The prices were very reasonable so we scheduled time for the installation. I arrived on a weekend and the shop was lobby/waiting room was warm (it was winter outside) and very clean. The facility also provides a clean restroom. Joon came in from the shop to greet me: he was very friendly, answered all my questions about the tint job, gave some recommendations on the film and darkness of the tint, and after care. He estimated 4.5 hours for the install so I took a Lyft home. He finished the job within 4 hours and gave me a courtesy text 30 minutes before it was ready for pickup, which was enough time for me to catch a Lyft back. The tint installation is perfect. I waited to post this review until the tint was cured enough to roll the windows down 7 days later. When I rolled the windows down, I saw that the tint was perfectly cut to the edge of the window so you cannot even see where the film ends. Perfect install. I highly recommend Polywerk for window tint.

Shout out to Craver for answering all my questions and giving me a 5 star experience. My paint felt smooth and silky to the touch, and they even removed the sticky residue from my interior windshield, which I had just casually mentioned during the initial consult. They told me I could use rubbing alcohol, but I didn't have time to clean it, and to my surprise, that residue was completely gone. The price is pretty reasonable. I did a wash, clay bar, polish and wax and they vacuumed my interior and dressed my tires all for $249. I'm now a lifetime customer and will recommend this place to all my friends and family.
