Had an excellent experience with Jesse. A hazard light that was not working on my Dodge Sprinter. They found and fixed the problem (a wiring issue) within an hour. I also have an intermittent problem with an oil icon on the dashboard turning on and disabling the cruise control. Jesse offered a logical reason why this was not working but suggested I come in next time since it would require the draining of the oil. Next time I come in, I will get this fixed. read more

I am completely discussed with this place. We have a client that needed some repairs and told her to get an estimate. Greg came out and gave her one she had explained what needed to be done and how far out the damage was. He was paid and was to work out the details with our client. He was told it needed to be done in one day so she did not have to find a place to stay. He assured her that was not a problem. He never showed on time. was no where close to being done the first day, maybe had he shown up when he said instead of at 430 and leaving at 5. He was paid for a new flooring which he put down the old stuff that were cracked and stained. he did a 3x3 area which was 1/2 the job, only fixed a small portion of the floor because he didnt want to go to the next cross member which was what he was actually paid for, He finally says hes done. I tell you what its the most piss poor job I have ever seen. To top it all off, Her floor needs replaced and its been a week. Dont EVER do business with this place. read more

I had my Propane regulator on my Motor Home quit working. So I had no way of supplying AC to the coach. It was miserable heat inside. (My dash AC doesn't work either) Rainier RV's Owner took it right in and had the new regulator and lines installed and re-plumbed the way it is supposed to be before someone messed with it. All for $240.00 Bucks. I'm impressed. These guys have earned my RV Service Work from here on out! read more

They put a new heater in our Grand Lodge 42dl trailer. Very satisfied with the work they did.

This is the worst business ever! Do not take your trailer there! I took my horse trailer 3 years ago and he still has it!! The insurance company made the mistake of cutting him a check up front and I have got every excuse in the book as to why its not fixed yet!! He keeps taking more trailer in to work on but mine sits! I call every couple weeks and am told it will be done this week well that comes and goes and now I have retained an attorney and I will get my trailer back and it will get fixed somewhere else at his expense!! This guy is beyond shady! Save yourself a big headache and do not go there. He is a real talker and oh ya I can fix that no problem won't take long at all!! WRONG!!! read more

We should have taken heed to the previous warnings posted about this place. We went in and were quoted a half hour of labor if we brought in our vehicle to get setup with a brake controller that we were ordering. The owner who gave us the quote was aware of our vehicle make and model when he gave us the quote. We ordered the brake controller, went in for our half hour appointment and ended up spending over 2.5 hours there in what they called their "lounge" but which actually was more like a small room crammed with way too much furniture and random things they didn't want to deal with putting away, as well as an entire table full of racing trophies. At least the recliner was comfortable. We all needed a bathroom break at some point and I'll just say I don't believe that bathroom has EVER been deep cleaned. And the toilet said something about removing a rubberband before flushing? I didn't see a rubberband. I flushed anyway. At about the 2 hour mark, the older guy comes in (he has a younger maybe 20ish year old son (?) that works there as well so I want to be clear as to who I am referring to) and he tells us he can't figure out how to get the brake controller to hook up (which is obvious to us at this point) and that he is going to lookup YouTube videos on how to do it. Annoyed that he didn't already figure this out before we were quoted a half hour and came in for our scheduled appointment on a tight schedule, we continue to wait for almost another half hour at which point we walk up to the front desk and are told our vehicle is ready. So we pay our $55 bill for half an hour. Whatever, at least we are out of there. Or so we thought. We walk out to our vehicle and it's sitting there open with wires hanging out everywhere and no brake controller hooked up. So we go back inside where they figured out we paid someone else's bill. Ok then. So we wait SOME MORE. And when all is said and done, he informs us that we need to pay our bill and we remind him that we already did, and show him the receipt. He curtly explains that he is charging us more for his mistake because it took him so long. But it's our vehicles fault, according to him. He just kept going around my logic of asking him why we should have to pay him more when it took him longer, not because anything to do with us or our vehicle, but due to his mistakes and lack of knowledge and misquoting without making sure he could do the job. I got tired of going rounds with him and we settled at paying for more time than we were quoted. The one star is for the comfortable recliner. EDIT: ever since he worked on our fuse panel to connect the brake control, we had to replace 2 fuses because our RV brake and turn lights were no longer working when they had worked immediately prior to our appointment here, and for some unknown reason our windshield wiper now turns on randomly when we start our vehicle, when it never once had done that before. read more

I had multiple issues with my trailer that I had been putting off. All of my issues have been repaired and for less than I thought. To be honest my slide was the main issue and they could have taken me for more money but we're honest and fixed it at a good price. read more

Purchased a nice lined canopy from Rainier RV Center in May. Went in to have it reset as it was leaking around the seal in 3 places during rain and would mold if not repaired. He told me they all leak (drip) it was the best they could do unless he caulked or foam sealed it to the bed, damaging the truck. He said canopies aren't meant to keep things in the bed dry. I know this isn't true and would be a problem in the NW, why would he sell me a lined canopy to transport pets if he knew it would leak? Spent $2700 at his business but he didn't want to fix it. Never talked cost he was so busy denying. Went elsewhere to have it reset. read more

Dishonest to the core! I met with the owner two days before my appointment to discuss my options for a NEW bathroom vent with a fan in my RV. I was quoted a specific price for a specific part. Should've been simple. On my appointment day, the work was completed timely but went over my estimate. I paid and was getting ready to leave when I noticed that the vent installed had no fan. The owner was condescending and argued with me as if this was routine and fair. It was clear at this point that I had gotten screwed since I paid for a new fan vent. I asked if they had an old fan laying around that I could take with me and install myself. The Owner then said that he doesn't like putting used parts in RVs and further tried to convince me that I was getting a fair deal with some confusing and fuzzy math. Disappointed and frustrated, I left to go to another RV shop across the river where I could purchase a fan assembly. As I arrived and began taking some measurements, I noticed rust and dirt on my "new" vent. Yup, not only was my installation incomplete, but Ranier RV had actually installed a USED vent! Furious at this point, I inspected every inch of my RV and discovered that some of my bedroom cabinets had been rummaged as well. Wouldn't you know it, my last two packs of cigarettes are gone. I finished my business with the other shop and went back to Ranier RV to confront them. This time im greeted by a very brash, rude older man who told me to take it up with his son who wouldnt come out from the back for another twenty minutes. I proceeded to tell him that I paid for a new vent with a fan and that what they did was illegal. Coincidentally, there was a brand new vent/fan assembly in the box sitting on the counter. The owner told me that they would have their tech come to my place on the weekend and install a different one. I said after discovering the theft that I didnt want anyone from their company working on my RV and I just wanted a refund so I could have my problem fixed elsewhere. At this point he became irate and started talking about how busy they were with some fancy new diesel pusher as if this rich customer was somehow much more important than me and my humble class c. I argued with him for another ten minutes and even threatened to sue him. In the end all that was given was half my money back, more attitude than it was worth and my day wasted. If you chose to do business with these shady lowlifes, then consider yourself warned. I strongly recommend taking your business across the river to Longview, Wa. read more
