After getting hit on Christmas Morning, my wife and I didn't have any idea where we should take our Yukon for repair. Having grown up in Longview, I've had first and second hand experience with a lot of the competition. None of which were all that positive. Instead of falling back into that trap, we decided to poll our family/friends on Facebook. A bit surprised with the results, the overwhelming "winner" was GT Collision Center - with whom I had no experience. So after a quick search for online reviews (which were equally impressive), we decided to give it a shot. I can't express how pleased we were with that decision. Not only did they complete the job earlier than anticipated, they used factory parts and the vehicle was flawless upon return. There was one small hiccup after getting the rig home, with a battery cable that hadn't been secured properly. We didn't realize it was such a simple fix, so had returned the rig to GT for diagnosis. They had someone give me a ride to/from my house to drop-off and pick-up the vehicle, which was in the shop for less than an hour when they discovered their mistake. It was corrected free of charge and hassle, with their sincerest apologies. I hope we're never in need of a body shop again, but if we are, GT will be our first (and only) call. read more

I wanted to give a big thumbs up to GT Collision Center! My experience at GT was exceptional in every way from start to finish! It is so refreshing to see that true customer service is still alive! I was greeted by Tate who explained to me how they would repair my car from start to finish through the whole process. Tate was very professional, friendly, and kept me up to date with the progress. When I picked up my car, everything was completed as he promised and there were no surprises. Not only did my car look like new, inside and out, they even returned my rental car for me. I have had three terrific experiences with GT Collision Center. The first was with my classic 68 Corvair. Dan was great helping to finish little details on my car before a car show. Then, after hitting a deer with my Chevy truck, Nate took great care in making it look like new again. My third experience was for a friend's PT Cruiser that needed a little TLC after she backed into a post. Amy worked her car in while she was visiting us and our friend was absolutely delighted with the transformation. I have recently had back to back accidents with my truck that has required some rear bumper work all the way to a whole new bed replaced and painted on my aluminum bodied 2016 F-150. I would not take my vehicles anywhere else. Tate, Amy, Gene and everyone else make the whole process of getting your vehicle worked on the most professional and highest quality you could ask for. Fantastic experience. Driving back from Portland to Seattle, I started to hear the mud gaurd beneath my car rattling on the freeway. Stressed and frustrated with myself for not fixing the problem before leaving Portland, I pulled off in Kelso expecting to spend hours at an auto repair shop along with large amounts of money. Instead I found friendly Fred and Tate telling me they could probably fix it, and fifteen minutes later give me back my car fixed and free of charge. I've never wanted a tip jar more than that day. GT Collision is the bee's knees! The office staff is friendly, cheerful, and treats you like family. They are thorough in their explanations, and make sure to answer all your questions. The body and paint work was finished in a timely fashion, and even though my repair was done quickly, it exceeded my expectations on quality, too. I would never take my vehicle anywhere else, because GT knows how to keep their clientele impressed. You can tell they love their job, because their work reflects their pride and moxie. If you are in need of body work on a vehicle because of an accident YOU get to decide where to take it and GT Collision is where you should go. The staff is friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. We new exactly what was going to be done with our truck and how long it was going to take. They worked with our insurance company directly so we didn't have to be the middle man. When we picked the truck the repair work was amazing AND they washed it and wiped down the inside!! Not only do they do body work they are a full detail shop too. We recently picked GT Collision to repair our 2015 Nissan Murano , it suffered a damaged rear hatchback in a rear end collision along with a damaged side door.
