He came to our home on time and did a thorough walk around our home and gave us a detailed bid. For reference we had most of our siding replaced, and the entire outside of our home painted, including front door, gutters, along with some other repairs. The quotes for this were more than expected for such a small balcony. Our home is 27 years old with LP siding and we decided to get bids to have our siding replaced as well and make a substantial investment in our home and within our projected budget. Bids were secured for the balcony and the siding from several contractors. We met with Leo Redford of AMPRO Builders who let us know that they could do both projects and within our budget! AMPRO Builders received a good BBB rating, good reviews, and we were very impressed with Leo's knowledge and professionalism. Leo gave us some ideas for the exterior of our home that we really liked and hadn't thought of before and we moved forward. Leo maintained communication with us throughout the three-week project and conducted a few walk-through inspections and addressed any miscellaneous concerns we and/or he may have had.
