This is pretty much the cheapest place for just about any part you're looking for. They're all made in china anyway. So why pay $100 more at another store? Plus, they usually have good warranties. Staff is nice and the store is clean. They answer the phone every time and don't seem to mind looking up stock/prices even though I'm sure deep down they've got to find it annoying. They don't even let on a bit that they do. I appreciate them for that if nothing else. read more

I have shopped at this local store for years but no more. I recently bought a door hinge pin kit for my 1998 Chevy S 10 pickup. The kit didn't include the retainer clips and I didn't notice. One of the pins fell out. I then purchased 2 more kits and they didn't have the clips either. When I showed this to employees, one was quite helpful and found some clips that would work, he couldnt' find a manager so sent me to the cashier. I tried to explain that I had already paid twice for kits missing these parts, She proceeded to charge me anyway. So for $1.43 this store has lost potentially thousands in business from me and my friends. Too bad. read more

I was driving from Tacoma back home to Portland and needed new wiper blades. Stopped at this store in Kelso and not only were the wipers on sale, they installed them for me! Great store, super friendly staff! Highly recommend to anyone who needs wipers and don't want to install them yourself! read more

Never shop here! They treat their female customers like shit, let alone their female employees. I bought tire chains here reading the sizes on the side of the box, I went home, called them to see if I could exchange for the same ones but a different size, since they were too small, and they said that i was illiterate and how they wouldn't exchange them for me and argued with me about how I "read it wrong" I have the box in front of me and my tire size... I will never come here ever again. They are always rude when I go in there to make a purchase for my car. Rip off!!! read more

Unfriendly fellow that I asked to help me with checking my battery. Acted like he didn't want to be there at all. Had me open my own hood with a back brace on (broken back & being a woman) then told me my battery was no good. Asked him if I bought one there could he install it for me. He says they are not allowed to do that. I then asked if I could borrow the tools I needed to change it myself. He informed me that they didn't have the correct tools. For a battery switch over. Really????? Went from there to O'Reilly's across the bridge and got treated with respect and big smiles. Spent my money there and will always go back if I need something else for my car. read more

Sad to say here that my first visit here was probably my last visit, not because the employees that were helping me were bad. They were fantastic. But who I assume was the front end person in charge, a taller skinny man with a red face, was a complete jerk. The two employees that were helping me try and find a battery tried there hardest and couldn't find one. They tried to point me to a place that would carry this motorcycle battery and that PIC person pulled in and said we don't have a batteryo well, in an extremely rude tone. Pretty much telling me to get out of there. And he was pretty much being a jerk earlier about the phones ringing, when he could have picked up the phones easily himself. If he is a PIC he needs to work on his people skills. And because of him I will recommend others do not go there. I'm sorry to the other two employees that took the time to try and help me out. If it wasn't for the PIC person I would have given a great review even if I didn't get the part just because the other employees tried there hardest and actually did there job above and beyond. Thank you to the two employees. As for the PIC I hope you find another job that will suit you better. read more
