Called on one shop who did not answer and then called Auto Care Center. I explained our situation and was told they would look at it and although busy if simple they would fix it. The heater hose was diagnosed, a new part ordered and when cool was fixed. It only took a bit over two hours and the cost was very fair. I was impressed by their courtesy and professionalism and absolutely would recommend them to anyone in need.

Stuff happens and you can only hope that the shop will step up and take care of it. Not this shop, the owner refused to accept any liability, blaming the tech he hired and the shop that supplied the replacement heads. After an 18 month battle with him and his insurance company we finally had to file a claim in the courts to get partially reimbursed for the re repairs. I cannot stress enough how important it is to find another shop to do business with. You may get lucky and they won't damage your vehicle working on it, but is it worth the risk? I feel that this review need not be forgotten. I don't care how many years it has been. Hence the repost. As I said do one bad job they tell everybody.

Been about 1.5 years since we have been there. They could have caused us to have a serious…read moreaccident. We were lucky. 3 things caused is to quit going 1. Failed to tighten lug nuts on tires after rotating tires. They weren't even finger tight. Hubby made them come to house to tighten them. Yes a wheel could have come off if hubby didn't discover it. 2. Overfilled the oil on same truck. 3. Failed to tighten bolts on brake caliper after installing rear brakes. This failed on a trip we were on pulling a travel trailer. We had to drive over a 100 miles to fimd a place to stay and find someone to fix it. They paid for the repair. We have never been back. This could have been disastrous for us. I took my car in for an oil change. 1st they told me I was a day early. I was not. Then they changed my oil for me. Put a new sticker on my car showing next oil change wss due at a mileage less than when I brought it in. They are nice people, but they are incompetent. Buyer beware. We have not been back and do not tecommend them.

(AAA approved auto repair facility that's been pre-screened) this was late in the day and we fully anticipated this would be a timely fix and were stressed trying to see how we could make this all work with pets and a young child at home. Shane and Sean both were extremely professional and helpful from the moment we walked in offering us water and a clean bathroom. They diagnosed our problem quickly and offered us a quote and options. John offered to stay late to work in order to get us back on the road the next day. (So thankful to you John!) The team helped us secure good accommodations at one of the newly remodeled hotels in the area and shuttled us there and back the next day. They called back the next day when they said they would.
