They never did complete the "free inspection" they offered me (I paid them $150ish for them to slap me with their outrageous quote so I wouldn't quite call the inspection free), even after keeping my car for multiple days and saying they would do it. And they are willing to replace it, but I will have to pay full price again as it's not under warranty due to me ordering it online. I have been in multiple times with no help.
