When I was involved in a front end collision accident, the first thing they said was it will take 3…read moremonths to repair because they are so busy. No exceptions. The work would only take about 3 days but we had to be willing to wait 3 months before they started. Thankfully we had another vehicle to rely on. Unfortunately, after that exceptionally long waiting period was up and they finally let me know our 2004 Honda CRV was ready for pickup, I was STUNNED when I saw the car. None of the pieces of the front end were aligned, pieces were missing, and the hood was on crooked. Some of the plastic parts were not even fully snapped into place, and were literally hanging loose. When I pointed out the problems they explained that the insurance company only authorizes after market parts so they will NEVER fit correctly. As the owner, I will have to insist my insurance company pay for Honda parts and the additional LABOR costs so they can charge for Honda parts AND all of their time doing the repairs a 2nd time in order for the pieces to fit properly. And - of course, they will have to keep it longer - we will have to wait while they order replacement parts and make time redo the repairs. This place appears to be too busy with steady insurance work to be concerned with the quality of their work. I don't know what families with only one vehicle would do without a vehicle for that long if your insurance isn't paying for a rental car. The entire experience was awful. They have months worth of work stacked up and make it very clear they don't need your business. Of course, since their business model appears to includes billing every insurance company for 2x the parts and 2x the labor on every repair they have a great racket going.

He is apparently one man who manages the used car, used motorcycle and Budget or some other…read morerent-a-truck. I bought a motorcycle from him. The motorcycle ran enough for me to get home. Upon having it for a couple months I noticed that there were several maintenance things that went unnoticed. All in all, a $1300 motorcycle has run me about 1800. I had it inspected by a local dealership with their own mechanic and there were still a few more maintenance type things that had to be done. Basically, if you are going to buy anything from this man, treat him like you would a private seller. His produce technically runs and will most likely get you home, but you need to do a thorough inspection. That means tires, brakes, coolant, basically a lot of crap that you would expect a private individual to overlook. Do research on things before you buy them. That said, I now own a motorcycle that I ride daily and it has only given me grief a couple times. About half of them of my own doing.

I recently had an accidental break of a quarter panel window and used Yelp to help me find a…read morereliable repairman. I sent the request for a quote late at night and Bill from Integrity Auto Glass responded first thing in the morning. It was a pleasure working with Bill to find a date and time that works. They had multiple openings that were all within a more than reasonable time frame and let me have options. Bill was always super quick to respond and transparent. I even requested a heads up 15 minutes before anyone would arrive and Bill made sure to accommodate that. I was able to have my window replaced in less than 48 hours of the break (and it would have been less than 24 hours except for my own time limitations). I was able to have the repair done at my home address, which saved me the stress of driving anywhere or setting aside hours to go somewhere. The shattered window held together by masking tape was removed and replaced, and the work area cleaned up within 25 minutes. It was impressively fast work! The glass was also a perfect match to the other windows, so it doesn't even look like a break happened. I am so pleased with this experience and will definitely be using Auto Integrity Glass if another window breaks or I need to replace a windshield (which hopefully isn't soon)!
