I recently had an accidental break of a quarter panel window and used Yelp to help me find a reliable repairman. I sent the request for a quote late at night and Bill from Integrity Auto Glass responded first thing in the morning. It was a pleasure working with Bill to find a date and time that works. They had multiple openings that were all within a more than reasonable time frame and let me have options. Bill was always super quick to respond and transparent. I even requested a heads up 15 minutes before anyone would arrive and Bill made sure to accommodate that. I was able to have my window replaced in less than 48 hours of the break (and it would have been less than 24 hours except for my own time limitations). I was able to have the repair done at my home address, which saved me the stress of driving anywhere or setting aside hours to go somewhere. The shattered window held together by masking tape was removed and replaced, and the work area cleaned up within 25 minutes. It was impressively fast work! The glass was also a perfect match to the other windows, so it doesn't even look like a break happened. I am so pleased with this experience and will definitely be using Auto Integrity Glass if another window breaks or I need to replace a windshield (which hopefully isn't soon)! read more

This guy Bill came to my house about 3 years ago to give me a quote on my Acura and Dodge I had my windshield on one of my ford trucks replaced by Safelite he said is it leaking yet they do bad work it never leaked flash forward to last year he replaced a couple of windshields one on my 1994 ford truck not the one replaced by Safelite glass and a 2003 Dodge Durango both of these are leaking he tries to cover up his poor work by taking Pictures after telling him it leaked and telling me that there is corrosion around the comes out and puts a bunch of black stuff on some of the windshield it is still leaking but worse he is telling me he will not fix it one problem he took money from the insurance company who is part of Safelite glass do not use this company beware read more

Alas, my annual rock-hits-my-windshield-on-the-freeway has come around again and this time it was a big one. I started with filing a claim with my insurance but their usual contractor didn't have any appointments for the next two weeks. I started looking on yelp for glass repair shops and Bill was the first one who replied and, in my opinion, the best one! I had another shop who replied but was only doing windshield replacements, and finally a third shop replied the day AFTER Bill fixed my windshield. Bill was extremely professional and skilled. He came out to service my windshield in just a couple days from my initial quote. He was on time, remained courteous, and worked quickly. After he was done, the rock chip was almost invisible. I can not say enough for this business! He was super communicative as he was running late from his other job and now that it gets dark so early, he suggested returning the following day to complete the job. It would have been super dark at my home and hard to do the work. He was very thoughtful and considerate as my problem was unique. I just purchased a new Used Car and really bummed that I already had a Starburst sized chip. Didn't even know it happened. Well, apparently it was there before and it was previously filled up and fixed before I got the car. He did his best to help me out etc...as it being already "repaired", hard to do it again without breaking the glass further. Had a very small windshield rock chip, had Integrity come out and take a look. The gentleman was honest with his assessment and felt the chip was too small to repair. Offered some money for the assessment and time which was declined.
