easily call him again with any future repair. read more

We have an older home with a large picture window needing replaced. It was a complex fit as the frame had warped and the window was a three man lift/set. We also had several smaller windows with failed seals needing replacement. Nadeem has given us great service before and came through again. Hr carefully measured to get just the right size to fit into the space, and with ability to caulk and preserve the frame. With supply chain delays in the glass industry, there was a delay getting the glass, however Nadeem stayed on it, kept great communication, and scheduling ASAP . What I really appreciate is Nadeem's willingness to listen to any concerns and help find solutions, is extremely diligent and professional - as well as being a really nice person to work with. Getting window inserts instead of entirely new windows and frames is so much more affordable. We are glad we found Nadeem's TN Glass for the work we needed done!!! read more
