Was ghosted twice. Two days in a row. After the first day, I inquired why they refused to show up in the three-hour time frame that THEY sent me via email. I was told it (my appt) got written down for the (wrong) next day and if the next day was OK. I patiently replied that was fine. Next day I was ghosted AGAIN. No show. Not even a call. Sent an email back, got no answer (surprise surprise!) So I called and went Full KAREN on them! What a waste of time-- literally two days wasted waiting for them to come. If they're too incompetent to handle a schedule, I wouldn't trust them to repair a Coke bottle let alone my window. Deuces. read more

Those of you considering this supplier beware. There is no store front. I was looking to purchase a Shower Door. There are MANY choices and options. I provided measurements and asked if the wide opening would eliminate any choices due to the wide width. I was told several times they would send a tech out to take measurements and help us decide. I asked to get a quote for a new window. Justin came out and gave me the option of getting just the window pane replaced, or doing the right way. Apparently the people that put in the windows drilled the screws down near the water holes, instead of to the side of the frame. This company is the the real deal! I live in Hoodsport, WA. and it is sometimes dicey to get services out there. too small, or too far. Justin said he would come, and he did! He was fast, professional, I felt there and then that I was in good hands. Krista , the office manager went over the order with me and submitted the order. A week later, windows had arrived and within a day or so, delivered and installed. I must say, that Krista went through great lengths to make sure my windows were correct, as one was textured and I wanted a low E coating on it, as it is South facing. her attention to detail was much appreciated. I will be needing mirrors installed after the New Year,, and it's nice to know that I already have my Window and Glass company in my phone and no longer have to worry about who do the job! Very fast. I requested a quote and they had someone on site the same week. The guy who helped me was quite knowledgeable. He took 5 minutes to measure everything in the window. I have never seen someone use a tape measure so proficiently. The quote was the lowest out of the four I received from other companies, which was an excellent plus. After that i scheduled the next appointment. They have a window purchase line until 5pm and after that is for emergency calls (not sure what for but it's nice to have) for anyone wondering. Week after we had someone put in the window and again, it was so quick. The window assembly was in under 10 minutes. They did other stuff in the truck before putting it in of course, but i didn't know windows could be done so quick like that. They clearly know what they're doing and are pros. The window has been there for 2 weeks now and is holding up great against the freezing temperature and rain. Pane is perfect and they were able to reuse the original vinyl slide like i requested. They even patched up the screen for free. If you want a good quote that matches what you actually need, this is a good company. Too many of the others i asked tried to make me replace the whole thing when it was clearly fine. read more

We had a great experience with the replacement of two leaded glass doors. I recommend WA window & glass and their services.

Decent quality work, however if you are not a large commercial customer you will get 2nd rate treatment and delays. There was absolutely no follow-up, I had to chase them down to coordinate work completion, no automatic invoice nor receipt is sent to show completion. They don't make it easy to do business with, everything is written on paper (in this day and age of quickbooks). Its like pulling teeth to get any followup after the quote. If you like chasing them down to get any work completion then choose them, otherwise find another windows contractor. The high ratings does not match my experience with them. read more

BLUF: Justin is THE MAN! It is getting rarer to find quality customer service these days, but Justin delivered. They had a scheduling problem (someone got sick - I got it), but instead of blowing me off, he came and PERSONALLY did the install, and in record time to. While he was there he took his time to make a great recommendation on other repairs I needed to make before the winter, even though it didn't benefit him even remotely. I am so thankful for this company. Not only did they do an amazing job replacing the glass panels on our front door - their attitudes and customer service were superior. Without getting into too much detail, they had to deal with a lot of issues regarding my landlord, but they were so helpful when I called to apologize and they came all the way back out to finish the job even though it was our landlord that sent them home in the first place. Washington Windows fixed a leaky picture window in my condo. I had seen it leak in one spot along the bottom, but Wash Windows actually found one or two other spots along the top. The workers changed out the flashing around the outside as well as resealing the inside - the estimator, Justin, was really clear about what needed to be done and the cost. They came out to give a quote, and on the spot he fiddled and fixed both windows within 10 mins, and didn't even charge us for coming out. Have won a future customer for sure. read more

Rated three stars because they arrived as scheduled to both the estimate appointment and to install the new windows. They also installed four of the five replacement windows with no issues. Rating not higher than three stars as a result of an issue with the fifth replacement that left me with a non-functioning sliding glass door. The door was working correctly before install started. The installer provided mis-information about the issue. A fix was offered at a substantial additional cost which I declined. A manager did call later with the offer of a no-cost fix, however by that time I taken other action to resolve the issue. Will look to other companies for future glass requirements. read more

There was a leak in the inside frame of a window in my home, and a Washington Window & Glass representative came to my home to diagnose the problem. In fact, they did no work on my window because the rep determined -- and explained very clearly to me -- that the problem isn't with the window, but either the siding above it or the roof. I am a senior citizen with two windows that I thought needed repair. I called Washington Window & Glass and Justin was at my house the next week to check the windows in question. The first window that I thought leaked, didn't leak at all, but the siding and roofing around and above it caused the problem. The second window can't be repaired because the company is out of business and the parts to fix it don't exist anymore. I was disappointed that fixing my windows was going to be a bigger problem, but I was impressed that Justin didn't try to sell me anything.
