The outer pane on both windows were broken by a pellet/bb gun on the street side of my house. Received estimates from a few vendors. Liberty had the best price. I also ended up getting faux wood blinds installed as well. Installer was professional and removed the broken glass and installed the new glass. The new glass seemed to be of higher quality than the original glass and it looked great. Blinds looked great as well. Will look them up again if the need arises!

First appt was set for a Sunday in February and they called an hour before the appt to let me know the consultant's car broke down and he couldn't make it. It just happened to be an unusually nice day and I was suspicious. I decided I was not going to use such an unreliable company because I felt someone could have come out in his place, or he could borrow a car if it was that important to him. A couple months go by and I'm ready to go forward on my window replacement project so I thought I would give Window Nation another chance and scheduled them as part of my three quotes. Both the first two companies were right on time for the appts, then along comes Window Nation calling 15 minutes before our appt to let me know that the consultant is running late because of traffic and he will be about a half hour late. The was the last straw for me. I wouldn't have chosen them anyway at this point because they were so undependable that getting them here to do the work would probably be a hassle too.
