Scheduled an appointment to get our brakes and alignment done at this location. Dropped our vehicle off at 10 AM, which was the time of our appointment. It is currently 3:41 PM and they are stating it will not be done until 430/5:00 PM due to them being busy. When we showed up, I asked why we were not notified about this sooner she stated they are busy. I informed her I know for a fact they did not bring our vehicle back until 1 PM, because tcalled us due to not having a lug nut, and she stated it was around 1 PM that they brought it back. I said correct, It was around 1 PM when our appointment was at 10 AM. I absolutely do not recommend getting service here done on your vehicles unless you want to wait all day. read more

This review is for the service center. I can't speak for anything else as I've only dealt with service department. The lack of professionalism that I received durning my cars services is absurd. I dropped off my vehicle Tuesday and was told the vehicle would be back the following day. We received some light snow Tuesday night and the following day I was told tires were not going to make it in until late Wed afternoon and vehicle more than likely wouldn't be done until Thursday first thing as it would be top priority. Thursday morning I hadn't heard anything from dealership so I called at 9am and was informed that my service advisor was out today but he'd be back tomorrow and I'm more than welcome to call then. I informed the gal on the phone that my car has been there since Tuesday and that I need it back today because that is what I was told from Ed my service advisor. She said she would send out an email and someone would get back to me. That was 9am and 1PM came around and still no word. Called back in and was told that they can't get an answer and once again someone will call me. Shortly there after I was called by Megan who told me that they hadn't even mounted the tired but my vehicle should be done by tonight or possibly Friday morning, I explained to Megan that this is our family car and that the vehicle was supposed to be done by that morning and I can't wait until Friday to get my car back, she then promised it would be done by closing. 5PM that evening I still had heard nothing back so once again I called the dealer and this time I was told that Megan went home for the day and they didn't know anything about my vehicle. I asked the gal on the phone to please get me anyone that can get me an answer on my car. A gentlemen came to the phone and about five minutes later was able to locate paper work and told me that in fact my vehicle is done and ready. I never received one phone call from the dealer for any type of update and I had to take time out my my busy work day and call multiple times only to never get an answer. To top all of this off I got my vehicle back and it was dark so I didn't look at much the next day my wife called me and informed me that the bottom of the window was cracked and that crack was not there when the vehicle was dropped off and you would see this by the video they take of car when dropped at center. On top of that they left a big panel completely off and just laying in the trunk. I called the next day and spoke to Tim and he pretty blamed the crack on pre existing condition and that the cold weather caused the crack.... And for the panel his tech simply and that I should be able to put back on myself. Once again very displeased with the service I just wanted to to be all over and said ok. My wife hit something driving down the highway and it had blown out the rims pretty good so durning that visit we purchased a new rim and they were supposed to replace the damaged one, I noticed two days later that the damaged rim was never even replaced. I then called Tim back explained my findings and he found the paper work and told me that the tech put in the notes there was another rim that was even more damaged so the tech chose that rim to replace instead. Tim said it's all in your paperwork that all I had to do was read the report because it's all in there. I informed Tim that they should have called me and told me their findings and asked the customer what they wanted and not made the decision for me as I would have purchased another rim and replaced both. The unprofessionalism that I received is completely shocking and I will never come back here. read more

I bought 4 cars through them and the salesmen are ok, tend to play games with pricing. The parts department is no help and told me they could not get towing mirrors for my truck that was 2 years old. The young woman who greeted us pointed us to the coffee station, and restrooms as that's the first thing we needed before a car shopping experience. Writing this as my husband and I are driving home from picking up our new Toyota Tundra. Buying a new truck in the midst of severe inventory shortages is not easy and we knew we'd need to wait several months for delivery. Communication was good throughout the wait. Many dealers are adding extra charges because there is so much demand...we saw surcharges at other dealers from $2 to 7k. Not Dick Hannah. I gave myself a few days to cool off before writing this review. I went in for a service and waited for three and half hours so make sure to bring something to pass the time. I would rate the customer rep A+ for shooting the shit and D - for checkout. I used a coupon, when he told me he's doing mental math I should have checked his work right then. I don't understand why you can't whip out a calculator... I went back to say he calculated it wrong and he had the audacity to say he will give a 10% discount off my next service. I should have pushed for a new transaction or to talk to his supervisor or even 25 % to make it actually reflect the correct sum. Irked all around, lesson learned. Not planning on returning ever. Update: Dick Hannah did an inspection and quoted me $ 5,000 for shocks. I went to a local shop and the car passed shock inspection. So yeah, do your homework before you get played. read more

I have a Toyota service plan from another dealership that I used to get service here a couple of times. I won't be going back. For starters, they don't top off your other fluids when you get an oil change. Also, the sticker they give you for your next oil change doesn't come off cleanly (it falls apart and I need a razor blade to get it off). After they got my information, they started making sales calls to me (even though I never bought a car from them). It's usually someone telling me my car is "in demand" and they want to buy it. I have a friend that works in customer service for them and she said that they are paid on commission, even though they don't work in sales. All these things combined makes me go to a dealership that is over twice as far away and more crowded. read more

I will never have my vehicle serviced here again. I have been taking my car to Dick Hannah Toyota for routine maintenance since I purchased it from there in 2016. However, my last oil change left me with an unusable car. My oil cap was not replaced. This isn't what upset me so much, what is upsetting to me is that they never, not once, returned a phone call about the issue. My oil was changed on Saturday. I left a voicemail and message on their website detailing what had happened. I could not drive my car because of this. I am expecting a phone call Monday morning. No one called. I call at lunchtime, I'm told someone will call me by the end of the day. No one called. I call towards closing time, and told once again someone will call me the next day. NO ONE CALLED. It is now four days without a working car. Finally on Tuesday evening I am told someone will pick up my car, fix it, and return it. That all happened on Wednesday. I was never offered a courtesy vehicle or rental car, an apology, a refund, or an explanation as to why no one in the service center can pick up a phone and address their own negligence. This situation was completely mishandled. I sent an email to their service center manager and general manager. Once again, no one has reached out. I am so disappointed in Dick Hannah Toyota's service center. To go five whole days without a car is a huge inconvenience. Time and time again they showed they do not care about their customers, so I will find someone else to care for my car. read more

My husband and I both bought new vehicles here within a month. He bought a used 21 Tacoma and I bought a brand new 22 Highlander Platinum. The buying experience was great, the sales people were super nice and helpful. What I do not like, there is an issue with my front passenger seat and it sensing something in it, it had about 1500 miles on it at this point so I was a little annoyed that with a brand new vehicle this was happening but understand things happen. What I was told were no codes were popping so there is nothing they can do about it. The service "advisor" did tell me I shouldn't let my kids eat in the car because the seats are "sensitive." I ended up calling the corporate number and escalated it because I wanted it fixed. Over a month later and nothing has been done about it. Their service department is not it. read more

We looked at many dealers before buying our 2019 RAV4 from Dick Hannah Toyota. We took Amtrak from Snohomish WA, 150 miles away to get to Dick Hannah. Our Salesman Jarrod Stidham. He took good care of us and got us the vehicle we wanted. They had to buy the vehicle from a different dealership to meet our need. They gave us a real good deal and with the low sales tax we were very happy. Today, we had to go back to have the roof rails installed and pick up our All Weather Floor Mats. These were back ordered. Wow. What a horrible experience. My mom joked when we left that it should be called a dealership with a t on the end. My dad is the type of car guy that will drive a car for over 200k miles until it breaks down on the side of the road, repeatedly. He has been having a lot of problems with his 93 station wagon and is ready for a new car. He wants a manual so we went into the Toyota dealership with that in mind. I think it was the first sentence out of his mouth when we walked in there. The salesmen goes to the computer and says we have three. He then walks us out to them. But he only brings one key, to one car, not the other two keys. Like come on, it's very easy to grab all three keys so we can look at all the options. That is a very easy sell. He then goes back to grab the other keys and out walks another salesman. Very odd. Sounded like the first one couldn't keep up but they had already lost our business. Have all the cars unlocked and if a guy comes in saying he wants a manual bring all the keys out. I could have done a better job of selling the car. read more

We had our car towed here the previous night from a flat tire (with no spare). In the morning we called and ask if they had a shuttle for us. Said they would and they would call us back. 45 minutes later we decided to call to check on the shuttle. Person we spoke too had no idea about the shuttle. Got transferred multiple times to eventually someone else who said that we were too far for the shuttle (15 minute drive).. Okay. So after wasting an hour of our time we got a taxi to get there. When we get there we went into services to discuss our car. An older bald gentleman (Matt I believe his name was) decided to be an asshole immediately because he had too many cars to work on. I simple asked if there was any tires in stock. He said he didn't know. We asked when he/we would know. He said an hour. Yes. It would take an hour to find out from the parts department if they had a tire in stock... okay... So we went inside and went to parts to ask if they had the tire we needed in stock. They said no they don't carry tires in stock and so one would have to be ordered. This took 5 minutes. Interesting. They don't carry tires and this service guy decided to tell us it would take an hour to tell us if they had one in stock or not. Hmm.. We then dealt with Chrissy who was more professional and she ordered our tire and got us a rental car. No issue. Was told car will be available for pick up tomorrow. Let's move on to Day 2. Call at 11 asking for update on the car. Get told they are busy and a manager will call me back shortly. Call at 12. No one available to simply get an update on the car. Call at 1. Again. No one available to give me an update. Get told someone will call me back. Call at 2. Again. No one available to give me an update. Get told someone will call me back. Call at 230. Get an update that they just got the tire and are working on it now. When I got there I had the pleasure of speaking with Elizabeth. She was absolutely amazing and exactly what you want in someone for customer service. She gets 5 stars. Toyota gets 1. One last thing I'd like to add. We had paid for the overpriced certified Toyota warranty bullshit when you buy a car. And that completely screwed us over - including Toyota Roadside Assistance calling the wrong tow truck which further damaged our car by towing it incorrectly among many other things. Don't buy it - it's a scam. If you decide to buy it anyway they'll lower the price when you decline it. Ours was $700 down from $2700. read more

If I could give this review 0 stars or even negative stars I would. I 'ordered' a truck from them back in 2/18/21 and placed a $500 deposit. Zach Dyer initially quoted me 10-12 weeks and said they could allocate me the truck. I checked in with him after a month, he said it would take 12-16 weeks instead. Thats fine, I get it. Chip shortage, covid, and factory shut downs. I had been checking in with Zach once a month for an update(ie build date, pre-vin, or vin), but he couldn't even tell me a build date nor can he see any that fit the build within 500 miles. It is week 20! I have been checking online at tacomaworld forums seeing people with similar builds and location as me put down their deposit AFTER me and get a build date or already gotten their truck! So I started looking on autotrader.com for trucks. I found 2 near Seattle with the right color and packages so I called each dealership up, but of course those truck were already reserved. But, I explained the situation with DH and even those dealers seem stunned. They said should have been about 8-10 weeks for an order/allocation. They told me to call the dealership again and ask for the production date. I was tired of the run around so I called the general dealership number instead of directly to Zach. The sales associate that picked up told me the truck wasn't even allocated!!! I called one of the other dealerships back up to see if they could allocate me the same truck I had previously asked about. She looked on toyota's system of truck inventory of when trucks are set to be built(that all dealerships have access to btw). They found atleast 10 that fit my color preference and package request! But, were all spoken for already. I went ahead and placed an 'order' with a bigger dealership. What really pisses me off is that the day before going to DH I had a real allocation with a dealership in Idaho Springs, but chose to deal locally because Dick Hannah said they could allocate the same truck configuration. They also tried giving me the run around to get my deposit back. I called in the morning to request a refund for my deposit. Tyler in finance got my information and gave it to his boss so they could find out whats wrong and said they would call me back in 10-15mins. Surprise, surprise, they didn't call back. I called again later that day and finally got my deposit back after excuses of them not being able to get long bed tacomas. If you want a basic vehicle go here I guess, but if you are looking for a vehicle that needs to be requested/allocated stay far far far away from here. Go to a bigger dealership in the area. Just for context, I 'ordered' a double cab long bed in army green with the tech package. They added other packages like the black out emblems, black chrome, exhaust, and bed kit. read more

I have been dealing peeling paint on my 2012 Toyota Sequoia. Went to Dick Hannah Toyota for help. They wouldn't do anything. Called corporate they wouldn't either. Even though there is a 2 million Toyota car recall on the blizzard pearl and super white paint going back to 2008. They have chosen to leave out Sequoias ,highlanders and I'm assuming tundra. My Toyota dealer which is Dick Hannah now refuse or duck our phone calls. I have heard from other people how great their dealer was in going to bat for them. Not Dick Hannah. Even when their paint shop told me the problem is from the factory. So now have a vehicle can't fix and can't trade in and they don't care. Can't even get a phone call. Pathetic read more

Worked with Aaron and Sales Manager Robbie. Both were nice enough but it was a bit of touch and go. I called to let them know we would be in and asked if a specific car was at the lot. Was led to believe it was only to find out that wasn't exactly the case. The good news is they made a call and it was at their partner dealership in Portland. They brought it up, it was just a bit of a process. We took it for a test drive and signed some initial paperwork. They gave us a pencil estimate and we went into the financing office. It was a bit confusing as I wanted to negotiate the price a bit so they sent me back out, which I thought we'd do in the financing office. In the end they took $500 off for my brother in law being military. I guess in this market, shouldn't except much room for negotiation but in the past this is what I had grown to except. In the end, I think we made an alright deal as it was a 2020 rav4 hybrid (taxes and title) with low miles for 39k after 10k down. I'm not sure I would go out of my way to go there but they were nice enough and had inventory. The one thing I did notice was Nichole in their financing department was very short with us. Perhaps she was having a bad day but I'm glad that I didn't need to deal with her more than the 15 minutes for the final paperwork. read more

Where to begin... Let's first start by saying the first time buying a car on your own is scary alone but also should be a pleasant experience... My girlfriend brought myself her father (a master mechanic) and her brother-in-law ( a numbers guy) for support while looking for a car.. We arrive at the dealership and are greeted by a salesmen who well let's face it makes the slime ball used car dealers in movies look clean... We arrived just after noon on the 9th of May.. And after maybe 30 mins of looking she settled on one car and 08 Corolla... She had already been approved thru a credit union for a car loan so we figured it wouldn't be forever 530 we were finally let go... After being lied to many times... Start with the little stuff during the process the salesmen said he was gonna have the car taken to do a quick prep prior to us leaving vacuum and such the B-I-L and my self asked if it would be possible to have some gas put in the car (it was below a quarter tank) we wanted to make sure she had enough to get back home to Beaverton. The salesman says " no problem I'll try to get it up to a half tank maybe a little more since you have been waiting a while" well come to find out that never happened let alone it wasn't vacuumed out either... He (the salesmen) also said she had to have the car DEQ tested before going to the Dmv for plates... Washington county where she lives requires DEQ OF 09 and newer cars only.. Basically forced her to pay out of pocket for unneeded expense... She then went to the dmv waited for 6 hours to register the car and was told the dealership was handling that... Again we were lied to... She went back to the dealer as the paper tag was soon to expire (20 days after purchase) to talk to them, she was told to go to the dmv to get a new tag and they will send in the info for her plates now... Bottom line here this dealership is worthless if you want a good car buying experience GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!! I was going to go back and buy a new truck I saw there but seeing how they treated my girlfriend I will take that cash elsewhere.... Sadly I can't give this the half star it deserves.. Next step... I agree with the other comments saying they try so hard to rip off their customer base. My Prius is there right now and they quoted me $375 to change spark plugs. Said it was because if the engine cowl ( a piece of plastic that pops off in thirty seconds.) they also quoted me over $500 for a intake manifold which when looked up on line was quoted by Toyota as being less then $300. They hold you car hostage while looking for ways to steal money from you I will NEVER go back. Take the time to find somewhere else to take your car! read more
