WeatherGuard Roofing installed a roof on our large horse barn in 2016 and provided us with a…read more10-year workmanship warranty. Despite paying over $54,000 for the roof, it began leaking within the first month. Over the next 9 years, we contacted them repeatedly for repairs. The leaks never stopped. They later tried to claim the warranty was only five years, despite us having written documentation of the 10-year warranty. When we met with the owner in 2025, he blamed the leaks on the building itself, saying it wasn't possible to properly roof a pole barn--yet somehow still sold us the job in the first place. We hired an independent roofing inspector who performed a controlled water test, and the roof leaked within hours. He confirmed there is no realistic way to repair this roof because it was improperly installed as a second-layer overlay. We now have no choice but to completely replace the roof at our own expense. In our opinion, this company does not stand by its work, and we feel misled by both the workmanship and the warranty process. We strongly urge anyone considering this company to proceed with caution and consult with an independent roofing expert before signing a contract.

Following the laminate installation, Olympic Door & Trim replaced the interior doors with 6-panel white doors, and all trim was replaced with white trim. It was a 5-day process for our 1400 square foot rambler. The 2 man team was courteous and IMMEDIATELY cleaned up as they moved from one area of the home to the next. All trim materials were cut outside of the home to reduce interior dust. Lynden doors manufactured the pre-painted doors which are a much higher quality than you will see at the box stores.

I was basically housebound 24/7. because her mom whose in a wheel chair, was worse off than she had claimed. There were many occasions, when I was texted or called by both Cindy and her mom, to come back because of Carol's fake anxiety attacks when I would leave at night. because I wasn't there. My ad said, "NO CONTROL FREAKS" (Cindy's husband even told me she was controlling) "NO ADDICTS", her mom is an alcoholic and gambles like Cindy (whose part of a tournament) THEY CAN'T PAY ME BUT THEY CAN THROW THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS AWAY EACH MONTH AT CASINOS???...I said, "Looking for SAFE people", and "I have personal boundaries that I will defend"...."I'm a giver not a taker, who is HIGHLY QUALIFIED, and highly COMPETENT." Because of this fact, as a true NARCISSIST, CINDY got jealous of me, intimidated by my skills and intelligence etc. And she never complimented me, (I'm and amazing musician and writer, etc) saying her mom  never complimented her and that she didn't want to give me a big head"??? Because of her mother's poor condition and memory issues, I basically became FULL time care for almost a year, with NO PAY, and NO DAYS. She got away with the no pay, because she made promises to fix my car, (only $2,500) it still needs $1,400 more. And pay for me to get a website done, as I'm a literary writer. And anything else I needed. She never did. She also was always trying to find some kind of fault, she couldn't so she started throwing out stupid stuff, she made up or exaggerated. The more I called her out on her BS, the more vengeful, and unreasonable she got. She also kept lying and twisting things. We have a 39 year old cement tile roof. Tiles break once and awhile due to wind debris or ice build…read moreup. It is a life time roof but things do happen The other day I noticed a tile with a large piece missing. Why we did not have a rain leak is a head scratcher. I called A-1 as they are one of the few roofers who know how to walk on and repair a tile roof. Many make that claim. Most are clueless. They came out the next day and a man named Tom Hall went up and fixed it in minutes, free of charge (a very small job but important one)! He also pointed out, with photos, a number of broken tiles that were in need of repair. I was not surprised. We agreed to have these repairs made and, on the basis it was compeleted before the end of August and the start of the "monsoons". He said he'd work us in between the bigger jobs they had. A day later, he indeed worked us in long before my August dead line. The roof was fixed and is now "tight". The response to the initial repair and the larger repair was much quicker than I anticipated. I also felt condifent in Tom's advice and comments about what needed to be done. No hard sell. Just got it done.

They destroyed my flower bed and all the potted plants around my house there's roofing debris on every plant. my lavender is squished I had to completely take out my Veronica and mums. They broke branches off the tree next to my drive way then shoved the branches back up into the tree as if I wouldn't notice. There was hot Cheetos in my flower bed. They parked on my grass. Even though we parked in the street for them. My whole garage is covered in sawdust and nails my laundry room is in my garage so I have to rewash all that laundry. I was helping a friend out holding some of her kitchen items and now she has to toss all that stuff. And to top it all off it's the next day at 5pm and the owner/manager hasn't shown up yet even though he was contacted this morning.
