Bought a vehicle from this place a few months ago came from Oregon to buy the car. Was told it had a sunroof (it didn't), was told the battery for the hybrid car was tested and good (took it to a shop to get a check up and the battery was bad, a few thousand dollar fix), was told multiple times I would get the plastic cover for the inside dome light that was missing (never got it). Come to find out this vehicle needs more repairs racking up to more then what I paid for it. I messaged them about some of the issues and got a message stating they would try and and help find a less expensive battery. Never heard back again. Highly, highly suggest taking any vehicle you are interested in to another source to be checked (no matter what you are told or what kind of inspections were done or you were told were done) or find some where else to get a vehicle. I had a windshield replaced in my Geo metro (this was yrs b4 covid)(early 2000's) they did such a shitty job, 1: left the adhesive they used on my dash board rear view mirror etc... 2: my new windshield they put in leaked worse then Ive every seen if it was lightly raining it leaked if it was decently or heavily raining it poured in at the top of windsheild right in center. 3: when I brought my car back to them to have them fix what I had paid them to do (about 3days after replaced windsheild) they said they couldn't help me due to the fact my receipt got wet from leak and wasn't but wet paper As it they couldn't remember they replaced windsheild read more

They over promised, over charged and under delivered. I had chosen them specifically because of the write ups (which were old) and because my sister had brought my father's old truck down a year before and they had done a fantastic job. I was quoted a price for my Miata roadster and assured they would deliver showroom quality. Appointment was scheduled a month out and a month later, I was the first to arrive when the doors opened. I was told I would get a call. I waited all day long and finally I ended up calling a half an hour before they were going to close. then I was told they were just finishing up and I could pick my vehicle up in an hour! When I arrived, I waited another half hour. 'Without going into the excuses I received, I'll state simply that showroom quality was no where near what rolled out of their shop...my car had not been waxed or buffed, the windshield was filmy smeared from the inside and the outside still had bug splat. The back hood lights still had a rim of road grime on the edges. I was given another excuse for them not cleaning my rag top. It was apparent they hadn't started my miata till I called almost 2 hours before. i was not happy they had taken a pressure washer to the exterior paint or to my engine. To say the least, I'm livid and insulted that I was spoken to like I'm an idiot woman who doesnt know when she's being snowed. I felt taken advantage of. They got a 13 year old well taken care of sportscar, and did nothing to it but vaccuum it out and probably run it through their basic car wash ....which, btw, my miata has never seen the inside of a car wash, let alone a lazy ass pressure washer on her body. 'I specifically asked for my car to be waxed and buffed, I specifically asked for all lenses to be cleaned and polished. I got neither. What I got was a 25 dollar discount because 'I waited so long'...which still ended up being $350.00 with tax of course. POOR POOR POOR I will never recommend them or return, OBVIOUSLY. 'AS A SIDE NOTE: a day later, this little lady spent $60 on products to wax and buff the paint, then clean and polish the glass and headlights...myself...in 3.5 hours. Clean Machine is OK by me. Dropped in never having heard of them b4 looking for a Cheap (comes into play later) Vehicle for my fiance, her first car. Great success !!! Leo I believe his name was and Dan helped us pick out the right one for what we needed it to be A 93 ford Exploder 4x4 with 89k or 189k cant really tell pretty clean hehe. Interior was 9/10 Exterior 7/10 Motor was dry ran strong, tranny shifts all gears no problem had good wheels& tires 5/32nds atleast and the price was exceptionally fair i.e. I could fix its problems and still turn a good profit (I'm Mechanically inclined own work done here) we got what we_______ needed...... That being said IDK about the newer more expensive cars or your personal situation what I can determine from my experience is they are willing to work with what you got. They can work with people, on cars maybe...maybe not I dont know if they do mechanical work here possibly just detailing anyway. DONT send ppl that aren't mechanically inclined to find a car here, and drive it to be sure its safe for a while. first car we looked at was very nice Looking moderately clean 90's Deville but it had some problems i didn't feel comfortable with nothing big...maybe so i walked away from it. Third option was really nice looking Dodge van...but thats where i'll stop with that, worked on too many to even wanna peek at it. Second option was what we left with Now this is where Experience comes in. Left front caliper came apart after 53.7 miles now me knowing what a car pulling right and a soft pedal involves I took a chance that it was air in the lines from a bad bleeding session when the new pads where put on. I was safe about it cause i had to get it back to astoria oregon 51 miles from the lot. Got into town totally lost pedal used the tranny to get us home and parked it. took a look caliper bolts where left loose. bought the car today will fix tomorrow prolly cost 10 bucks to get new hardware 50 bucks worse case, but if it was my fiance behind the wheel well lets just say probably would have been very bad but no harm no foul Im not gonna take it back cause we still love it and shit happens oh and most importantly they make you sign papers 3 times NO WARRANTY AS IS!!!!! so if you bring your car back or bitch em out YOU sir are the moron. 1/3 of your life probably spent in a car, learn about them. OR go to a "legit" dealer bring your barrel cause the 100 ft long marble counters are too nice to bend over (can you say Overhead)and likely end up being sold crap anyway. We needed a car we bought a really nice SUV for super cheap no selling or pressure we have decent paying jobs for our age but no/shit credit limited options outside Craigslist. Put almost half down and will pay it off in less than two months. these guys had what we needed did it the only way we could and did what most others wouldn't actually do help their customers, We gambled and got lucky but that's what being young is about. Moral of the story is; as with everything in life Be educated, be courteous, have ample time don't cram this in half of your day, be safe, and take some damn responsibility for YOUR actions. I brought in my son's 2003 Mini Cooper to these guys. This thing had never been detailed. It had some mold and years of dirt & grime. When I dropped it off, I was greeted with a very friendly staff. They went over everything they were going to do & cost ( which was very reasonable). After realizing Uber isn't available in that area, a member of the staff went above & beyond by helping me find a ride home. Every employee I encountered was professional & friendly. The car was done on time & we couldn't believe how it looked. It looked better than when we bought it, inside & out. They also got all the musky smell out too. I can't tell you how impressed I am. I called about a vehicle they had for sale. The car was described as very good condition with a couple of scratches on the passenger front fender and a chip on the hood. Asked if he could hold it until next weekend so my wife and I could look at it in person. The sales person needed to talk to the owner and would let me know. I never heard back from him which should have been a red flag. Called back the next Friday and asked if the car was still available which it was. Since I was speaking to a different person I asked how many owners and he said 2. The first person told me it was a 1 owner car. The ad on their website stated no dings or dents on the outside. My wife and I drove from Salem Oregon to look at the car on Saturday. The sales person told us they are open from 10am to 3pm. When we arrived at 10:30am and they were closed. The car was out front doors locked. The outside of the car had scratches and dents on every panel both drivers and passengers side. The car had not been washed for probably a couple of weeks and was filthy. We felt like we wasted gas round trip because of their inaccurate description. I would rate them 0 stars for the lack of honesty and integrity if I could. Do not recommend the car lot. read more
