The high end prices came from the dealer (GM) and NAPA, both reputable suppliers. I called and asked how a $39.99 part came to $99 on my bill. The response was that shops are in the practice of adding additional markup to the parts. I questioned the almost triple the highest amount I found. \They could not say why such inflated prices were charged of did they offer and satisfaction. I was told the manager would call me to discuss but I have not heard from him. Don't get mewrong...they are very thorough and do excellent repair work. Their labor prices seem a bit high bit I understand the need to charge these prices. I just don't feel that the amount they inflated the cost of the part is fair or even good practice. Worst customer service ever , the owner Lee Smith is the most dishonest business owner ever…read more We took our car to his shop after a hit & run Lee said it will be a couple weeks to get the work done Car sat there for two months they didn't even touch it They got paid $6k by the insurance and never did any work on the car The insurance decided to call it a (Total Loss) after the shop decided it was going to cost more money to get the work done Insurance told us they were waiting for Lee to return the money so we could get pay off A month went by Lee wasn't answering any phone calls from us or the insurance We went to the shop talked to Lee , he just kept making excuses pretending he didn't know what was going on , blaming everything on COVID We were told he was gonna talk to his son to find out what happened We were told to go back the next day to talk to them We went back the next day the shop was closed Insurance kept trying to contact them , they weren't able to get any Response from Lee We went back to the shop we finally talked to Lee & his son Lee told us to give him a week to get all the money together to give it back to us Two weeks went by never heard from him again , Insurance called us and told us they got ahold of Lee and Lee told them He was a small business owner he didn't had that kind of money so he didn't know when he was going to return it We tried calling but they blocked my girlfriends phone number so calls won't go through I called using my phone and as soon as they find out it was us they hang up At this point we were done So we have taken legal action against Lee & his business Court date next month This is not a way to thread your customers or to run a business !
