I had a light appear on my dash. I took it to an auto parts store and had them run a scan. They…read moresaid I needed a new oxygen uptake valve. I called Kresky. They recommended a fuller scan and quoted me at $90-180 for the scan. After taking a look at my car they determined I needed a new oxygen uptake valve (the same as the auto parts store and new front brakes. They charged me $174 for the fuller scan, $221 for the part which other repair shops quoted me $144 for, $90 for a brake check I never requested or authorized, and some for labor totaling over $650 dollars. They also stated that my brakes were going to cost me another $1800 to repair and quoted me for both the front and back brakes which they never stated I would need to replace the back brakes.

Stuff happens and you can only hope that the shop will step up and take care of it. Not this shop, the owner refused to accept any liability, blaming the tech he hired and the shop that supplied the replacement heads. After an 18 month battle with him and his insurance company we finally had to file a claim in the courts to get partially reimbursed for the re repairs. I cannot stress enough how important it is to find another shop to do business with. You may get lucky and they won't damage your vehicle working on it, but is it worth the risk? I feel that this review need not be forgotten. I don't care how many years it has been. Hence the repost. As I said do one bad job they tell everybody.
