I truly wish Google allowed multiple reviews for the same company, because TN Glass Install LLC has…read moreexceeded my expectations not once, but twice. My first experience was for a cracked window replacement. The team arrived right on time and completed the entire job in about 15 minutes. Their professionalism, efficiency, and courtesy were immediately evident. It was fast, seamless, and stress free. The second project was far more extensive and showcased their craftsmanship on another level. They removed an outdated garden window and replaced it with a stunning new one, installed a sleek sliding glass door, and removed a large window to install a beautiful garden window measuring 6 feet wide by 3 feet high. Every step was handled with precision and care. Watching such a substantial window set perfectly into place was impressive. It required strength, coordination, and exact measurement, and they executed it flawlessly. They even repaired the siding afterward, leaving everything polished and clean. Joe, Jesse, and Frank worked like a perfectly tuned crew. Their communication, teamwork, and pride in their craft were obvious from start to finish. They maintained a positive attitude throughout and made what could have been a disruptive project feel smooth and even enjoyable. I also want to recognize Tahnie, the project manager. She coordinated everything beautifully and stayed in touch throughout the process. She was personable, attentive, and genuinely a pleasure to speak with. Her communication made the entire experience feel organized and reassuring. From small repairs to major installations, TN Glass Install LLC delivers exceptional results with integrity and professionalism. I would recommend them without hesitation.

We recently had Lacey Glass replace the glass walls on our existing shower stall. The two…read morenon-glass walls and the old shower pan were retained. It was a challenging situation for them since the existing walls were somewhat out of plumb and the there was very little space between one of the new glass walls and an existing vanity countertop. The point of this review is that Lacey Glass's installers, Matt and Jake, did an excellent job on the initial installation and then made two follow up visits to fine tune to the shower enclosure and make it perfect. They were cheerful, prompt and clearly determined to provide complete customer satisfaction. I would recommend them for any work within the scope of the firm's business and will use them myself for any future appropriate project.

I had a terrible experience with Lacey Glass -or with "Lacey Glass at Home". ( The relationship…read morebetween the two isn't completely clear to me, but "Lacey Glass at Home" is listed on Lacey Glass's website as a service of the larger company.) The old skylight in our bedroom started to leak; I signed a contract with "Lacey Glass at Home" to replace it. After the replacement, it leaked even worse. Whether the new glass was installed improperly, or Lacey Glass had misdiagnosed the problem from the start, or else had accidentally done some damage to my roof during the installation, I cannot say. What I can say is what followed was six months of fumbling and stumbling, poor communication in terms of trying to fix the problem, and ultimately, shrugged shoulders. Am I missing something here about why it took them six months of not addressing the problem before abruptly washing their hands of the whole business? It must be said that a tarpaulin over the skylight has kept water out during this period, a period which is still ongoing. To be fair "Lacey Glass at Home" did the installation for less than their original estimate, so there is no question here of financial trickery. On the other hand the work was done terribly, without any sense of embarrassment or responsibility about it coming out worse than before. I have to imagine that this was such a small job ($3,000) that they didn't really care. But the lack of attention to this one detail doesn't bode well for their work on larger, more complicated jobs, with many more details. On that scale, for a business, or on a commercial job, Lacey Glass might well prove to be a disaster. Lacey Glass's website boasts "As the years progressed and business grew, Lacey Glass built a reputation on innovation and has become known for their ability to complete even the most complicated projects with ease." My experience has been just the opposite: a simple project was very difficult for them, and was never completed satisfactorily. I regret my patience! -L

It was over 90 degrees and I was not about to let it spread, so the husband started calling to places around Olympia as we were nearing the city. The first quote was for a place in Chehalis that had no website and 0 reviews. $80. The second place had good reviews. They couldn't fit us in. We called Jesse and he said come on in. $40. Sold! It's a nice little shop just off the freeway (101 or 5, I can't remember). Jesse was helping another customer but got to us as quick as he could. Came out to check out the chip and immediately had his co-worker bring my car to the back to cool down. Jesse explained the process and what we could do to maintain the repair. He said it would take at least 25 minutes because the glass was hot and had to cool down. We were offered cold bottled water. We chilled out on the big sofa. It was a crappy situation to be there, but it turned out to just be a nice detour. The crack was fixed and you can hardly tell it's there. No sun shade for this window's future! Great service and really friendly folks there...a winning combo. Thank you, Jesse!!
