Their batteries are great. The price seemed okay to me. My wife and I have 2 cars. Since I retired and she doesn't drive, we tend to use one car over the other. My battery lost its "power" after sitting too long or long enough. They charged it twice, without charging me a dime, and gave me advice to prevent this from happening again. Honest and friendly. Couldn't start my car. Jumping wasnt working so I thought it might be the starter. Had it towed to this location because I heard good things from my neighbor. They took my car on the spot and got to work and after using a dremel brush on the connections they had it right back up and going. No charge. So I bought a new battery from them (mine was 6 years old and ready to go anyway) and they cleaned some parts off and had the new one installed in 15-20 minutes as I sat in their heated lobby. They also have refurbished batteries if you want to go a less expensive route. My neighbor swears by them and has the refurbished in all his cars. It was a great experience. Don't waste your time. Quoted a reasonable price for a quality battery over phone as bait. In person it was $30 more for a generic battery (25% more than a name brand at a real auto parts store). read more

Brought a battery in, they hooked it up to some 1970's looking device and said it was fine. I objected asked for a little off on the new one. They walked away. Obviously didn't pull a battery that wouldn't charge more than 30% for fun. Buy a battery there get a worthless warranty u put in your glovebox. Walmart doesn't even question it when it's under warranty, hmmm... who am I going to do business with? read more

Had an issue with our car so took our new battery here and for a low price they charged it. Told us to bring the van back over after we put it back in it to make sure the alternator was good. Stopped in on our way back from Astoria going to Kelso, because all of my check engine lights were suddenly coming on. Nice guys. He came out and did battery test, and determined it was a faulty alternator! We decided to risk driving home because it was closing time for them. Sure enough, pulled into our driveway a few miles further and it died as we were pulling in! Got it towed into them, they gave me a very reasonable price for replacement, had it done by afternoon same day, picked up, friendly, will use them again if needed. read more

I stopped for a 14 gauge disconnect terminal for my starter, they didn't have a simple electrical connector. Not worth stopping there.
