Jose showed up right on time (this rarely happens so I was immediately impressed), helped assess everything and was very honest. Despite how ugly the siding was, it was just cosmetic and didn't require any repairs (yay). The biggest roofing project could be deferred, but a smaller structure needed a new roof yesterday (it was decades old and I rebuilt everything but the roof 5 yrs ago so was a valuable investment). He gave me quotes on all the structures and came in at the lower range of average roofing costs. He was able to be out within a couple of weeks to do the small roof and they were timely, efficient, very clean and did a beautiful job. Jose also scouted around the structure after the job to make sure it was properly picked up after. Throughout the process he was very responsive in emails and there were never surprises. I have recommended him to neighbors and am saving to do the main roof in a year or two. He is a very honest, reliable business and family man with high integrity. Two good sized nicks and they both cracked outward across the length of the glass. I submitted the claim through my insurance and The Glass Guy came up as one of the possible places I got use to get it replaced. I am SO glad I chose them. From the get-go, they were speedy and professional. I got call from their office manager just a few hours after submitting the claim and told them what the deal was. She took my vehicle information and VIN to confirm the correct size that's needed, telling me that she'd do some hunting and see about price, availability, and timeframe. I got a call back the same day and she told me the price (which was less than the deductible) so she suggested not going through insurance - which I followed. I was able to get it scheduled within the week. Once there, I got the vehicle in right on time and just decided to wait there in the office for them to complete it. They were extremely efficient - finishing it much quicker than what was originally thought. I couldn't be happier with the result. It looked great and after a month or so later, I haven't had any issues. This is a family owned and operated business; and the care they have for their customers is clear. They have a very comfortable and esthetic office/waiting area (along with a very friendly dog that might ask for some pets). The office staff is extremely friendly and kind, and while I didn't meet any of the service staff, when they came in and our of the garage area they seemed very nice as well and everyone was professional and friendly. He said, call back with the VIN and they would get it scheduled, I got them the VIN that day. They said it would be a month because of parts on back order. I thought, I can drive it with the crack for a month to give a local shop the business. Fast forward, my wife called Wednesday before the appointment on 11/11/24 to see if they might have an opening either Thursday or Friday before my appointment on Monday. My wife spoke to the gal that works there. She said she would have to call back in a little bit to let her know. Fast forward to the next morning, I called and talked to the gal my wife talked to. She told me that the windshield for my RAV 4 was not available, and she left a voicemail to tell my wife know this. Cell phones don't lie, my wife had not received a call from their number and didn't receive a voicemail. She said check back in a couple of weeks for availability of parts. I immediately got online and scheduled with Safelite, this was Thursday, and the appointment was for Friday at 8:00 AM. Perfect service!! no lies about parts, or not being able to get that windshield. Safelite installed and calibrated the windshield, and I am 110% satisfied with their performance.

I started with filing a claim with my insurance but their usual contractor didn't have any appointments for the next two weeks. I started looking on yelp for glass repair shops and Bill was the first one who replied and, in my opinion, the best one! I had another shop who replied but was only doing windshield replacements, and finally a third shop replied the day AFTER Bill fixed my windshield. Bill was extremely professional and skilled. He came out to service my windshield in just a couple days from my initial quote. He was on time, remained courteous, and worked quickly. After he was done, the rock chip was almost invisible. Great work. He also came prepared with the invoice for my insurance! A seamless transaction. Definitely keeping Bill in my phone book for next year!

I was treated like a deadbeat with a zero credit score. (It is actually over 800.) To begin, I was told the diagnosis would cost $199 but would be applied toward the bill if they did the job, which I intended to have them do. They guy came out, looked at my system for about 30 seconds, and told me I had a leaking irrigation valve (which was already obvious to me). He said the system was old and there were other valves ready to fail as well. We agreed that I should just replace them all. I asked for an estimate and he told me he would have one either by phone or email by the end of the day. There was no request for payment so I assumed we would just roll it into the bill for the job. Two days later, I called to ask about the estimate. A lady said they guy was too busy to write it up but she would email me one by the end of the day. Two days after that I sent an email asking about the estimate I still had not received. She said it would be around $1200. I said that I would accept that and to put me on the schedule and send a written version of the estimate. That is when they seemed to get defensive. They said I would need to pay them 50% of the estimate (which I still did not have in writing) before they would even put me on the schedule. After this, and the lack of a timely response earlier, I was getting a little leary of their business. I was willing to give them the benefit of the doubt, however this is not my first rodeo, I told her I would pay the 50% when they showed up to do the job. They did not reply at all after that except to send a bill for the estimate. Not only did they demand payment THAT DAY or face a 35% late fee, but they dated the bill FOUR DAYS prior! I'd had enough of this company by then. I drove a check for the "inspection" over to their "office" and hand delivered it. I would NEVER do business with people who treat customers like this. Good luck if you do. In the end, I think they just wanted a quick buck doing the "inspection" and never intended to do the work. Sad.

This leak is causing quite a lot of damage and he is unresponsive. I have removed some of the damaged drywall but there is quite a bit more to be remdeiated. My insurance company won't cover the damage. My contract with him included a 10-year warranty for workmanship and forty years for the metal roof materials. And yet, six years after the installation, he refuses to honor his warranty and come fix the problem. This company, and the owner, are not honest and honorable. They wiil take your money for the job, and never honor the warranty. BUYER BEWARE, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH TOP WEATHER ROOFING!
