He found the battery for my car in stock AND they install it for $20. I asked how long it would take and he said between 15-25 minutes and then to my surprise HE went from behind the counter, went to the back to get the battery and went out to the parking lot to install it! He ended up changing it out in about 15 minutes and was friendly and knowledgable the whole time. Super efficient, and the place was pretty busy. Wish I had gotten his name but I didn't see any of the empoyees wearing nametags and if I worked retail I wouldn't want randos knowing my name either haha. They refuse to take responsibility, but I literally just detailed the car the day before and the paint was PERFECT. I hadn't even taken it out of the garage until I took it to interstate. Make sure to watch them install your battery if you bring a car in there that you care about. You can very clearly see how nice my paint is but hairline scratches right where he stood to replace the battery. It might be nothing to the manager, but it's something to me. The sales person, Morgan was actually completely wowed by my car. Looks like I have some buffing to do. Edit: The company response is a lie. They never, NEVER offered any semblance of help. Just the opposite. The manager just kept repeating the lie that he couldn't possibly have scratched the car, again and again while ignoring me. He dismissed me at every turn, repeatedly. [Location]-- located very close to the super busy Tacoma Mall area. The parking area is very small-- only having 4 or 5 spots, so it can be a pain to get out when the area is busy. Other than that, the store is clean and there aren't any people loitering there. [Experience]-- the employees were pleasant to interact with. I needed a car key replaced and initially the associate wasn't sure their machine could replicate my car key due to how worn it was, so she refunded the programming fee and had me find someone to manually cut it. Fortunately, Home Depot's (they can also replicate most car keys even if they have transponders) machine replicated the key perfectly, so I came back to this location and she was able to use their software to program the key to my car. Overall, I paid $122 for them to do so. It's entirely possible to do this yourself if you order a kit or have two car keys, but considering I needed it done ASAP I am very grateful for this service and I don't think the price is that bad.
