I sent the request for a quote late at night and Bill from Integrity Auto Glass responded first thing in the morning. It was a pleasure working with Bill to find a date and time that works. They had multiple openings that were all within a more than reasonable time frame and let me have options. Bill was always super quick to respond and transparent. I even requested a heads up 15 minutes before anyone would arrive and Bill made sure to accommodate that. I was able to have my window replaced in less than 48 hours of the break (and it would have been less than 24 hours except for my own time limitations). I was able to have the repair done at my home address, which saved me the stress of driving anywhere or setting aside hours to go somewhere. The shattered window held together by masking tape was removed and replaced, and the work area cleaned up within 25 minutes. It was impressively fast work! The glass was also a perfect match to the other windows, so it doesn't even look like a break happened. I am so pleased with this experience and will definitely be using Auto Integrity Glass if another window breaks or I need to replace a windshield (which hopefully isn't soon)!

The car belongs to my parents who live on the east side of WA and they could only come get it on specific days, and he was very flexible in allowing the car to stay until they were able to come get it. My parents picked up the car today and stated it is looking great. They even took the time to vacuum up as much of the glass as they could so my parents didn't have to drive it back dirty. Two good sized nicks and they both cracked outward across the length of the glass. I submitted the claim through my insurance and The Glass Guy came up as one of the possible places I got use to get it replaced. I am SO glad I chose them. From the get-go, they were speedy and professional. I got call from their office manager just a few hours after submitting the claim and told them what the deal was. She took my vehicle information and VIN to confirm the correct size that's needed, telling me that she'd do some hunting and see about price, availability, and timeframe. I got a call back the same day and she told me the price (which was less than the deductible) so she suggested not going through insurance - which I followed. I was able to get it scheduled within the week. Once there, I got the vehicle in right on time and just decided to wait there in the office for them to complete it. They were extremely efficient - finishing it much quicker than what was originally thought. I couldn't be happier with the result. It looked great and after a month or so later, I haven't had any issues. This is a family owned and operated business; and the care they have for their customers is clear. They have a very comfortable and esthetic office/waiting area (along with a very friendly dog that might ask for some pets). The office staff is extremely friendly and kind, and while I didn't meet any of the service staff, when they came in and our of the garage area they seemed very nice as well and everyone was professional and friendly. Hopefully I won't have to get any vehicle glass repaired/replaced again, but if I do, you better believe I'm coming back to The Glass Guy!!

This…read moreservice went well, at the same time I mentioned to the owner that I have a company car (RAV 4) that needed a windshield. He said, call back with the VIN and they would get it scheduled, I got them the VIN that day. They said it would be a month because of parts on back order. I thought, I can drive it with the crack for a month to give a local shop the business. Fast forward, my wife called Wednesday before the appointment on 11/11/24 to see if they might have an opening either Thursday or Friday before my appointment on Monday. My wife spoke to the gal that works there. She said she would have to call back in a little bit to let her know. Fast forward to the next morning, I called and talked to the gal my wife talked to. She told me that the windshield for my RAV 4 was not available, and she left a voicemail to tell my wife know this. Cell phones don't lie, my wife had not received a call from their number and didn't receive a voicemail. She said check back in a couple of weeks for availability of parts. I immediately got online and scheduled with Safelite, this was Thursday, and the appointment was for Friday at 8:00 AM. Perfect service!! no lies about parts, or not being able to get that windshield. Safelite installed and calibrated the windshield, and I am 110% satisfied with their performance.

We have some windows in the house that have small glass panes, creating a 3x3 grid; and two of the panes had significant cracks in them. We attempted to replace them ourselves but I measured the opening incorrectly and the new panes were a wee bit too big. I called a couple places to see what could be done, and these kind folks gave me the best explanation of what they could do, with the best price, and the quickest turnaround. I was hoping that they could just trim the glass down to the correct size; but they explained that because we had ordered tempered glass, they couldn't cut or sand it down (the tempering process would cause the glass to actually just shatter if they tried to cut it). So ... they were able to actually measure the opening and cut us the two new glass panes. And they did it that same day! And it was much, much less than what we originally paid for my mistakenly measured one. They were also less expensive and quicker than other glass companies I called in the area. I was able to wait in their store while they did the work ... it only took about 10-15 minutes! The gentleman that did the work for me was very friendly, efficient, and clear on his explanations. Also in their inventory you can find full windows and doors, along with hardware and the such that you'll need. While we are not currently in the market for that, I will give them a call when we are. Again ... if you are in the need of glass repair or replacements, give them a call or drop on in at A Glass Enterprise! You won't regret it!

I called in the next day (8/16) with the measurements and got someone different, he provided me with a rough quote, and told me he doesn't do the scheduling but would hand it over to Jennifer and they would call me. No call back. I called in the again next day (8/17), spoke to the same person who once again said he would have Jennifer call me. I am out of state and on a timeline, and just can't keep waiting. Update: have finally received a call back and an appointment scheduled for this Friday 8/26. Will update and adjust review further if warranted. Update 2: Could not get any sort of confirmation that the measurement appointment occurred, once again am unable to get any sort of a call back. Extremely disappointed in the lack of professionalism and follow-through. I have no choice but to move on with a different company.
