Scheduled an appointment to get our brakes and alignment done at this location. Dropped our vehicle off at 10 AM, which was the time of our appointment. It is currently 3:41 PM and they are stating it will not be done until 430/5:00 PM due to them being busy. When we showed up, I asked why we were not notified about this sooner she stated they are busy. I informed her I know for a fact they did not bring our vehicle back until 1 PM, because tcalled us due to not having a lug nut, and she stated it was around 1 PM that they brought it back. I said correct, It was around 1 PM when our appointment was at 10 AM. I absolutely do not recommend getting service here done on your vehicles unless you want to wait all day.

Really like the dealership as they are level, and straight forward. Last night I purchased my second vehicle from them in 13 years (I do not purchase vehicles often). No hassle, nor tricks. Simple business dealings, they had a product, I had the funding, deal made. My first vehicle purchase from them was in 2009 (I do not remember the salesman) and felt good about the vehicle (it was an 2008 Camry LE). Wife and I drove the vehicle for several years. Fast forward to yesterday, went with our son to get his first newer vehicle, and we left with a 2015 Camry SE. Would I return to purchase another vehicle from this Dealership? Simply, Yes. #thekilted1

About three months ago, the fuel system went out on my 2020 Ram. I initially brought it to another local dealership in Oregon, and the experience was beyond terrible. While my truck was still under factory warranty, I had a check engine light. They cleared the light, did a few things, and gave the truck back to me. Six months later, I brought it back in for the same code, except now I was 11 days out of warranty. Suddenly, their story changed -- they claimed they found metal in my fuel system and tried to stick me with nearly $20,000 in repairs. They went around my insurance company, pushed aftermarket warranties, refused to take responsibility for what they had already done, and wouldn't even let me see my own truck without being escorted. They wanted to charge me more money just to take additional pictures. The entire situation felt shady, stressful, and wrong. I finally told them to stop touching my truck and had it sent to McCord, where I originally purchased it. That decision changed everything. McCord took care of me from start to finish. Within three weeks, my truck was fully repaired -- and I didn't pay a dime. On top of that, they were even willing to go out of their way and pick my truck up with their own trailer from the other dealership, simply because they wanted to take care of me. That alone says everything about the kind of dealership they are. Their service team is absolutely outstanding. The service manager and her assistant were always there to answer my questions -- even when my truck wasn't physically at their dealership yet. They were truly just one phone call away the entire time. They helped guide me through a very stressful situation, navigated me in the right direction, and made sure I understood every step along the way. They went above and beyond in every sense. It was incredibly refreshing to see a dealership do the right thing, stand behind their customer, and actually care. I will not take my truck anywhere else. I bought my truck from McCord, but honestly, I truly believe they would have treated me the same way even if I hadn't

I noticed a review where the customer didn't like the trade-in value for her vehicle. In cases like…read morethis, I have always found that I have the ability to shop for the best trade value as well as the best price for the vehicle that I am purchasing. I have always had a very good experience with McCord Dodge and there are times when my numbers don't coincide with theirs. As in other areas of life, I have the choice to accept the number that they are giving me or try another dealership that is more aggressive on my trade-in value because of location or other marketing factors. I realize that the trade difference is not personal, to just me, but goes way beyond the blue-book guidelines to encompass auction values, current vehicles sold in the market, discounted new car prices on similar models and a host of other factors that I am not privy to. Nothing personal, just business. Thanks McCord Dodge, for always being so forthcoming, to allow me to make the best purchasing decision for me and my family.

Car was dirty but I overlooked it, my bad. Should have been warned that was just the beginning. Car…read morestarted making funny noise, engine light came on, air conditioning was a question mark, they were not sure if not connected or just needed recharge. Had to call a couple of times to remind about getting plates and after saying they would send them had to go pick up from them. Took car to shop for engine light, noise and air conditioner. Noise was because motor mount bolt was very loose, light is because of several sensor issues and air conditioning was missing a hose and not hooked up in any way. Had not been for some time and whole system is very dirty and will cost me $1600 or more to fix. The others issues are being worked on as car is not safe to drive. Not sure how much this is going to end up costing. When I went in to Parr's I told him I needed reliable, safe transportation as I have a disabled daughter and have to go to lots of places for her care. Told him didn't have a lot of money to spend but but didn't expect to be sold a money pit. When I called back about issues was told they would "tighten" the bolt. Lot more work involved than that....basically tough sh*& for me. Buyer beware. Don't buy from here.
